We were running late to catch our connecting flight, but needed to grab food as we had a 4 hour flight ahead of us. The McDonald's was close to our gate, but it had a line. We decided to get in line and were so surprised at how fast the line went. We got our food within a few minutes. They were very efficient and moved through the orders quickly. They have a great system in place. No pics of food, but it was tasty and fresh. Thanks! read more

The manager on duty at about 2pm 12-9-24 was probably the most annoyed upset and unhappy worker I have seen in a while. She was rude, slow, and didn't care about how she treated customers. She argued with airport employees and instead assisting people she yelled at them to move. The food i got it was cold and took a long time to receive my order. Employees name was Alyssa I believe and she needs further coaching on how to treat customers and to assist people better. read more

On 9/17 I visited this location between 10-11am. I needed to grab something quick before my next flight and was pleasantly greeted by the man working at the register. Placed my order on the app and it was ready in only a few minutes. While waiting for my food I recognized the employees hard work and attention to detail. Typically when ordering on the app for most fast food restaurants they fail to give you napkins, condiments, or even a straw. All of my condiments were in the bag with plenty of napkins! I overheard the woman reading my order and double checking she had everything before she handed it over. Most importantly, I really appreciated how positive the cashiers attitude was. I mean he was seriously so friendly and it really stood out to me so much that I needed to leave this review. The food portion of my experience was great too. I am just as amazed as you are that I am giving a McDonald's a four star review. This visit in the Phoenix airport was probably my first time at McDonald's in at least two years, but with few options open in this airport and the sweet, sweet smell of Chicken McNuggets wafting into my nostrils, there really was no other way to go here! I used the app to order and found it a relatively painless ordeal. After ordering, I was able to go to the counter after the specified amount of time, and my food was waiting for me. All I ordered was a Large Fries and a water, and there was no line, but I had to wait 5-8 minutes for Large Fries that was sitting up there the whole time. And they were $4.66! They were soggy; I couldn't eat them. I wonder how long they had been sitting up there. read more

This McDonald's is located next to gate B20 in terminal 4. I was here to get a quick cheap meal before getting on my flight home. As with most airport locations, there wasn't very good deals available on their mobile app. I eventually went with their 'buy 1 Sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich and get a second one for a penny' deal. With taxes, it came out to $4.02 which wasn't too bad. Even though I didn't place my order with the cashier, I noticed that he was very courteous, helpful, and friendly with all of the customers. read more

Not too bad for their new Vanilla Cappuccino as an option under the McCafe line of drinks. I had an offer to use on the McDonalds app for a free medium McCafe as a thanks for downloading the app (offer was good through 12/31/17). I think there was some kind of difficulty using this coupon--whether because it was a free offer or because this McDonalds is located in an airport, so if you decide to use that particular coupon, be aware of that! Fortunately the cashier was able to override it for me. Aside from that service was decent between the cashier and the server. Prices are pretty comparable to independent McDonalds. The drink itself--the vanilla taste is not too sweet or overwhelming and I like that about this particular McCafe drink. The coffee did have an overlying burnt taste, but it wasn't too bad for me. In general, McDonalds coffee can have a burnt/watered down taste, but this time it was better than usual. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by how the cappuccino was not too sweet, and I definitely also appreciated that it was a free offer to try. read more

Finally ordered after trying to figure out what food they actually did have. out of every burger other than a big mac, all drinks except powerade and bottles of water, and even salt. worst part was waiting for, and i counted, 20 minutes to get my food. when asked what was taking so long, they blamed it on the burgers. finally get my order and enjoy the cherry on top: undercooked fries, cold burger, and warm water. truly a one of a kind experience. I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these reviews, but there seems to be a trend. The only thing saving this from one star is the sandwich I got. It was their typical crunchy chicken sandwich, but it was actually pretty good- decent bun, good chicken, good veggies. However... the rest of the experience was awful. It was not fast food- they could not keep up with a small crowd. There were three people in line ahead of me, and a half dozen waiting for their orders. There is no seating since it's at the airport, and no really good place to stand- and since so many people were standing around, people approaching weren't sure where the line was. Seriously, how does a McDonald's not know how to keep up, and how do they run out of so much on a Monday? They kept running out of fries, and ours were barely cooked. They were completely out of other items on their limited menu. The girl who took my order was not friendly, and didn't know the menu, and screwed up my order. I ordered a large fry with spicy mustard sauce for Sweetie, and a chicken sandwich combo for myself. We did not get the large fry, but since they were out and I didn't want to wait longer I just gave Sweetie mine. They are lucky she was not there with me, is all I have to say. Every customer was grumbling; she would have told McDonald's exactly what they were doing wrong, and hurt some employees' feelings. To be fair, it may have been more a management/efficiency issue, but no one seemed to know what they were doing. read more

Truly awful and I do like McDonalds. Ordered chicken nuggets they were rubber. Fries were freezing cold. Staff who took my order kept texting while I was ordering. Trash on the floor. Someone was sent out to clean it and they just stood up texting while other staff.mebers threw packets of ketchup at him. Order time was almost 15minutes for cold food. Disgrace of an outlet and staff do not care it appears. Avoid at all costs. read more
