Beware of this branch in particular. Almost 90% of my orders come missing items. This doesn't happen with other branches, so the workers are probably skimming or management is in on it. I ate the spicy first, and it was not crispy, the sauce was lacking, and in addition to a strong pickle flavor, it had an off taste. I placed a mobile order with the 7 off 25$ or more. It said to drive to restaurant and hit the "im here" button. The promo code became invalid in the parking lot. I went inside asking why it went invalid. The person asked what promo code. They said nothing afterwards except handing me the receipt and walked off. They deleted the promo code raising the price back up and billed the order without stating they were doing this. I contacted McDonald's online contact/feedback asking again the promo code would do this so I could avoid this issue in the future. I was told uninstall and reinstall the app. The email did not take replies. I'm going to take half this person's suggestion and just uninstall the app. read more

I believe I spoke to the manager and he has no customer service. I paid extra for tartar sauce which is just stupid, no other Mcdonald's does that. They got my order wrong and I had to spend extra time getting it fixed. No apology, I was just met with rudeness. When I asked for extra tartar sauce, because they cost me like 10 extra minutes out of my night and inconvenienced me, the manager scoffed and said it was an extra charge. I was not met with an apology. Also, I've worked at Chickfila and I know that if the food leaves the window they are unable to do anything with it. They throw it away. For years this locations' drive-thru has been open 24 hours on the weekend. Pulled up something to 2am and the screen went off in my face. Went to first window nobody there. Knocked on 2nd window. While I don't usually go to fast food, this one is the closest to me, so if I need a quick bite of something, this is usually the McDonald's I'll chose to go to. It has gone through some changes over the years, however while a few are good, not all of it is for the better. Pros: Dual drive through lanes are absolutely helpful in reducing traffic through the parking lot. It does still get crowded, but you can only do so much in the already over populated Oviedo. Cons: While they have multiple registers, only one is ever occupied by someone, because they expected you to use these touchscreens now. I am for workers getting a job and being paid for their service, not to be replaced by machines, so this is not good in my opinion. Also, it's better to work with a person, especially when your order is unorthodox, vs a machine which has limited options. read more

I periodically visit this McDonald's, and honestly, I haven't had any big issues, however people *will* cut you off in the drive-through, so one star knocked off for that. (Also, they're too picky with who they hire, not good hiring practice!) Usually this place is quiet, though, which is rare for a Mickey D's They're quick, and friendly. Ok, let's get starting with the living hell titled McDonald's. Well, I don't go to McDonald's often due to the chemicals that are in their food and the air in their restaurants that is filled with smells of diabetes and diarrhea. The only things I enjoy from McDonald's are the fries, the iced coffee, and the McGriddles..... now after my visit I feel as if I must specify I like the McGriddle SANDWICHS. I walked up casually with my two friends on a lonely night, all we wanted was some iced coffee and I planned to get a McGriddle, due to their all day breakfast. Now this is where is all went down hill..... just telling this story gives me PTSD and bad memories... even though it was about 30 minutes ago. I innocently asked for a McGriddle, as I always did. And the lady behind the counter gave me an honest nod and added it to the order, a few minutes later I got my McDonald's bag and checked if my sandwich was inside, I saw a greasy wrapped, sandwich shaped, figure at the bottom of the bag so I was fine. When I got to my friends house and cautiously unwrapped the Golden wrapping to await an image that struck pure horror into my and the ones around faces. Only two soggy pancakes say sadly on the cheap wrapper. I rushed back to the McDonald's and confronted the lady behind the counter who fakely welcomed us back in a nice tone of voice, she didn't fool me with her purposeful trickery. I told her of her wrongs and she acted all innocent and practically shoved me and my friends faces towards the computer to prove her chemical point. I specified I wanted a SAUSAGE McGriddle. I waited quiet patiently and when I heard my order was ready my eyes lit up like a kid in a candy shop. I was extremely hungry at this point and when I finally got home to eat the diabetic sandwich I looked and ALL IT WAS WAS A EIKDJEKDKR PIECE OF SAUSAGE. My boyfriend and I always go to this Mc.Donalds because we live very close to it. We usually go really late in the day around 11:00pm-1:00am. The employees who work at this location are so rude!! They never recite your order or tell you the total through the drive threw. I know that sometimes we forget to ring up fries or a drink. We are human. It happens. I work at a fast food restaurant as well but I always smile and make sure the customer is satisfied with everything. These employees literally don't show any emotion or enthusiasm and they speak to us as like they truly don't give a damn.
