Cant even put mayo on my chicken sandwich. Really sad how far mcdonalds has fallen from grace.

According to their website, they are open 24 hours but when I called at 11:30pm, I was told they are closed. The last time I went there, we ordered 2 value meals, a double quarter pound meal and a bacon quarter pound meal. We were asked to pull forward and waited for almost 5 minutes...you would think the fries would be fresh after that long, but they weren't. And then we get home with our food and the double quarter burger was fine but the bacon quarter pound burger was raw halfway through. I didn't even feed it to my dog. Over $20 for 2 meals (not even upgraded to large) and the burger was half raw. It's ridiculous! I would leave zero stars if yelp would allow it! read more

It's small a town McD's. So, it's better than your average fast food place. But, it's still a fast food restaurant. The food is good for what it is. The place is very clean. And the service is pretty good. If you want a quick burger & fries, this is a good place to stop. read more

Order was completely wrong for one person. The person who prepared the one order must not know how to read. The second order was a fish sandwich with that sad half piece of cheese that they put on there but it was on the side of the sandwich, it's like they didn't even try. I would suggest that if someone has a group of more than 6 go across the road to DQ because this place is very small. Close the doors! read more

me and my significant other recently came to this location for lunch. i ordered a slushie, and noticed it was incredibly melted. my partner went up to the front and an incredibly nice and seemingly younger employee (assuming the name was braden) seemed like he genuinely cared for the issue and tried to help. but unfortunately, he was cut short by (what i assume to be the manager) literally screaming at him for doing his job, and she wanted him to run food out. i want to take note that the entire time we were there, she was screaming at him the entire time. he seemed like he gets picked on a lot. incredibly disappointed by the management and how they treat their employees and customers. the food was also incredibly mid. we would also like to say that braden was replaced by an older lady who maybe exchanged a couple words to my partner, and was kind of rude. terrible food, terrible service. there were flies everywhere. do not go here. #justiceforbraden read more

This location honestly sucks in the morning. You can't understand the worker taking your order, they don't let you know that the "orange juice machine" is down so they scam you out of money for those because the worker who hands you your food just wants to shrug his shoulders and not give us a replacement drink or even our money back for the damn drinks. Terrible service. I pull up at 445 and order one item. They tell me to pull forward and wait.... And wait ... and wait. Three cars behind me get their food and leave while I wait for my fish. Then finally, seven minutes later a female employee strolls out and hands me a bag. No apology. No acknowledgement of any kind that my wait was ridiculous. Stopped by here for a quick breakfast. The food was actually well cooked for mcDonalds. The problem was I couldn't seem to get creamer with my coffee. First they forgot the coffee. I asked for it and creamer. Got a black coffee....asked again for creamer and got another cup of black coffee. So good luck getting any creamer. I gave up and left the coffee. I was asking again about creamer and the lady who left it just walked away. read more

Sure this is a McDonalds in a small midwestern town. Its unhealthy, the restaurant is tiny the wait took forever. But every once in a while when the stars are aligned, you run into the most perfectly cooked McDonalds fries ever. And thats exactly what I smacked into tonight. At was as if every fry was cooked to perfection. 99% of the time generic McDonalds across the land screw it up. But not this time, this is a future artist/chef handling theses golden fries. Zero sarcasm here, this once in a blue moon time is the whole reason why we remember to ever stop at a usually crappy fast food joint in the first place. Well played fry guy, well played indeed. It took an extensive amount of time to get our food after we ordered. They also did not have any sweet tea.

The one single reason that this restaurant still exists today is the fact that its branded under a massive Corporation. The service and quality of food here has been an embarrassment and a shame to the community of Pinckneyville. I have been to this McDonald's many times I have been to other McDonald's many times and McDonald's is a bad place in general in terms of food quality but this would be considered the worst of the worst. After about 12 years straight of getting my orders wrong I don't think I can muster up a positive opinion, no pun intended. read more
