Dear sonic, I get you were busy, but I was thirsty. It's not my fault that your system wasn't doing its job, so next please don't yell at me! You made me feel GUILTY for being there. All I wanted was a dirty DrPepper :( I placed my mobile order, then waited, waited, waited, and guess what, I waited some more!!! I finally built up the courage to talk to an employee, she then proceeded to tell me she gave my order to SOMONE IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH! I will admit she was nice! And trying to do her job. BUT the OTHER ONE was making it sound like I was making her job HARD when I'll I did was sat there thirsty. THIS is why I give one star. I was very sad tonight, as I had waited 1 HOUR for 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks there were handed away!!! After I PAID. P.s.- your tables were dirty. read more

I went in for a limeade, was given SPRITE. Came back and the girl gave me a "cherry limeade" with NO Limeade flavor at all, no cherries or lime fruit whatsoever. I don't know why Sonic is slacking but it's just plain bad business to be having to replace people's orders because you choose NOT to do it correctly. read more

I don't think I've ever eaten at a bad sonic until today. The fries were so overcooked they were pure crunch and dark. They smelled like old grease and tasted horrid. Why would they let something that obviously was not appetizing leave the kitchen? Management needs to do something read more

Just no. I took the fan here because I thought it would be fun for my kids to have the "car hop" experience. They did think it was really cool. But then that was the end of our pleasure with this experience. We got: Chicken strips - They're not "premium" white meat, they're more of a flat pressed strip. A chicken sandwhich - The Texas toast somewhat saved this. But it was just ok. Fries - These were bad and super greasy. Fried pickles - These were ok. They were really cut like French fries so they were square. My daughter really liked them. I just thought they were ok. All Natural Lemonade - my husband actually likes this. It wasn't quite Wendy's food he said. But it was close. Our food came out quickly. But our first set of fries were old and greasy. Someone was coming out who said he worked there. So we asked him if he could help us get fresh fries since you can't actually go in there. He said they'd bring them out. After sitting there for 10 minutes we called to ask if the fries were coming out. They said they didn't know we needed fries, then brought some right out. Unfortunately these were hot but still WAY too greasy. I read more

They took 20 mins for 3 drinks and the service was slow as hell and i had to be some where

asked them to make my burger plain, i open it, pickles and onion. my wife is highly allergic to pickles, so this was very dissapointing. i even asked again at the window if it was plain, and the lady says " it should be" we should always be checking for these things, i have lost my trust with sonic. read more

Would like to evaluate the food. I'm 0 for 2 my last 2 trips. Last year tried to get a cheese burger they did not have cheese. Today was going to try again. Only one car ahead of the order speaker. He sat there for about 5 minutes before they took his order. I pulled they asked if I had an app order. Answer was no. They told me wait to order. Saw how long thar took the car in front and decided to leave. Good thing pretty easy to pull out of the drive thru when you give up on them. read more

We wanted some dessert and the options didn't look great in Pahrump, so we ended up at Sonic. I really wanted to try a slush, but their machine was broken! We ended up getting a Caramel Banana Shake and Strawberry Cheesecake Shake. Both were very good. I love that they use fresh fruit. No fake strawberry flavor here. I think these were some of the best fast food milkshakes I've had. I'd definitely come here over McDonald's, Arby's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc if I wanted a shake. read more

Literally the order is wrong every single time no matter what I order. Its either totally wrong or made wrong. I ordered 4 drinks this last visit, one slush and 3 flavored limeades. None of the beverages had flavoring added. The limeades tasted like bitter carbonated water and the slush tasted like stale water. No refund or replacement was offered when I called the restaurant. I was just laughed at and hung up on. I ordered it via delivery on Uber eats. As hospital staff we place large orders regularly, we wont be ordering from sonic again. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger for lunch and it was horrible. It should be called a sloppy burger. I was really hungry so I ate half . If I would had time I would have returned it. Very disappointed read more

On a good day, during daylight hours, this Sonic location can actually be passable. But if you come here at night (and I'm talking about 8:00 or 9:00 pm, not super late night), a bunch of stoned dimwits will be making serving your food. The employees are literally vaping weed in the parking lot, and your order will almost never be right. This place is the S T D of food. You think you're going in for a few moments of pleasure, but you'll be filled with nothing but regret. read more

Not saying that this is the best Sonic Drive-In of America - because it's not - but they do support a car club of which my in-laws are members. They also added extra cherries to the cherry limeades that I ordered. Service was nice on delivery of drinks and on the patio intercom, but... The speakers are a pain. I repeated my order three times. Not a fan of Sonic food in general - just a great place to get that afternoon fizz thirst quencher with da bomb.com ICE! read more

Burger was sloppy but good. Chicken tenders and onion rings were burnt to a crisp so bad that you couldn't even eat them. Hard as a rock. read more

Drinks When I Come To Town I come to Pahrump a few times a year and usually stop here before I head back to Vegas . I usually get one of the specialty drinks , sometimes a snack . Nothing to brag about , your usual Sonic . I have fond memories of the Sonic we had in South Carolina . Cruising with the girlfriend , getting frito pies , chili dogs , or tater tots . The last time I was here was back in August . read more

We go to this Sonic quite a bit. The food and service is excellent. But I have to say they mess the order up frequently. They seem to go through alot of help so no one seems to know what specials are going on or coupons. Pahrump is limited to good fast food so Sonic is a good choice if your in town. read more

Not too shabby in my opinion. The last few times we have come to this particular location, the service has been decent and food has come out quickly. Tonight we came for half prices shakes. I ordered a PB Oreo shake. Which came out tasting like nothing. We came back and complained about the taste and they remade my shake no problem and upgraded the size free charge. That's what customer service is all about! read more

Can someone tell me how a place like Sonic can be out of food all the time? Is the manager not ordering enough? Yesterday my husband and I went there for breakfast. First, the ordering device didn't work and we stood there waiting to order what seemed like forever. We didn't eat in the car as the car slots are so narrow for a big SUV so it is nice to eat outside at the picnic table if it is clean. I ordered a super sonic burrito. It was missing the sausage? What the heck? It literally had cheese, a bad tomato, 2 tater tots and egg. They didn't even bother to tell me they were out of sausage. This has happened the last 2 times now. I am giving 2 starts cuz the pretzels w cheese are yummy. But cmon Sonic get it together! read more

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through line waiting to order. Finally got up to the front and we wanted slushees, but the worker told us right in the middle of trying to order that because it's so hot, they aren't doing slushees or ice cream.....if that's the case maybe they should put a sign up instead of having people wait in line. read more

They didn't sell fry sauce and they were out of everything. They took 30 minutes to get my order when no one was in front of me. Horrible service. Rude workers. Disgusting place. read more

They always get my order wrong but tonight was something specially incorrect. They got my order wrong with missing items, when I went back to get the missing items, they proceeded to even get that order wrong. Double cheese burger meal was not eatable!! Burger full of sauces that should of had light. Frys were cold and chewy. Didn't have onion rings and no meat for the grilled cheese burger. Horribly run, general manager avoids contact with customers at all costs. He sends high school girls with attitudes to deal with all customer issues. I usually love sonic but wouldn't eat at this one again if my meal was free. All social media outlets will receive the same review read more

Sadly won't be going back to this location after today's visit. 1) went for ice cream to be greeted by ice cream machines not working sign on the speaker after I get up to drive thru with cars behind me already. 2) ordered something else just because and the chili cheese tots came as with only cheese and fries mixed in. 3) took forever to get the burger and tot order 4) 3 employees in the parking lot in some kind of heated discussion. read more

This is so long overdue with the countless amount of times that you guys have messed up my order gave me the wrong thing and then refuse to fix a problem even if I offered to give the food back to you absolutely ridiculous your customer service is terrible the managers are all cowards and refuse to speak to unhappy customers and rarely do you ever get an order right unless it's just one drink absolutely horrible location read more

I ordered two burger meals from the mobile app. for my husband and myself. A young lady informed us they were out of large patties to make the burgers and offered to double up on little patties. This was not an acceptable option for us so we decided to cancel our order and have our card refunded. We were told that the refund would come back to our account in 5-7 business days. To us this whole scenario was unprofessional because 1) There should have been signs up at the stalls to make customers aware that they were out of their most basic menu item. 2) They should have made the items unavailable to order on their app. 3) Not doing the above two things could create serious problems for people who can't afford to wait 5-7 days for a refund. read more

I went to my local sonic drive-in today use the drive-through the girl at the intercom had no clue about their new specials and did not know what I was talking about I had to drive up to the window with no order then I ordered from another girl who had no idea what the today's specials were I had to wait a long time for my food and my shakes, they need to learn their specials for the month .the twisted Texas chili dog is a foot-long Coney with just onion rings not very original they should add something else to it read more

I'm visiting Pahrump from California and where I live we don't have a Sonic so I thought I'd try it and I was not disappointed. I've come this this location 3 times in 2 days now and obviously I liked it a lot . The food is fairly priced and comes out quickly, I would recommend getting tater tots over fries they're very good. The ordering style where your park and they roll it out to you is neat as well, and the service was friendly every time I came. 4 stars because the manager was kind of rude on the phone which surprises me because all of the employees I interacted with were very polite. All in all I like this place and I'll probably come again before I leave read more

You know what is awesome? Sonic Drive-in :) Why? Because Sonic rules!!! For many years i would crave EXACTLY what they were offering. And you know what their food is so awesome. Seriously.....awesome. OK, I bet many are thinking i'm crazy. I have heard from many people Sonic isn't all that. But it's all a matter of opinion. Sonic has a lot going for it that you just don't get in the rest of the Fast-food scene: 1) late-night specials on Burgers 2) mid-day specials on drinks 3) amusement-park style hot-dogs 4) tater-tots 5) smoothies and sundaes 6) slushies and malts 7) chili-cheese which can be added to practically everything and that's just what immediately comes to mind...there's even more to see and sample when you are there... One day I hit up Sonic late at night and did a burger special with a lime slushy. You know, I'm sure in most circumstances a soggy-steamed burger at 11pm would gross me out. But in this case, it was heaven....with that lime frozen elixr driving it home to complete satisfaction. I was hooked like a drug addict on crack. Next morning I wanted to immediately go back..for lunch. So i waited to for 2pm...the start of the infamous Happy Hour. You just gotta LOVE all the drinks available. Man, it's insane. I did a Route44 Real Berry which was like 44 ounces of freshly made strawberry slushy (with a lot of strawberry pulp confirming it was fresh)...all for a measly $1!! WIERD!! Along side this huge mofo I picked up a freakish-ly-long chili-cheese dog with an equally long tray of chili-cheese tater-tots in Sonic size. Hot-damn, this was Yumm-EEE. Later (yes...the SAME DAY), I hit up Sonic AGAIN and got this crazy awesome shake with order of these fantastic onion rings! The NEXT DAY, I head back and hit-up happy hour AGAIN and get a sundae and a limeade in Route44 size once again. Now I was getting close to feeling I was all-Sonic'd-out. But then they throw me this curve ball.... The bell-hop hands over a sheet of....COUPONS!!! DAMN YOU SONIC!! So the NEXT DAY I head over and get another drink, Limeade slushy this time, and another burger. I would have gone back AGAIN, but I ran out of time and had to head back to Oceanside Ca.....BUMMER!!! In fact, i'm looking at the menu online right now totally missing it already... read more

We were there a couple weeks ago. They left off part of our order. Sent them back for it. We ordered drinks that consisted of coffee and a strawberry iced tea.My husband asked for sugar, had to send her back for that. When she came back with the remainder of our order I hand the coffee back to her and took her that he could not drink it due to the coffee not even being wàrm and it was undrinkable that it tasted like it was from the bottom of the pot after it sat there for a couple hours. She wouldn't look at me, took the coffee and said "Thank you" and walked off. She NEVER offered a fresh cup, substitute or refund. When I took a drink of my tea. IT WAS WATER with STRAWBERRIES!. I sent an email to the company and was told the manager would be contacting me. DIDN'T happen. We no no go to Sonic!.It used to be my favorite drive thru. Not anymore. The food and service have left the building and no one cares. Well Carl Jr's replaced them. Their breakfast burritos with gravy bets Sonic hands down. read more
