Update to review: after being denied at the shop I went to my hotel and ordered through uber eats. Took over an hour for the food to arrive cold, less than a half mile from the shop, took one bite and trashed the rest. Order was correct. Service personal all friendly and easy to deal with. However, when you ask for some ketchup, being handed 3 handfuls for two orders of medium fries is a bit much. I would think that the manager would be a bit concerned about overhead costs. read more

Service was still really nice and the food was hot. They didn't have bbq sauce so I asked for ranch and they forgot that. The milk tea boba drink tastes like chocolate and not like regular milk tea so I don't recommend the boba drinks. But the boba is hard and it just has a weird texture to it. For me at least. I do not understand how a giant, reputable company like Jack in the Box can have their name attached to this establishment. I have had this experience consistently my last three visits, so I absolutely will not be coming back. The wait is extreme... but you are the only car at the speaker. We are talking 10-20 minute wait time! The only way you will get an acknowledgment is when you scream hello into the speaker a few times... They have been out of basic items several times. They always ask you to go around front even when there are no cars in the drive thru, often resulting in 6-7 cars waiting out front, all for the same length of time. When they show up 20 minutes later with your order, it's wrong. I commute here and just try to grab a quick eat before my hour long drive back home, and this location always adds 30-45 mins to my commute. Jack please take this seriously. read more

You would think I'd learn my lesson going here. But apparently not. Our son wanted something from here and I thought ok, they can't mess up a $6 order right? Well they didn't mess up the order.....but after charging me for my $6 order, a girl came back from her break and decided to swipe my card for another order thinking it was mine without even asking. So I was charged for my $6 order, plus another persons $25 order. Then I was asked by a different employee if I gave them my card twice. I was like no, I haven't even been given my card back. So I had to wait while the manager refunded the order which takes up to 5 days to process. The manager was nice and helpful but I told him his employees shouldn't be so charge happy with customers cards. He apologized and said they had new hires. That's not a good excuse. read more

I ordered a sausage crossiant combo. Which I haven't had in many years. I remember them being really good. WRONG. THE CROSSIANT IS STALE.! There is an egg on it. I don't like eggs! The cheese was hard and not melted. The sausage tastes like urs months old. The only good thing was the hashbrowns after I came home and heated it up. This location has terrible customer service and very rude employees. This is the newest fast food place in Pahrump and the only Jack in the Box in the whole town. That being such, they should care more about doing their best to represent the Jack in the Box name, but they don't. I almost let it slide after my first time getting horrible customer service from them but then it happened again today, months later, so I'm writing this review. Last night after work I took my 4 year old daughter to Jack in the Box after picking her up from the sitters' & on the way home for the night. It was around midnight & I was exhausted so I thought I would pick up something quick to eat & then go to sleep, as I had to turn around & work the day shift today. I ordered a homestyle ranch chicken sandwich combo & a kids' meal for my daughter. When we got home & sat down to eat I took a bite of my sandwich & realized they had given me their spicy chicken patty instead of what I ordered. My daughter was hungry & tired and so was I, so rather than getting back into the car to drive all the way back, I tried to call to see if I could just get the correct sandwich today. I called a total of 6 times between 12:30 & 1 AM as my call log shows. I was never able to get an answer. I got nothing but a busy signal every time that I called. So I just went to sleep because I had to get up for work in the morning and I wasn't about to get my child & myself back in the car that late at night & drive back there when I was so tired. Then today once I got off work, picked up my daughter again & got home I called Jack in the Box at around 7 PM to see if I could come by to get the sandwich I had ordered & paid for. I still had the old sandwich with only 2 bites taken of it to make sure I wasn't imagining the spicyness. Which is why I came home before going by Jack in the Box, to retrieve the sandwich from my refrigerator as proof. Well, when I called I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Ashley who claimed she was the manager, but she was very rude and she kept referring to her manager. Yet when I asked to speak to her manager she told me she was the manager! She also told me she would not be able to do anything for me at first because I had taken so long to call about it. I explained to her that I had called immediately after I noticed the mistake last night multiple times & that it was busy every time, I could not get through. She still continued to blame me for their mistake, blaming me for not calling sooner even when I explained my situation. I explained that I had to work today so I couldn't call earlier today; she then told me that she was a single parent too in a very condescending tone, still full of blame. I then had to ask 3 seperate times for her name and her manager's name who she kept referring to because she didn't want to tell me their names! She kept telling me that Indie, her manager would not be willing to do anything for me because I had waited so long to call, even though I had called numerous times immediately after I found the mistake. It seems like Jack in the Box employees at this location are trained to never apologize for their mistakes and to blame the customer for them. Over a sandwich?!? Ashley even accused me of trying to scam them out of a free sandwich when I was just trying to get what I paid for!!! I even told her I had kept the sandwich as proof and would bring it in and show them that I had only taken 2 bites. I had also previously informed her that I also had my receipt AND would gladly show them my call logs to show that I HAD tried to call them immediately after it happened, several times, but of course she told me that wouldn't be necessary although she had just accused me multiple times of not calling soon enough & of trying to scam them out of a free sandwich! She scolded me like I was a child! I am a 40 year old woman & I would be willing to bet that Ashley too big for her britches is younger than me. I don't appreciate the way I was treated by her in any way, shape or form. And if her superior, Indie is even worse than her, as she suggested that is a scary thought! Ashley's attitude was so bad over the phone that I honestly decided to just chalk it up as a loss & not even go back in because I honestly feared that they would do something to my food. I mean, she talked to me like she hated me, when it was their mistake. No apology or anything, just blaming me. But I can tell you this, it will be the last money I ever waste there because it will be the last time I ever patronize this establishment. So, over a sandwich they messed up & then accused me of trying to scam out of them, they have lost a customer for life. I don't trust the garbage employees at this location not to spit in my food since they are so rude & bad tempered. read more

We have been here a couple of times. We waited till the newness wore off. Most of the time the drive thru is pretty busy. Today we had maybe 4 ahead of us The line moved pretty fast . I have to say never again would I order from the bargain menu. The chicken sandwich looked like pressed chicken. Not real at all. And I ordered chicken nuggets they are the same way. They look like sponge. Just don't taste like chicken at all. Was not crazy about any of it at all. I think McDonald's chicken nuggets are better than these as well as their bargain chicken sandwich. Hard to believe what the Attraction is with going here. Even the jalapeno poppers tasted like the freezer. I guess it's a strike out! Pahrump needs some better fast food places. Just moved back into a land with a Jack in The Box. Spent a lot of time at one when I was younger. Went through the hog chute today for a post-moving chow and was happy to see that they still aren't afraid to change the menu up. But feeling like a delicate flower after all the energy expended, I went with an ultimate cheeseburger. Wow. Dry ...dry burger, the cheese was a funky combo that smelled like feet. Wife got some chicken of some sort and we shared some egg rolls. Props to the guy that ran out to give us sweet and sour sauce. Apparently missing the necessaries isn't a rare event. Three stars probably generous, but I'm hoping this review will be read by Jack himself and things will turnaround toot-sweet. But yeah, I'll go again. It's Pahrump after all. read more
