The workers here sucked. They were behind on everything and my family had to wait over twenty minutes for two burgers and French fries. All of the workers there didn't know who's order was whose and we're laughing and not on top of anything. This was my worst McDonalds experience. I would NEVER come back to this Mcdonald's. Went through there drive thru around 2:00 in the afternoon. I pull up to the first window and the cashier is arguing with another co worker about how many smoke breaks he took so far. Not once did the cashier stop arguing with him and focus on the customer. She gave me my .20 cents in change while still going back and forth with her co worker. I pull up then to get my food and again crappy customer service. I get the wrong soda and get the look like its my fault. She then hands me my new soda with her back to me and almost drops it. Worst customer service ever. Just visited the drive thru at 9:45pm only to be told they were no longer taking order because, "they did not have any more food." While our experience at this location have generally been poor, we've put up with it because they are one of the only late night options. This is by far out worst experience at this location, which is saying something. If McDonalds is looking to give a prize to the worst location, with staff that clearly rather not be there, then this is the place should be number one. By the way, the milk shake machine is consistently broken after 9pm. My recommendation would be to fire everybody and start new. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Today I was in their drive through and when my food wasn't ready I was directed to a waiting spot. An employee brought my food but wouldn't exit the building. Rather he told me that it wasn't his job to bring me my food and that I'd have to get out of my car and get it. When I went inside to complain to the "manager", the manager was absolutely clueless to the problem and made no attempt to apologize for his employee's behavior. While I was waiting for my refund from the manager, the employee stood behind him shaking his head and tau ting me. When I objected to that, the employee said "what are you gonna do about it". That is unacceptable and I will never, NEVER eat at this or any other McDonalds. Not having been to a McDonalds in quite awhile, this experience confirmed why and I don't plan on ever giving them my business again. I drove away without even finishing my order because of the poor interaction with the person taking my order. She proceeded to laugh with her co-worker rather than focusing on the customer and when I asked her what was funny she ignored my question, probably not expecting my reaction. We are taking care of littles who really wanted Happy Meals for lunch, so we ordered lunch for 6 people using the app and curbside. If you go to this McDonald expecting service like a 5 star restaurant, you're self centered. I went in the middle of a 20+ drive through line so I went inside and there was atleast 10 ppl in line inside, but that's what I expected to see when it's in the middle of a lunch rush at 12 in the afternoon. if you go through the drive through during the lunch rush (which iS 11-3) do not expect a speedy service, you're not that important, and I don't even work here I've just worked fast food before so I know the feeling of a rush. Went to this location and decided to go inside and order because the drive thru was a long line. There were tons of staff but nobody seemed to be doing much of anything except swearing at each other. The least they could do is clean the place. It was filthy inside. I stood at the counter with zero acknowledgment just for them to tell me 5 min later "if you wanna order ya gotta order on the kiosk" ummmm Okay? Why is the lobby open if you can't take orders at the counter. Anyway I placed my order just fine so as I was waiting. I had to use the rest room and when I walked in I opened the unlocked door of a stall I and quickly closed it because a staff member was sitting there on her phone talking about hhow someone got shot. I used the other stall and the employee made a comment to me about how she works there and it's disgusting. Great. So I go back out and I'm still waiting for my food. An elderly man comes in and is standing there at the front counter with no acknowledgement so I tell him you have to place an order at the kiosk. He doesn't understand so I tried to show him. He still doesn't get it so I look over the counter and try to get one of the many cursing staff members to help him. They just repeated that he has to order at the kiosk or go through the drive thru. I felt really bad for that poor man who ended up walking out. Terrible, disrespectful, RUDE, lazy staff. Something needs to be done about this place or it needs to be shut down. These staff members do not deserve to get paid a dime for doing less than minimum of what is expected of them.
