Ok let's be reasonable- younger ppl working hard to make it as fast as possible. The employees make the difference. A customer stole my kids food and was eating several happy meals - employees noticed it and kicked them out and offered to make it all fresh for my family. We had to leave as we were there a bit already but returned our money promptly and apologized sincerely for that customer. That's the best I can ask for- thx everyone on that crew read more

Quick service & quick and accurate food. Employees were nice & polite too! They have a play area for the kids. The chairs & tables should have been more picked up & cleaned. I was there at about 10am in a Saturday so not a lot of traffic to have that many areas not picked up or wiped down. read more

McDonald's - a woman sitting at a table in a fast food restaurant - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Peoria, Illinois

See all

The food is to be expected, it's McDonalds. But at least at the one located at 4007 W Baring Trace, Peoria, IL, you can sit for nearly 40 minutes with an order of 1 thing and have 15 larger orders filled before you get yours. I'd just go somewhere else. read more

Don't pay in cash at this location, cashiers will try to steal money. If you give them a $20, for a $9 order, they will only give you $1 back and claim you gave them a $10. When you tell a manager, they call you a liar and say they're going to check the cameras before they gave me my money back. Then you have the shitshow that is Christmas Eve where the employees lie and tell people they're closed because they're busy when they're open until 11pm. No wonder people say you're not worth $15 an hour. Someone with severe down syndrome has more brain power than an entire crew does at one time. read more

The service at this McDonalds is absolutely horrific! The staff doesn't acknowledge the customers. They didn't call the numbers, expected us to know what trays were ours during a busy time. They forgot the fries for the meals and all the drinks. When I asked for them the lady rolled her eyes. All the staff members were rude. I got the Big Mac, the bread was hard and tasted stale. The fries were over cooked and cold read more

Terrible - waited for 5 minutes at the register to ask a question and no one approached me. Then I order the food at the kiosk and wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they stopped serving breakfast before I ordered. However they put my order status from "In Progress" to "Now Serving" and didn't say anything about no longer serving breakfast. read more

The service is horrible and they steal your money it is so over priced for just a burger that cost like 10$! And the ambiance is horrible I would not recommend read more

They take ages to give you your food and it doesn't fit the name fast food if they take 20 minutes just for a sandwich

24 minutes in the "pull up and wait line" from the drive thru. For 2 cheeseburgers, a couple of drinks and a chicken sandwich. And couldn't even get the order right in the end of it all. Ridiculous. read more

terrible people, terrible service. do not waste your effort and money. go to any other peoria location, they are all way way better. this location was always bad, and they have always found ways to get worse. it's beyond bad food, ignoring people in the drive through, and bad attitudes. it's bad management and a bad experience. read more

Worst location in Peoria. If you want to wait 30 mins for a cheeseburger happy meal and a 10 piece nugget a shake and 2 drinks then by all means...this place never fails to disappoint. read more

This McDonald's has gone way down hill. They never get my order right and i always find a hair in my food. Everyone there acts like they have better things to do then to be there working which means shitty service.Their whole crew needs to be replaced. I like a block away from this location and will now drive out of my way to a different McDonald's. read more

I don't get how this location can never get my order correctly. what do you think I should get when I order a number two, which is a quarter pounder meal and I say " I would like a number two, completely plain, no cheese or anything.". Half the time they didn't say do you want cheese and I say "no, just a burger in a bun". 75% of the time my order has cheese on it. I don't know how much more clear I can be read more

This location ask that I pull to the reserved area and wait for my coffee ......waiting for coffee in the am.... Really, I sit here watching car after car after car come through the driver thru happy to be getting their items and rolling out.... While I sit and wait for a coffee!!!!! Went in to find folks just standing around waiting to be told what to do!!!! Really "COFFEE" that's all!! The store was fully staffed - manager made his apologies and well that was all he could do at this point...... read more

It must be difficult for Highschool kids to know a meal comes with fries... I had to go inside and wait 10 minutes to get a manager to fix the problem from the drive thru! read more

Got the BTS meal, and a crispy chicken sandwich meal, had to ask for the fries for the crispy chicken sandwich, and they gave me the complete wrong order for the bts meal. like cmon. i get it's been a long day but all you had to do was read the screen. read more

I go to this McDonalds all the time! It is clean, the wait staff are friendly and helpful ! Occasionally the latte machine is down for cleaning! Glad to know they clean it. I see all these horrible reviews and you all have been proved wrong time and time again. I have things substituted on my sandwiches and they get it right! I go through the window and they do it right. The place is clean, inside and out. Feel like I am friends with most of the staff! If you treat them with respect, you get respect ! There food is consistently good. Been to a lot of McDonald's around the country and find very few I would give a bad review. Too bad for those who won't come back. read more

I've been there three times. Each time I've gone I've been asked to wait in the "reserve" area for drive through. I'm using the drive thru because I have no time to get anything else, not because I'm too lazy to get out of the car. It doesn't matter, because each time I've sat in the reserve area for around ten minutes waiting for food while others go through the drive through with no problem. Today, I was hoping to grab a meal between taking my grandmother to the doctor and my next job. No such luck. I got the drink and apple slices I asked for at the second window, but I was told my burger would be two more minutes. I waited in the reserve area for almost ten minutes. I went in to ask on the status of my burger. Someone messed up and deleted it. Oops. I didn't have time to wait around for a refund and left. Never returning to this location again, and if these keeps happening at other McD's, I'm done. There are so many other fast-food restaurants that are actually fast. read more

I know this is McDonald's, but this "restaurant" has some AWFUL customer service. When picking my food up today the girl at the pickup window practically tossed it to me because she was busy joking around with her co-workers. Wasn't even given the common courtesy of a have a nice day, just shut the window right there. Had this been a one time thing, I wouldn't say anything, but this has happened multiple times at this location during the evening hours. read more

Never spending a fucking cent at this food chain again!! The dumbass workers in the drive through heard us loud and clear that we had two root beers and a Dr. Pepper. Upon reaching the window, they tell us that we only ordered two drinks, and pushed us on our way. I'm beyond pissed because now I have to go without a drink and go thirsty! I don't give a fuck if you guys matter about quantity over quality you need to slow down and get my goddamn order right!! read more

Awful customer service. They are slow and somewhat rude. Came here expecting to at least use a coupon and instead the girl as she was closing the window after taking my payment went "I can't do that here so." I get it's teenagers but at least put it a bit nicer so I would maybe want to come back sometime in the future on a busy day, but you lost the customer. Good luck. read more

AWFUL MGR SERVice..and found HAIR N FOOD After a ate half!! Had nerve to try to give half $ back!!

RUDE!! Practically throw your food out the window to you. This Mcdonald's is right down the road from my school so i've been there a few times and have NEVER had a good experience. read more

Don't ask anyone in the Drive Thru to clean off the overspill that is all over your soda before they give it to you! This morning I got rolling eyes and not even a have a good day or thank you or kiss my butt. Bad customer service at this location. read more

Do not use cash at this location. 3 times I have been ripped off in change given. The first 2 times it was not enough to make a big deal about it. This time it was $10. I hope whomever is pocketing my money, I hope you get something really nice with it. read more
