To all the workers stressed and underpaid in this chaotic place--chin up. It's not just food you're serving. It's the fries someone needed because they had no one else make them feel good that day, the lonely man who barely orders but go's there because it reminds him of his late wife... It's the ice cream a little one enjoys after their milestones or even simple cases of the Mondays. It's the chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce my kids love and I myself crave when I need to feel like a kid again who knows nothing about trauma or responsibility or the pink goo it's made with...iykyk. Those are priceless memories you're serving, and you're doing it while supporting yourselves or feeding your own family. Chin up and be proud to serve this food for the few that you lost sight of..... once you do that food will take on a new taste for everyone to enjoy. read more

This place is literally the most consistently worst fast food restaurant I ever had. You would think that once in a while you would have a pleasant experience at some point butt no. This place should literally shut down due to the poor service and poor food. Do yourself a favor and go next door to jack in the box.You will have a far better experience read more

McDonald's - Spicy McCrispy™ - Fast Food Near Me - Pahrump, Nevada

McDonald in Pahrump is the worst McDonalds ever. The order is always wrong. Today instead of nuggets I got a hamburger. I got this order 35 min after Inplaced it. I was told I have to check in through the app. There is no option to check in on the app unless the app is bugging like hell. People that work there don't even care and cannot give you an answer to a simple order. What happened to the service, quality and being there for a customer? Never coming back to this place that's for sure! read more

this place is really slow. We were waiting for 30 minutes to get to the window, when we got to the window they told us to wait at a reserved parking spot. We got a large fries , 2 hot and spicys 2 mc chickens a ten piece nugget and a four piece nugget a large refresher. we waited about 35 minutes to get our food, we had to go inside. The mc chickens are cold(and hard on the sides.) and doesn't taste good. read more

tonight (thursday september 8th ~ 11:30PM) i decided i would get myself some late night mcdonalds. so i went to place a pickup order on the app and the only option was to pickup at the drive thru, so rather than using the app i decided to call and make sure i would be served in the drive thru on my ebike. the manager who answered told me yes, so i left my house for mcdonalds. when i arrived i went to the drive thru and placed my order no issue. when i arrived at the window, waiting for me was a young gentleman with curly blonde hair who very rudely sighed and told me that the dining room was open and how i was taking an unnecessary risk by taking my ebike through the drive thru and how i should call and ask next time, this continued to the point where i had to ask if he would take my payment or not. sir i did call and was told i would be served on my bike in the drive thru, i suppose i didnt clarify whether i would be served a frustrated lecture on bike safety. to management: put the rude ones on the frier. to the employees: i feel you, but if you start rude the customers will meet your energy, work BOH if you cant handle a person on a bike in the drive thru read more

First off...no one is EVER smiling or friendly here. Second of all, the food is lousy. Served cold, stale not to mention fries only half filled. However, today beats the cake! Was in a hurry and had worked all day and was too tired to cook anything so thought what the hell. I'll just stop and get us some food for dinner. Pulled up and ordered. Paid the girl who was scowling and she throws back my change and slams window shut. Now ok, people have bad days, but this place must be a literal hell hole to work in. Because as I said, no one is ever smiling. And seems no one is ever friendly. Anyways... waited my turn. Got to the pick up window and the red headed girl is scowling at me like I've totally effed up her day. I'm like ok. Whatever. Maybe she too is having as bad a day as the girl at the first window. Whatever. She rattles off my order and asks if this was me. I said yeah. She opens up the bag, looks inside and hands me the bag. So, me, stupidly thinking all was good inside that bag, drives off. I get about 5 miles down the road and think, I'm gonna have a couple of fries before I get home. Well, I'm driving so not looking in the bag, but can't really feel any fries in there, so lift the bag up and yeah, there were fries in there....lmfao!! A total of about 8-10 fries in my fry bag. Seriously!?! WTAF people! You suck! I work hard for my money, harder than you'll ever work, and I get screwed out of a bag of fries. Seriously, is this bag of potatoes coming directly out of your paycheck? Are you that stingy or just that lazy that you can't fill a bag of fries up?!! Honestly. Last time I will EVER give this place a damn Penny of my hard earned money. You suck! All of you literally suck! read more

The nightshift guys were soooo slow. There were only two of us cars in the drive though and it took 10 minutes to get my food because they were standing around talking about their coworkers. They gave me my food but forgot my drinks. Then after I got my drinks I checked my grinch meals and they didn't give me socks. So I had to yell into the window for socks. Not good service at all. read more

This place can have the best food if the night shift can get their act together. I have been here twice at night and first time the service was poor took excessive long wait time at the curb. Then when I got home order was incorrect. Tonight we gave the night crew another chance and we preordered and we parked into curbside #1 and our order # was 1990 it took over a half hour to get our food. When asked how long it will take we were greeted by an elderly woman who yelled I am doing what I can. Surely she has no host or customer service skills. read more

Due to convenience and easy access, this fast food restaurant is a USA it self. However in Pahrump they cheated us time after time. We ask to get a freshly cooked French fries but failed. Last time the quantity of the large size fries were half full and wilted, not freshly cooked. We will look for another fast food that will restore our pride to use fast food restaurant in USA. read more

I will never spend a red cent at this location ever again. I used the app tonight to order ahead and when I get to the drive through around 10:20 PM to pick up my food there was another car there ahead of me in the left drive through lane ordering. I pulled into the right drive through lane and there was nobody ahead of me so I was waiting at the speaker. The car in the left lane completed their order and pulled ahead to the window. I continued to sit and wait, nobody ever came over the speaker to assist me. Then as I was waiting, another car pulled up into the left drive through lane and instead of taking my order on the right speaker, they proceeded to ignore me and take the order of the car on the left that pulled in after me. I was there first! After I had to wait for the second car to order they finally came on the speaker. I told them that it was very rude that they took the order of the car that pulled up after me before me, and just left me sitting there, even though I was there first. When I said this the classless, rude African American woman who identified herself as the "manager" proceeded to start yelling at me over the speaker and telling me that I would have to come inside to order, that she didn't care, she was training someone." When I shouted at her back she said that if I came inside to get my food she would "beat my ass". Mind you, my child was in the car this whole time. I had ordered a Happy Meal for her and a Quarter pounder with cheese meal for myself via the app. So, basically, she was telling me that if I wanted my food that I had already paid for through the app I would have to come inside to get it and waste even more of my time, and be physically attacked in front of my child. I guess this is the thanks I get for spending my hard earned money at McDonald's. And for being a loyal customer who even uses their app! Not anymore! Never again! This location might as well not even exist as far as I am concerned, it is so poorly managed. The inside is like a dystopian hellhole. Setting foot in there feels like a punishment, like going to jail. Maybe that is why the employees act like inmates, or caged gorillas. There used to be one nice, older lady who worked there, at the drive through. She was always at the first window. She wore glasses and had grey hair. She was the only employ worth a spit in the whole place. IMO, she should run the place, fire everyone who currently works there & re-staff. She was always a pleasure to see there when I would come through the drive through with my daughter. I hope she doesn't have to work there anymore. The place should shut down it is so bad. You can't even order at a counter inside of the restaurant. You have to order on those touch screens. And woe be to you if your order is incorrect because the few times I have gone inside there are always frustrated people standing around because their order is incorrect, while being ignored at length by the staff. If the idiotic woman who shouted at me through the speaker is a manager this location is doomed. The fact that they have someone admitting to training a new employee incorrectly is an embarrassment. So the person who is in charge of training others at this location & claims to be a manager is not only incapable of training new hires correctly, and teaches them such poor customer service that they threaten to physically assault a customer in front of them! GHETTO! When I called afterwards and asked to speak to a manager it was a different woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager and all she would tell me is that I would be refunded within 3 days. What a crock. Don't waste your time or money on these ungrateful ingrates. They shouldn't even have a job. Not sure if the staff are prisoners out on work release or what but they are the worst staff I have ever encountered just about anywhere, in this small of a town. Weird. read more

Sometimes fresh, sometimes not. Sometimes they miss items, sometimes they don't. Sometimes you have to wait outside at curbside for 15 minutes and walk in and wait 5 more minutes. I came here at 2am Saturday night, i wasn't expecting much but even then with low expectations I was left disappointed. After placing my order at the drive through I was told that they they just threw my nuggets into the fryer and that it would just be a moment so please pull up to stall #4 and wait a minute and they'll bring my order out. while I was waiting half of the night crew go out the back door and smoke cigs and puff on their vapes, which is fine its their break time. but i had to sit at the parking stall for 20 mins before they brought my order out, and then they told me everything was hot and fresh.... my fries were cold. They must've put my fries in the bag while the nuggets were cooking and they just got cold in there. Pahrump is pretty dead at night so unless youre over at the chicken ranch, so I guess if you want to eat at 2-3 AM you're just gonna have to deal with it. read more

Told to pull around and park and wait more often then not for a single simple breakfast order. Have had to eventually go in a couple of times and find out why I've been waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot and the food is usually cold when I get it. I'm done with this place. read more

If you go in the morning and afternoon the food is great, service is about as good as anywhere else in town. However, the night staff clearly isn't trained on how to do things properly, this is the 5th time I've eaten McDonald's after 10pm and woke up with my stomach hurting, people should lose their jobs. What kind of establishment runs well during the morning and afternoon but has lazy late night staff. It's ridiculous how this business operates and people should avoid it after 9pm. Not to mention the fact we went through the drive through and guess what, we were sitting there waiting for 15 minutes, the lady at the first window was nice even though the guy in my backseat was complaining, no angry voice no nothing from her but the Latina lady with the piercing on her cheek was moving slower than some freshmen I knew in high school, this establishment no sense of time management and they refuse to do any better than what they already do, I know most of them are high school kids and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt as I remember my first fast food job, but even at KFC there was a certain level of effort you had to put in, the only reason ANYONE should wait more then 10 minutes for their food is if you have to make it from scratch, which I know no one at McDonalds has to do, so get off your asses and do your jobs properly or kiss my business goodbye. read more

Ordered food at 2:02 in the dining room and didn't receive our food until 2:40. That is an insane amount of time to wait for two burgers and a happy meal. I wouldn't recommend coming here, I would go anywhere else if you're looking for something fast. We would have gotten our food faster at a sit down restaurant. Employees are also very unprofessional and standing around yelling at each other in front of everyone. read more

They got my second order correct! I am pleased. Seems hit or miss to be honest, but service is fast.

This McDonalds is severely understaffed. We went at around 11 pm and it was an absolute mess. There were only like 4 people working and a bunch of machines were going crazy beeping. We waited at least 20 in line to order even though there were only 2 people in front of us. Getting our order took another 20 minutes and only after prompting. At the drive thru line was even worse. I felt really bad for the staff. They definitely needed a lot more help. Our food was slightly cold and even just getting napkins was a hassle. read more

I'm not sure what has been happening at our local McDonald, but is there a reason the drinks only get filled to 75% . They really don't want you in the dining room. Most of seating closed for repair. No one is working. They absolutely don't want to wait on you at the counter. I tried to order at the kiosk but it was impossible. They have 50's music playing so loud I could not talk to my wife about her order. Finally a person helped us out only because another upset customer stopped them. Then to top it off they have the air-conditioning off and it's really hot. It's the way of the future. I've gone here quite a few times since we have very few choices in town, one night I went through the drive through round 11:30 at night, they told me they weren't accepting cards and it was cash only I waited 5 minutes before someone took my order, I pulled up to the window and a younger African American kid wasn't in uniform looked like he was stoned out of his mind took my money didn't give me a receipt told me to pull around front and someone would bring my order out. I waited out front for 15 minutes no one came out, I pulled around he said he couldn't help me with no receipt, I told him I was waiting out front he told me that's my fault. Then was like oh wait hahahahahaha I remember you gave me my cold food and told me to leave. Another time I asked for a large fry the girl told me they don't have large fry containers so I can't order that but charged me for it, so I asked for two mediums she said "you can't order more than one thing of fries" like what the actual fuuu.. so unordered one medium fry and two other items then asked for another medium fry she said that's fine she can do that. I have to say since my last review this McDonald's has definitely gotten better. So I am raising my stars to 3! There must be a new manager or owner because the food seems so much better The one thing any McDonald's has is amazing coffee. It's really good and for the price you can not beat it. We are very happy that this McDonald's finally has some good management and better help and have stepped it up a lot compared to the way it was. For fast food and the only McDonald's in town if your craving it just make sure it's hot and fresh!! I actually go here for coffee more than the Starbucks in town. read more

I don't know what's going on with this place...but the drive through today was a mess! I was there about 3:45 pm. I was told to look at the menu while the who ever was taking the orders figured out what they were doing. I was waiting and waiting and waiting. It was taking so long the person behind was honking at me and telling me to make my order. The person working told me it would be another minute. I told them people are honking at me because they didn't think I was ordering. The truck on the other side moved forward making me think I had also been skipped. I told the person working to never mind. With the person growing angry behind me and how extraordinarily long it was taking I felt like I was in a precarious situation and felt unsafe. I felt the safest option would be to just leave the line. It turns out the truck had abandon the line as well. They lost at least two customers in the span of a minute but had kept us both waiting for quite a while-so much so that one car in line at the pull up window was leaving. Not sure what the hold up was but that was worst experiences I've ever had in a drive thru anywhere. read more

We ate in the kid's area. Every table was dirty and still had the numbers and food leftover from whoever ate there last. Floor was filthy. You can only order at the digital podiums now and they removed the soda dispensers from the lobby so you're dependent on the staff to get your drinks. Which was extra inconvenient when the lady working the counter told me she was grabbing 2 of our drinks, and then left us waiting for 10 minutes. McDonalds' decision to automate and obviously hire less people has truly hurt every aspect of the restaurant. read more
