Big renovation, did not make a big change in service or quality of food. And contrary to recent ad campaigns there is no improvement in the presentation of the food delivered through the drive thru. 2 original chicken sandwich, order with no mayo, both had mayo but the lettuce was all missing. The buns were smashed, soggy, and the chicken patties were dark brown, not golden, floppy not crispy. The potato bacon bites were surprisingly small for over 50 cent per piece and they were hard and chewy tough. I suspect microwaved. Very disappointed, my way means nothing here. read more

So I love rodeo burgers! Especially the double rodeo burger. I love to order the double rodeo combo because they're small burgers. I ordered the combo today and it looked lopsided, so I opened it up to see they just threw and half patty... I truly hope it was a bad worker who doesn't care about their job, not a half eaten patty. It's been about 20 years since I ate at Burger King. It was very tasty and it matched my memory. Everything was fresh and neatly combined and burger wrap kept everything together. I ordered the two for six menu. I got the bigger hamburgers. The food was great ordering it. What is the problem? The lady in the drive-through was going absolutely bat crazy she did not want to take my order. One of the cooks came from behind and took my order, then she excused herself and went to the restroom. The place is very filthy. No one clean table here management does not seem to care. The girl that took my order was very small skinny and wearing glasses. That's all I could say about her. I was there in November, I purchased a Whopper meal, but the sandwich was cold and it seems like it was transported in and stored in the fridge and then reheat in the microwave. Place sucks always an issue at this location. Whether it's trying to avoid the skateboarding employee on break in the parking lot or waiting in the drive through line they can't seem to ever get an order right if you alter it. What happened to have it your way ? I asked for no lettuce and guess what loaded with lettuce. I've given this BK so many chances. Dine-in, carryout & drive thru. Orders are accurate, but many times cold. They run out of stuff all the time...condiments, cups, salt, french fries, etc. I've seen the employees walking through the parking lot w/bags of frozen fries bought at the grocery next door. I've been in the drive thru & there is an employee driving in circles thru the drive thru. I don't know what they're doing, but it's odd. I will say the inside has always been clean & not sticky. 32/2016 Burger King , I have never been a big fan of, but since I was heading for a procedure with my back Dr. I couldn't drink or eat anything so I stopped to get my husband some coffee here instead of the local Mcdonald's, which they can never seem to get orders right there so why not try something else. We have stopped at this burger king in the past. It is a fast food place not a 5 star restaurant so I never expect too much when going through drive thru's. We only ordered coffee through the drive thru so no biggie! They got the order right, it was not that busy. My husband did not mind the coffee and said it did taste freh, he does prefer Mcdonald's better if they would just make it right when going through the drive thru. We will stop back at this burger king did not have any problems and maybe next time I can have some! read more

The exterior had just undergone a complete renovation and it looked nice, so I brought my 3 kids and another child in for some ice cream. The first thing I noticed was trash and french fries on the floor in the kitchen area under the counter. The fryer was coated with grease, not a day's worth either. The tray they handed me was sticky. The dining room floor was filthy, littered with fries, paper, cups, and plenty of other items. Food was left on tables. Tables were not clean. The play area in the back was just as filthy. The door was coated with crud. Food all over the floor. Unclean tables. All the while, I saw no employee out on the floor cleaning.
