Drive thru cashier and food window worker were both non verbal. Both drinks only filled 75% despite a clear cup that makes the job pretty easy. When I said "the drinks aren't full" I got a deadpan stare and she closed the window. I don't expect much from McDonalds, but this was worse than most locations. read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever!! The staff are sarcastic, rude and unprofessional. The manager isn't any better. They don't know how to count change, or the numbers that are associated with the meals on the marquee that you order off of. The place was very dirty. The trash cans were full the manager was joking around with some employee. The sweet tea ran out. No one could of refill it. This McDonald's is not well taking care of. Very sad to see employees not taking pride of there work place. read more

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one greeted me and the screens weren't turned on. I got out of my car and tried to order inside (employees were in there, lights were on) yet the doors were locked. I walked around to the other side and found one unlocked door and I had to walk through the drive-through to get inside. By the time I got in it was 5:20AM and I told the McDonald's staff that I had been waiting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes and I asked if they were open. Only one staff member acknowledged me and they replied "Oh sorry." I observed that none of the staff members had there headsets on which would have notified them that customers were waiting. I saw a sign which stated that they opened at 5:00AM. Terrible customer service. read more

So disappointed just got home and both our orders of fries were all hard and stale. I asked for ketchup and buffalo sauce I was given two packets of ketchup and like 7 things of buffalo. Why would anyone need that much buffalo sauce and doesn't that cost extra normally? And when you ask for ketchup you should never just give two. Especially with two large orders of fries. Walked into this McDonald with my daughters and grand daughter. At the counter said hello to both people at the counter, the young man, Sterling, seemed new, but behind him was a lady who wore a management shirt. Neither replied to my hello. I preceded to order, he jerks talking to the person at drive thru, getting he fill he order, making her Mcflurys. My older father ordered the new signature crafted, but wasn't asked which protein, or bun or if she wanted the meal. I just ordered the spicy, wasn't too hungry. Unfortunately my sandwich was dry. I don't know why we got such service, is it my skin tone? The crew was very nice to the "others" in the restaurant. I had never felt discriminated EVER! Entire order was wrong and shift manager acted like we were at fault until she figured out the problem. We ended up being right about the order and she didn't even apologize. Also the fries were cold. I was so looking forward to fresh hot salted fries. We were not the only ones having issues either.
