She ordered the peppermint mocha which is great as usual which was great and flavorful. I tried their new holiday drink called the chestnut praline and to be honest! The flavor was just flat! The beans tasted like burnt beans! Very uncharacteristic of a reputable brand that they promote! Total disappointment of my drink! Hope this particular flavor doesn't make their cut! I can see why the brains behind their brand left to start the McCafe for McDonald's years ago! They were good about a decade ago. If you want a good coffee, I recommend Coffee Bean Espresso in Richland, ShareHouse in Richland, The Local in Kennewick, and the Latte Dog in Pasco! Those places are far superior in flavored latte and beans quality is superb for the area

While occasional poor service can be excused as a bad day, there has been one barista, I believe her name is Amidie, whose behavior has been consistently unwelcoming and at times outright rude. On more than one occasion, I have even overheard her speaking poorly about customers waiting in line. It's truly disappointing when one employee's attitude diminishes what would otherwise be a great experience. Sadly, we'll be looking elsewhere for our coffee moving forward.
