(To show you how much Yelp means to me, this one is from mid-September and I'm just getting around to it now. Caveat Emptor.) Straight up - Dunkin' means absolutely nothing to me. Haven't had one of their donuts since I was a kid and I do not prostrate myself at the altar of unnecessary caffeine like so many in our society do. Why was I here? Basically, we were on the way back from OBX and someone in our party who has a two or three time a day Dunkin addiction HAD to stop here. That same person also has a restroom addiction which of course meant...we HAD to stop here. Little boys' room was on the less than clean side and I got strong armed into getting something, so I chose a Strawberry Coolata. The ice was half-blended at best so there were chunks galore coming through the straw at random times. Maybe I had 1/3 of it before it was a no mas situation. Look, if you're into this stuff and in the area, the location is great right at the intersection of 13 & 113 where there is every fast food/dollar store/goodwill derivative imaginable close by. ordered two hot drinks, a donut and a croissant sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. Upon beginning to eat her breakfast sausage sandwich, my daughter stated this smelled like burnt cigarette ashes, and after only one or two bites, my daughter stopped eating it and eventually got sick to her stomach. Called the store and was told they would let management know about it. I hope today, Saturday, November 16th they checked the sausage. read more

Pulled in the parking lot and used the app to place my order as normal. Drove around to the drive thru and let them know my order number and when I pulled up to the window I got lectured on how I'm hurting there drive thru times and have to sit out in the parking lot longer. Not sure how sitting there talking through the speaker and placing the order would be faster. I don't think I'll feel comfortable going any more, so I won't have to worry about her drive thru times being affected by me. read more

This place is not going downhill it has reached the bottom. Placed an order for two toasted bagels with cream cheese. Needless to say they only toasted one part and the other side was stale. Cream cheese all over the place. Disgusting and the manager should be ashamed the way things are going. It has nothing to do with lack of help it has to do with the lack of respect for the customer and for themselves. read more

Horrible experience last night at the Pocomoke City, MD Dunkin Donuts. Ordered at the drive thru at 6:30 p.m. The employee/cashier was rude at the speaker when trying to order my donuts and peppermint lattes. She kept saying "wait a minute" as I tried to order two coffees and one dozen donuts. Order was simple and she kept sighing like she was frustrated. When I got Tom the window to pay she didn't even make eye contact and slapped my change back in my hand. I Pulled away and she had given me 8 donuts and not the dozen I ordered, also she had given me bitter plain coffees!!!! No peppermint lattes! Nasty coffee and it even tasted old. Order total was $22.59! awful service! will never be returning to that DD!!!! read more

Literally some of the rudest people I have dealt with for absolutely no reason. I work at Starbucks so I try to be very polite and accommodating because I know people can be a lot. She answered the call angrily with "can I help you??" Like we were bothering her, and I tried to order the toasted white mocha which she cut me off and said *very* angrily "we don't have that." I asked if she could suggest something similar because we don't usually order at dunkin which she cut me off again to say "no. There's nothing similar". So we chose a random drink quickly because she seemed so pissed at us. I then ordered my drink, just a medium hot americano with vanilla and extra oat milk and received an iced americano with no vanilla and regular oat milk, which in 40° weather was a huge bummer but she was already so mad I didn't dare complain. read more

Good experience here. There is a drive through which makes it convenient and quick. I ordered my usual, a large iced coffee and my girlfriend ordered the vanilla chai. You really can't go wrong with these two beverages. My coffee had the perfect ratio of coffee to sugar to cream to ice and my girlfriend asked for her vanilla chai to be made with skim milk and they did that with no problem. The location of this Dunkin is a bit confusing because there is no obvious entrance in the complex, unless you take the first turn coming from north. If you do pass that turn, turn at the next right (coming from north) and go around the back into the plaza. I hope this helps! America runs on Dunkin! read more

Dunkin' - Drive through!!! - Donuts Near Me - Pocomoke City, Maryland

Great place to stop if on a long drive. Their bathrooms are clean and they can make the basic DD menu items. If you don't like coffee, you might like the Baskin Robbins items. Service can be slow, but otherwise I haven't had issues here. They also have a drive through if you don't want to walk inside. read more

When ya need a wake up fix, the next java joint will have to do. This DD appeared just in time for me to avoid a pull off for a short shut eye. It wasn't the best one I'd encountered, and in fact it was closer to one of the worst. The coffee was okay while piping hot, but when cooled a bit it developed a bitter taste that did more to wake me up than the caffeine. Feh! Sadly, the donuts were also deformed, making for a generally unsatisfying road stop. I tried not to consider the metaphysical implications. read more

I have been to this location probably about 10 times. Heading south on HGWY 13, there isnt another Dunkin Donuts until you reach Norfolk, so this is the last stop. The bathrooms always seem to be clean when we go there and there are always young girls working at the place. It is located in a strip mall and has a nice drive through. They have always gotten my order right and the coffee is good. read more

The people who work here are the absolute worst. After a 5 hour drive I made a pit stop to use the bathroom. After not being able to find my mask and holding my small bladder, I put my thick shirt up and over my nose as a mask, which does follow guidelines. Unfortunately they were very rude to me. When I got to the front of the counter the girl didn't acknowledge me then served the person who drove up to the drive through. Then the next drive through person then the next. Got the vanilla cream donuts and half of them didn't have cream. Have them the benefit of the doubt and went back same problem. The ones that did have cream had a minuscule amount. Then there's the coffee. The first time we got Carmel latte and a brown sugar latte. They were pretty flavorless. Then the second time we got roasted almond coffee. More like burnt almond. I took two sips and couldn't finish it was that bad. Won't be going back. To that one for sure. read more

I came here about 4 hours before close. They gave me an iced coffee that was about 90% percent CREAM. They must have ran out of coffee???? Then my sister ordered a frozen iced coffee and a chai latte, and the cashier responded with "Machine broke"...??? Like WHICH ONE? She said both were "broke". The cashier and her other co worker were laughing the whole time also, and would not take my other sisters order. Place is total GARB avoid this jank Dunkin if u can. read more

Just stopped here on our way to Norfolk from N.Y. to get coffee and use bathrooms. The bathrooms were amazingly clean, and the girls working were courteous, friendly and quick working. Got my coffee and donuts in a flash. I don't normally write reviews for fast food places, but this one deserved it. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts but this particular one was the worst I walked into. The place was swarming with flies going through their donuts. The workers didn't seem to mind the flies because they're too busy trashing the other workers. All the workers did was COMPLAIN whether there were other customers preset or not. read more

The bathroom was filthy with a broken seat and a toilet that did not flush! The coffee was served cold and when my husband brought it back into the store the staff gave not an apology but attitude. Lucky for us there is another store a few mile up the road. Won't be returning to this location . Such a shame we have been stopping here for years. read more

Horrible experience...I walked in on a Sunday night at 8pm. Me and two other ladies stood waiting for someone to wait on us for a long while. I finally leaned over the counter and ask the young GIRL, "Ma *****" (young ladies do not act the way she did) if I could order some ice cream. She turned to me with a mean look on her face, and said "what do you want"? I gave her my order and she fulfilled my request, but not without an attitude. When she went to the register, she just held the spoons up in front of her and she made me reach over the counter to get them out of her hand...I ask her if she was having a bad evening? She looked at me then to the other young girl, :A******" to come and finish waiting on me as she refused to acknowledge my response...I completed my order and as I was leaving the parking lot the tow other ladies behind be walked out of the restaurant and informed me that "girls" refused to wait on them...so they left... I sure hope the owners have cameras and are reviewing them on a regular basis....This place will not make it for much longer if is the caliber of employees the owners/management insist on hiring... read more

It is impossible to get a non-stale donut from here. However, the staff is usually friendly and the coffee is good.

I travel extensively, dunkin donuts is a welcome sight. This one is for the most part ok. Most weekday mornings I have no issue, a dozen donuts a few coffees for the office. On the weekend stopped to get a coffee and some breakfast. Bad idea, bagel was hard, and stale. Coffee was burnt. Hence the 3 star rating. Stick to the weekdays and you will be fine read more

Staff was friendly but They did not know how to make all the drinks. We asked for a mango blast and they were not sure how to make it. We asked for large, the girl did not make enough the first time around and then had to make another batch to fill the large. The drink came out good at the end though. read more
