The miso soup and small salad that came with the meal were perfect and well-balanced in Japanese flavors. The shrimp tempura with vegetables were all succulent and fried to perfection. Ohjah was immaculately set up with red cloth napkins and many sauce dipping dishes, chopsticks and forks set up just so, on neatly arranged tables and chairs. Ganbatte Coffee & Grill is currently located in a shared commercial kitchen with plans to relocate (to her own place) in the future. Luckily, this shared address has a dine-in area with convenient restroom! Vera is the friendly owner. She is very passionate about her business and showed us Instagram posts for her catering jobs! Wow! Looks so professional and yummy! I taught my roommate how to scan the QR code for the menu and how to order and pay online. Vera brought our meals out quickly!
