Food is very good . Always hot and fresh . Usually the order is correct . But I wish they had veggie burgers .

Unfortunately, the McNuggets this time were extremely dry and overly crisp. I mainly got them to try the Szechuan Sauce with. This is only the 4th time McDonald's has offered it in over 20 years and I was excited to try it. It has a prominent soy, ginger, vinegar, and garlic but did not go well at all with the McNuggets. We stopped here on a road trip and needed to write a review because our food was so much better than other McDonalds. When we pulled up, the retro signage made us think it was either going to be insanely good or totally terrible - and everything was perfect. Workers were super friendly and the service was fast. But most importantly it was the best quarter pounder deluxe ever. Fries were perfect - my husband said, "this is how McDonalds intended their fries to be." Anyways, it's worth the stop. read more

Nice little McDonald's with a decent amount of Kiosks, it's welcoming, clean, it's not crowded, service is quick, doesn't get too busy especially during the morning rush hours so that's a plus, the music on the overhead radio is also inviting as well... read more

I hit them up just a few minutes before noon feeling very hungry. They currently have the 2/$5 promotion so a quarter pounder and nuggets in lieu of fries. Anyways- it was the juiciest, best tasting Quarter Pounder with cheese and extra pickles that I have had in a very long time!! The cheese was melted perfectly and it actually had the extra pickles I requested. They didn't charge for the pickles either, unlike other McD's! The nuggets were golden and crispy. My caramel iced coffee was perfectly made as well. The drive thru lady, was so pleasant and smiled thru the whole transaction. She obviously enjoys her job! It was a very nice experience! read more

I walked inside to grab a quick bite, and went to wash my hands when I walked in (pandemic and all). The manager informed me I could not use the restroom. It was not in the process of being cleaned, nor did it seem to be out of order. They just refused to let me use it. I walked out, epressing that I was upset because I could not wash my hands in a pandemic. The manager locked the door behind me. To add, I am one of those people who always looks inside a restroom before I eat somewhere. If the bathroom is a pigsty, the kitchen probably is too. Just something I picked up having worked in the food service industry. The Wendy's a block away did not seem to have these issues. Wendy's was clean, friendly, and the staff appreciates customers who take measures of cleanliness in this pandemic. In these times, I suggest taking your money to the Wendy's instead, or maybe giving Habit Burger a shot. read more

Poor customer service skills from top to bottom when I walked in and gave the staff my order they didn't acknowledge I was there it was my turn or what I have ordered. When I get my order I wasn't told I had to make the drinks just told there is the cups. The owner needs to have the whole staff reevaluated. read more

Mornings after hitting the gym I need some food to get me going - Egg McMuffin (300 calories) or the Fruit and Maple Oatmeal (also about 300 Calories) will get me through lunch and I like both better than the similar options avaialble at Dunkin Donuts. Unfortunately, I generally dislike the coffee here so I end up stopping at DD anyway. Drive through staff always seems pleasant, even if it is early... As for eating in at this location...I don't like it-just doesn't have that welcoming McDonald's feel. Anytime I've gone inside to eat the tables have been a mess, floor has been dirty, and it just seems very uninviting. In fact, the chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever had to sit on...it's like they WANT you to get out quickly. read more

The lady at the drive thru was rude and extremely obnoxious and refused to do separate orders because we had 3 people in the car all paying separately. Time after time...horrible experience! The owners of this McDonalds's should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. I think they probably make enough money daily to fix their drive through signage. It's been broken and hanging open for months. And their drive through screen is broken so you can't check they got your order right, which 9 out of 10 times they don't! You want someone who can't even press the correct button for a #2 to be paid $15 an hour! It's ridiculous! And they never ever remember to turn the stupid drive through sign around for the breakfast menu. It's infuriating that so many little things go unnoticed and nobody cares. Such a shame! read more

The dining room was filthy, there was trash on the floor and there was not a single clean table in the place. The kitchen appeared to be just as dirty, and the whole place is run down. If you just use the drive through at this place, you would be amazed at how awful it is, and you would probably never eat here again if you saw it in person. The food was awful, and the fries were cold and had been sitting around for a long time. I told the manager and he offered to get me a new one, but it was obvious he did not care. His shirt was untucked and he looked completely unprofessional. On top of this, I was charged for a larger drink size than I asked for. I travel all over the country, and this is absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. There is nothing good about this location. I am amazed that McDonalds allows this store to continue to represent them in this market. If anybody from the corporate office ever visited this place they would not let this continue. read more

This is the absolute worst location. We went to get 2 for 2 breakfast sandwiches at the drive through. We waited forever and when we got to order the woman had us repeat our order a few times through their crappy drive through intercom. I stopped into this McDonalds drive-thru for breakfast while running some morning errands. Initially I pulled in simply for coffee, but I went ahead and ordered some breakfast sandwiches for me, my gf and her mom to take back. I ordered one small decaf and 2 lattes; they didn't have decaf coffee---but offered me herbal tea. Sigh Thanks but no thanks. I ordered three bacon, egg and cheese bagels and three hash browns; when I went to pay, they asked me to pull around to the drive-thru waiting area in the lot. I waited 8 minutes, then finally one of the workers came out and informed me that they only had 2 bagel sandwiches left. Come on, what's going on at this place? It's Sunday morning at 8:15 am. Did we not expect customers ordering breakfast? Inexcusable and this is a clear-cut example of poor management. I'm not blaming the staff---they should have stock of everything needed to run the operation efficiently. No decaf, no bagels, long waits while I'm watching customers ordering after me and leaving with their orders while I'm still waiting for mine---sad. Customer service at the drive thru is horrible! My order is messed up every single time I go here. When you try to correct your order, no one there speaks English. You will have to ask for a manager. The manager speaks English and can't believe that the people that work under her do not even understand simple requests.
