awful, the place was filthy and the manager that took my order looked like she didnt want to be there... i asked for a large water cup because with my medical disability I need lots of water and she said she has to give me an xs cup (i ended up buying a large coke and putting water in it instead) . I NEVER once heard of that before anywhere. I asked for Mac sauce on my food and she didn't even ring it in and I asked to eat in and she never gave me a table tent. I got a iced caramel macchiato and it was only filled half way, so when I told them that they took it back and filled the rest with ice. So, my drink was 70% ice and 30% the actual drink. You can see the ice is taking up 70% of the cup, and it is 2x higher than the ice line. read more

For a Fast Food restaurant it was extremely clean, Brad who took my order was very helpful and nice. Unsure of the persons name who prepared the order but everything was correct and he was friendly when called my order number and gave it to me. We come to this location probably twice a month. It's nothing special. However, the manager the other poster mentions is indeed very nice and has waited on us before. This morning, however, was a different story... My wife wanted a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit sandwich, and off I went to retrieve said item. I waited in line at the drive-thru (which was busy, at least 10 cars deep), and we moved through fairly quick. So, I get welcomed with a half-hearted "Can I help you?" - Not the best start for the young voice on the other end of the line. I asked if they had bacon/egg/cheese biscuits still at this time (it was 11:05AM, and granted they might stop serving them)... before I even finished my sentence, I'm interrupted with a VERY stern "NO". She continues (in a very annoyed voice) to "educate" me that I should have looked at the breakfast menu which was plainly bordered in blue on the menu board. I tell her, "thank you" and move on. Well, young one taking orders... forgive me. Next time, I'll look. Just please don't yell at me. And, I REALLY hope your day got better. read more

How hard is it to work at McDonalds? In the drive thru today I ordered 4 six piece happy meals and when it showed what I ordered on the screen, it only showed 1 six piece happy meal. I told the voice in the box that I wanted 4 happy meals, not 1 happy meal. I sat there for a few minutes without anyone talking to me at all. Finally when I asked what was happening, the voice told me that it had been corrected. It never did show the correct amount for me to pay. The line of people behind me were not happy. I paid and moved to the pickup window. I was given 3 chocolate milks, so I looked at the receipt and it only showed 3 happy meals, not the 4 I ordered. I told the person at the window and they got me the missing happy meal & chocolate milk. They never apologized or said anything about what happened. The only good thing is they did not charge me for the 1 missing happy meal. I guess that is the apology from them. Why can't the persons working at the window be happy and nice to customers. This would make me come back. read more

After being told they didn't have certain sizes of drinks, fries, and being told they only had canned Coke, I waited 5-10 minutes after already paying and receiving drinks to find out someone at the window mixed up orders. They asked me to pay the difference on my order instead of apologizing and letting it go even after my verbal complaint, as most branches would have, before giving me the rest of my now cold order. All of that and then still having to go back into the building because they forgot an item. Unreasonable and unacceptable. read more

Visiting Hershey from California and stopped for breakfast! Best McDonalds I've ever been to! The manager was very patient while letting my 4 year old grandson order his meal by himself. The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The first bad experience, I was trying to order while the person kept yelling "is that it" after I said one thing. I said "no, and can I please have..." and the replies with "is that going to be it". They should be asking anything else. I then waited over 10 minutes at the window (not one person came to tell me it would be a couple minutes, and around 5 cars accumulated behind me) and when the girl came to bring me my food she opens the window, shoved it in my face and then shut the window without saying anything.Today I went in and a brown haired girl mid twenties with glasses was working the register. There was a line of about 5 people. She started screaming (not exaggerating) "I can't f-ing keep doing this, I hate this job" at all of her coworkers. She said the f word about 10 times and there were kids everywhere. Someone should have sent this girl home, not allowed her to keep swearing at everyone around, and throwing money at customers. I will never go back, and o don't recommend ANYONE to bring kids there unless you want them to witness a public freak out from an employee. read more
