The friendliest employees and the cleanest bathrooms. Probably will stop every time we go to the beach lol

We went for breakfast today, which hardly ever get to do, through the drive-through and arrived at 10:12. Had to wait as they took three vehicles that pulled up arriving after I did because I pulled on the different lane that just opened up. The driver that was in front of me in the different lane even had to wait almost 5 minutes before they took her order. All 4 vehicles were drivers who were not white. As I was trying to tell employee situation and give my order, I was yelled at by an employee that I was not being patient, I attempted to explain that they were taking 3 orders that were just now pulling up in the other lane. The employee yelled at me to be patient. As I tried to explain to her what was going on she would not listen. As I pulled up and waited in the drive-through and eventually pulled up to the window to get my food, there was a driver in front of me who everyone had to wait more than five minutes for as they got their food order finally. When I finally was able to get to the food window, I was told that I had to pull up because they still had to make my steak breakfast sandwich and we're 'busy'. I tried to tell them that I had been in a line 15 minutes already and why should I pull up but yet they didn't pull the driver who was not White ahead of me and not asking her to pull up yet I waited in the line and then also after 15 minutes of waiting was told to pull over and park. If I had not had another family member to witness, I believe I would've been treated even worse. My experience at this McDonald's is that they will pull you aside they forget you and your order. When you repeat an excuse that "we're busy", yet you've taken other drivers who arrived after you and, don't park other drivers in front of you, you realize it's about customers of another race are not asked to park after waiting already 15 minutes. Finally told sandwich isn't ready within this time, and you've not asked the driver to pull off, you're gonna take even longer to make a sandwich because you've pulled them off of your timing clock. In past few when parked, for lunches or dinners, the fries are barely half filled. My family works hard for our money too, has gotten to the point we don't go here for meals but only for frozen Coca-Cola. My family member was shocked and appalled at their excuse which was clearly unfounded. The employee after taking another five minutes to give me a refund and as I'm still trying to explain my experience, she (believe was manager) made a sarcastic remark, turned to 3 employees, then began laughing at me, turned back and slammed the window shut at me. At this point, we will not be returning. When you are treated differently than others, made to wait an excessive amount of time and are yelled at by employees, not worth being treated in a derogatory manner ~ especially in front of family & others. read more

This place is terrible. I ordered McNuggets with BBQ sauce, but got only ketchup. I ordered a Fliet O Fish without tartar sauce, but got the sauce, even though the receipt specifically stated "no tartar sauce"!! read more

Typically this McDonald's has excellent super friendly staff. Tonight I was not only disappointed but disgusted. The manager had no control of the employees yelling and laughing. Well now I know why they were laughing and rude to me they scraped the grill onto my burgers. I threw them away. Typically I wouldn't of looked at the burgers but not only were they thrown together they had tons of black scrapings from the grill/cooktop. Of course I went 20 minutes before closing but even so this isn't acceptable. I literally drove all day to move my daughter home and was exhausted literally only got something so I could taken medication. I really hope to never encounter the crew that was on duty tonight. read more

They have a nice phone app which is really good to save a little money on. When th e shorebirds have home runs you open your app and get free chicken nugggets. I like free. The food here is average at best, but the ice tea is always good, and the coffee is as well. read more

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten to. And that's saying something. I've eaten here a few times and I don't think I ever dealt with a polite person at this location. I had to stop during a 4 hr drive for a bathroom break and hopefully buy a couple of salads. I have been to this McD's before and I just dont recall it being this filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was water all over floor, toilets and sinks. There was only air dryers, which in a bathroom like that I hate, because it forces me to touch surfaces. I also hate taking my kids into places like that because I cringe when they touch surfaces that they arent aware are dirty. I almost walked out after that, but it was late and I was too tired to drive to another place in hopes to buy a salad. So here comes the bright spot. We order 3 salads and ask for no chicken on them and to place the dressing on the side. Most McD's will look at you sideways and then get the order completely wrong. To my amazement, they got the order completely right. I think the bottom line is that most of the McDs I may visit are never 100% flawless and seem to be hit and miss. If you can wait till the next town, go to another one, but NOT the one in Cape Charles either. read more

Slowest service out of all Mc Donalds. Used to be quick. They are only getting slower. Don't know what happened. But they need to fix it especially at lunch time. read more

They are a little loud and very distracting but their food is delicious and some of them are very kind and welcoming .

Me and my son went and ordered 2 double quarter pounders and we were served raw beef. Never going here again.
