The miso soup and small salad that came with the meal were perfect and well-balanced in Japanese flavors. The shrimp tempura with vegetables were all succulent and fried to perfection. Ohjah was immaculately set up with red cloth napkins and many sauce dipping dishes, chopsticks and forks set up just so, on neatly arranged tables and chairs. I stood in line for almost 45 minutes at this location yesterday. They run the online orders and the drive through almost as a priority to the people waiting in line. I have the Panda Express app and eat and at locations in Texas all the time. I normally wouldn't bash this place for a one off experience when they were busy, but this was an extreme example. Maybe understaffed, but I hope they figure it out.
