This McDonald's is our typical stop on our way home from the airport and doctor visits every few months. Today, just before 1 p.m., we entered the drive thru. It was fairly busy, but we got up to the order window quickly. When asked, we started to give our order and the clerk told us "hold on." She then asked again for the order, which we slowly and clearly gave her. She repeated it back incorrectly, and we repeated it correctly. The clerk seemed to struggle with clearly understanding even slow and well-spoken words. She ended with "what else?" or something curt like this. Certainly not what BOC taught years ago, such as would you like to try our apple pie or upsize your drink? When we got to the window, the guy repeated the order and it was still incorrect. We added the missing burgers (again), paid our $24.49, and moved to the next window. As we quickly scanned the bags and then pulled away, I realized how cold the fried were and really lacking salt. McDonald's fried have always been the very best in my book and when I treat myself to them, and pay that much for 2 meals and 1 partial meal, I expect the fried to be hot. If there is a next time, I will stay parked in the drive-through until I get fries that are reasonably hot. Bet no employee would pay full price for the fries I did... read more

I went through the drive-thru around 1 p.m. I ordered my usual Big Mac combo than iced tea the order taking the collecting the money and the handing out the food was done with no personality and no concern for the customer. I can see it in their eyes I think they're management hurry them up which clause my food to be cold specially the fries. Happy workers equal happy customers read more

Incompetent employees. Cashier was uninformed on the menu, took my order wrong, and left an item out. When I came back to ask about the order the employees wouldn't respond or straight out ignored me. The order took 15 minutes to correct and they weren't as busy for the amount of staff on hand. My partner and I passed by at around 1:30am but made our order very clear. I repeated to them that I was using a coupon when paying and they told me to "hold on" about 4 times. And then they told us that we had already paid, so we couldn't use the coupon. The manager seemed bothered that I mentioned the coupon although I had already told him I wanted to use it about 5 times. We didn't use the coupon, we didn't get our order as we ordered it, the manager was rude, they didn't even have that many customers at 2am. Wow this place no longer cares about their customers. I was the only one on the line and four of the staff members just looked at me including the manager and did not acknowledge me at all. I was standing there for a long time for them to take my order or say something. But nothing. I did not want to use the machines because 1. I was the only one in line and 2. This review is about their really stupid kiosk ordering system I get it, the system for ordering at the kiosk is another way to do away with workers by automating the system. Not a big fan of that from the get go. The odd thing is they have a lady standing there trying to get you to use the kiosk. Some people seemed irritated they just can't go the counter and order. I went ahead and used the kiosk as requested by the lady. As ordering it asks me what drink I want. I Indicate med size Diet Coke. When the food is brought to my table, no drink. I have to back and get my cup from the counter that I was encouraged to avoid. Now I have to fill my own drink while my food sits at the table unattended. Super dumb system. read more

I hate mcdonalds service. Food is cold, orders are never right, slow service, poor attitude at the window, you name it. But not this place... This place is living in the twilight zone. This McDonalds has the worst customer service. Lady taking my order was monotone (clearly $15 an hour is not in effect yet) she sounded like she hated her job. McChicken was burned and dry. WOW just because your food is shitty, doesn't mean your customer service has to be too. We came about 20 minutes before closing (we didn't know at the time that they closed at 9).. we order French fries, 2 hamburgers & a large sweet tea. THE LADY NEVER GREETED US / talked to us with the biggest attitude.. why? I don't know. So it took them 10 minute to make our food (we didn't even order that much food...) We thought this location was open 24 hours so we sat down & ate our food & we were not the only ones who were sitting inside & eating. Out of nowhere BOOM the lights turn off. No warning no anything. While we were eating they just turned off the lights because they were closing. It turns out their DRIVE THRU was open 24 hours, but why couldn't they have warned us or just let us finish our food since they are going to be there anyways? So we just left & ate in our car. Besides that fact, I was essentially left to believe that the manager got really upset at me because I asked for ketchup packets rather than going to the ketchup station. This is the closest fast food with a drive-thru to my house and my children's school. They're usually on point, but definitely NOT TONIGHT!!! I ordered and paid for 6 sausage burritos and 2 cheeseburgers. When I got home, the bag was missing 1 cheeseburger!!! I checked my receipt to make sure that it was paid for, and it was! It wasn't even a busy night - just me and one other car behind me at the drive-thru. Neither was it looking busy inside - only about a handful of diners. And I saw 3 employees behind the drive-thru window when it opened! Lesson learned: Always check the bag to make sure everything is in there before you drive off - even when the staff does not look busy. There were a couple of times in the last 2 months where my drive thru order actually came out perfectly. I noticed it was when someone who actually spoke fluent English was getting the orders ready. Why have someone who doesn't understand English well at the window? I hate this place and the employees are rude. I stopped to get my kids lunch and my grandmother a drink. Drive thru was long so I went inside. Only one other person was inside at the time making her order. She had a small child maybe 3 who really needed to use the bathroom, during these times I understand rules, but then instead of giving her the order quickly she had to wait for her drink, then the food, then the other drink, then the kids happy meal. I ordered right after her and had my two children with me as well we waited for 20 min. And I saw 5 other people order and receive their food and drinks. After 20 min my youngest also now had to use the restroom so knowing that it's not happening there I asked what was taking so long. Turns out I asked the manager in charge, she starts speaking to everyone in Spanish because it my order had not even been put together yet. Nobody had even poured the sodas. She then turns to the cashier and speaks to him in Spanish. He then speaks to her in choppy Spanish telling her that I need to be more patient and that they were a bunch of people before me and that I had not been waiting that long. That he has done nothing wrong and that there were many people ahead of me. I understand Spanish and apparently they didn't know that so I answered him back Stating that "I ordered two happy meals and four drinks and I saw the orders already be given to other customers that ordered after me" then he responded to me in English stating "I'm speaking to my manager ma'am" so I responded to him and told him that he needed to respect his manager listen to the coaching she's giving him and that maybe he should work on his customer service. I Will never be going to this Mac Donald's again. That guy should be re trained or fired he has no manners or customer service skills. They also never gave me back my receipt. read more

I hate this place and I've only been there once. I ordered a #1 combo and the cashier that took my order didn't understand English. I got to the second window and they got my order mixed up and told me to wait in the reserve parking spot for someone to come and bring my order. Yes I love McDonalds. I worked at one in high school for 2 1/2 years until I found something that did not involve food. Despite all the horror stories I never saw anyone in my store perpetrate any of them. Of course that was over 20 years ago!) Nowadays you never know what twit is working there. This store seems to be top notch. I get my sausage Muffin every morning on the way to my customers and a Smoothie or soda. They are "always" fresh. (Why can't some people understand the difference between a "toasted" muffin and a "burnt" muffin. This store has it right, most don't). Once right, once wrong. Visited this location twice on a trip this weekend and got a McWrap both times. First time was great...no dressing dripping from the bottom of the food. Second time, drippage.
