Olivia did a great job, was personable, pleasant, and provided great customer service! Inside the ambiance hasn't change and is still pleasant and comfortable. They have a nice mix of regular height and high-top tables. Plenty of TV's are placed throughout, including on their very nice outdoor patio. It's an arcade, I get it, but it's clear that NO ONE here cares or takes pride in running a clean and organized restaurant/establishment. The kid behind the counter probably isn't paid enough to keep it clean and organized but he does get paid enough to literally play arcade games in between customers... because he did. And hey, maybe that's a perk of this job. But management should then hire someone to wipe the games down at least once per shift. Our server was polite and timely- she also worked here before the change in ownership since I remembered her and none of these things were a reflection of her so I shall not name names. These symptoms start with a lack of management and high standards in the service industry. I really hope they can get it in gear because there's really no appeal to go back as of now.
