The two lane drive thru is the most idiotic thing ever. It causes congestion and accidents because stupid people don't yield. And it takes forever to pull away from the ordering board because the cars in front of you haven't moved. Then you have to awkwardly try to merge when the other lane is fighting to get in front of you, even though you were there first. Sounds like it would have been better to keep just one lane in the drive thru. Obviously, this is a corporate design and isn't the fault of this specific location, but I still don't like the two-lane thing. Though other experiences included getting the wrong order or getting something left out in our order, our last experience was the final straw. We spent 15 mins waiting in the drive through, hoping to have made breakfast only to find out we were two minutes too late. So we ordered lunch food instead. Paid the cashier, proceeded to the next window and were asked to pull forward and park and told our food would be brought out. Ten minutes later, food arrived, but the smoothie flavor was wrong. The girl was nice and remade it, but that took another 5 minutes or so. Otherwise. Food was ok. My problem is that we were trying to pick up a quick bite to eat on the way out of town. It ended up taking forever. The employees are nice, but need more training or encouragement from the boss. If you're in a hurry and want McD's, go to the one on Court Street, Canal, or on 395. I've never waited long at those locations. read more

I got a kids meal and I didn't get my chocolate milk and I got like seven fries don't go ever again I got an Oreo McFlurry in the Oreos were just sprinkled on top no napkins do not recommend I I couldn't pay with two cards, which was really devastating read more

Bad service always gets my order wrong everytime I go so I stopped going I don't recommend going to this McDonalds.

The female manager is aggressive and unpleasant. My son had an incident; he was kicked out of the restaurant because other guys, who may have been behaving inappropriately earlier, sat down at their table. Because of this, the manager called the police and accused my son. I asked for evidence or witnesses, but she refused to continue the conversation with me and threatened to call the police on me. I advise no one to go to this establishment while such employees are still working there - you'll only ruin your mood. read more

Lol I ordered the 20 piece spicy nuggets; told the attendant outside I'd like half regular and half spicy. He told me to remind the first window my request!!??? Realty??? So I did, guess what?? It still came out wrong!! And my extra sauces were wrong also. This location SUCKS!! Upper management SUCKS! Rookies read more

Utterly disgusting you see I found a toenail in my my 10 piece chicken. McNuggets definitely never coming back there!!

I am done with this McDonalds Rd 68, they continually get my order wrong, just got out of hospital ordered uber eats, and got it wrong again. I drove there to get my order manger said call uber eats, they are not the issue and not my point. The complete lack of care, the mistakes keep happening. I have gone inside to get orders and they still mess them up..... I caught the shift managers passing out people's receipts that they didn't take and telling employees to make a review online then asking them if they did it. Reported to management, asked for a follow up and nothing....complete lack of care with this location. Lost my business read more

I was so disappointed today with the fries. McDonald's has always had great fries and the best fountain coke around . Today I place my order and I noticed right away that the fries have changed. Disappointing to say the least read more

Should have checked before coming to this one. There's a reason they have 1 Star. Awful customer service. They were physically taking orders and the employee skipped our car (I guess it's too difficult to keep track of "every other car" and 3 cars that arrived after us were allowed ahead of us. Really frustrating when you go to a Fast Food place because you're in a hurry and they screw up and put you farther behind. Yalida was at the window and she's the manager. When we told her she said "you should order online". ??? They're paid $15 an hour but we need to do their job for them?? Won't be back. I highly do Not recommend this McDonald's. read more

This location continues to get my order wrong. I've resorted to just going inside and don't use the drive thru .

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Orders are wrong every single time. This whole place needs to be retrained!

Last time I ate there it made my stomach upset and ended feeling sick the rest of my day

This McDonald's is not deserving of this single star, I go thru the drive thru and proceed to order a #2 quarter pounder no cheese combo, a number #1 combo which is the Big Mac combo and order a MEDIUM STRAWBERRY SHAKE! I proceed to the first drive thru window and I girl says "you got the strawbery shake right?" I said yes and the two combos! I get home and guess what's missing? My STRAWBERRY SHAKE! I call the store pissed off and wanted a refund and the manager in charge says we don't do refunds! ARE you GUYS kidding me? I get SH*T service from you and paid for something I didn't get and can't get my refund? WOW NOW SUPER PISSED! This location makes 4.4 million in sales a year, please guys serve some justice and go elsewhere or be like me and rather starve to death than eat there!!!!! read more

Absolutely awful treatment of delivery drivers, some night shift workers are really nice and cooperative, while some will straight up send you up front and forget about you for 30 minutes, and then could care less about it. It's disgusting read more

I have to take this time and thank the girls from this McDonalds this morning I was running late for work had enough time to stop for a breakfast sandwich unfortunately did not realize I had stepped out of my house without my wallet I apologized to the cashier for the inconvenience and coming up to the next window they stopped me and gave me the sandwich anyway after they had paid for it I just gotta say people with this much heart should never go unrecognized!!!!!! Thank you so much you guys made my day!! read more

Literally they get our order incorrect 9 times out of 10. :( The drive through is awful as well - split lanes are really poorly done. They constantly forget items, mess up our "no may order" my adding "extra mayo" -- SMH. would love to see them step up the training and service here. read more

my grandson has been sick for two days and wouldn't eat anything. Today he asked if he could have a happy meal, so my daughter took him. When she got home, the hamburger bun was completely stale. Reading the reviews... I think I'm the only one who has never had a negative experience at this specific McDonald's! or the 4th time on Uber eats we have had things left off the order when we called Sam the manager told us we had to come to the store even thou we had payed the fee for delivery she was rude and unhelpful. Most horrible experience I ever had. I had a DoorDash order, restaurant doors were locked. So I went to the drive thru, it was pretty long but anyways got to the window and they didn't have my order ready. No worries, they sent me to the front of the store and said they'll bring out my order out once it's ready. Waited about 25 mins still nothing. Couldn't go inside the restaurant cause doors were locked and if I went to the drive thru it would be an additional 20 mins or so till I get threw it. So I called twice no answer. Finally after my third they answer and come to find out they completely forgot about me and my order. Ridiculous. read more

Ordered mcnuggets in the drive through, and I got home to discover I got a box filled with mayo and relish instead. Visit this location the most in from all location in tri cities, and reason for that is convenience. BUT NOMORE!!! I have the mobile and always use this. All I order is coffee and nothing special but seem like they always get the order wrong or takes for ever to receive. I know with COVID 19 things have been tough for everyone so I have given them opportunity after opportunity. Well this last time I went to order the same order BUT this time they charged me $20.58 and I asked how did that happen, person at the window said she accidentally combined my order with person behind me and manger will fix it at next window, manger at next window had no clue so I told her what happened and she voided the transaction. I asked for a receipt and she said she was unable to give me the receipt. Days later I notice they pulled the money from my acct. I called this location and manger on duty gave me number admin off in Kennewick. Was on the phone with and have email conversation with a person and she tells me she unable to refund me the money with no reason why, our mobile app show no history of transactions made that day. Person from admin office send me an email at 1232pm but according to her coworker when I called at at 1235 pm for an explanation she say the person helping me is out for the day and left just b4 1230pm. So I am currently going thru my bank to dispute the charge. WORSE LOCATION IN THE TRI CITIES read more

This is the best example of a McDonalds gone wrong!!! I have given this location numerous chances to redeem itself, but of course they fail miserabley. They can't get an order right to save their soul, and the attitude one receives from managers who are all of maybe 20 is unacceptable. When I go through the drive thru and my order is wrong for the millionth time, I don't WANT to go in for you to make it right, by then, all my food is cold!!! I should demand a refund, but I can't even stand the sight of this store and its employees. I spent 31 dollars and some change, and am so disgusted, because everything is cold. I won't be back read more

This was back one month ago, on feb 2010 at 2am. I ordered a large coke and a mcchicken. large coke was on sale for $1 each and a mcChicken cost $0.99. The total would be $2.16 with tax. I only have a 50 bill on me. So I paid with the $50 and the cashier give me back the change. It didn't look right but I still thanked her and drove off. Big mistake on my part because all I got back was $37.84. (Did she pocketed my change? will, hope so , better her than mcdonalds. Consider it a 463% gratuity! undeserved.) read more

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!!! I won't complain about the food because well, it's McDonald's. My complaint is with every single member of their staff. They are terrible! Rude, don't care about their jobs, and don't care to at least fake it. The girls on window will sit there and giggle and gossip and not try to hind the fact they aren't doing their job. It's extremely annoying. I don't care where you work or what you do but customer service is a must. These kids don't have a clue.
