When I called the location I asked to speak with the manager, the person said, the manager is not here they will be there tomorrow. (this is the same exact thing they told me the last time). they told me I had to contact DoorDash, and they were very nonchalant about it but MORE THAN WILLING to give me the phone number to DoorDash, but something didn't seem right when I got off the phone with them and thought about their reaction, so I researched the phone number that they gave me and saw that the number was fake DoorDash number they had given me. So I decided to get in my car and drive to the location and order from the counter, I made sure they were almost done with my order and had everything at the counter before I asked one of the young ladies in the back if she was the maanger, she said no and pointed to the lady who was. Mind you...I told you they told me over the phone that the manager was not there. It turns out, that the lady I spoke to over the phone WAS THE MANAGER!!!. I asked the staff member who took our order what his favorite burger was; he admitted not Five Guys, but the ones he grilled himself at home. The restaurant design is off-putting, with walls lined with red and white 1960's style tiles, topped off with dozens of posters with supposed bragging (and misleading) quotes about their brand. The furniture was uncomfortable and not clean. I had that "ick" feeling the whole time I was in the restaurant. As for the big box of free peanuts at the pick-up counter: what a mess, peanut dust and shells everywhere. While a customer picked up his app order, he dumped his meal out of the pick-up bag and proceeded to fill that bag to the brim with free peanuts. The staff saw him do it, and no one said a word. Spineless, and pretty cheeky on the part of the customer. Tells me a lot about the type of customer this restaurant attracts. I guess if you've read this review to the end, you've guessed that I will not be eating here again...EVER!
