so I'll be telling you about my experience for McDonald's today. We've had multiple problems with McDonald's giving a soggy not even cooked all the giving a soggy no flavor and giving us very bad attitude service their service and of putting food in just throw there like it's nothing like it's a piece of paper getting food is unbelievable how they give their customers dirty looks the ones who are making it so they can have a job the one to pay so they can go home with money in their pocket they're gonna give us for making it so they can get paid we filled up we asked for a McFlurry. They said this is what they said they said can I have the receipt so we got our food we pulled up and then we're like oh can we have a I have his sure yeah whatever they say there's not on there, but it was on the board as I say it was on the screen board where it says like all the food OK and then they put this and they say it's not there will be can we please have a McFlurry and this dude like he comes up like this kid he's lazy he just doesn't wanna do his job. He give a look like yeah thank you so so you can do your job and you won't give us a McFlurry we will pay for it again, even though we already did we'll pay for it again pay for it again and this is what they do. They give us a dirty look and we're like never mind because seriously we're not gonna deal with that and we're paying them. they're too lazy and then like they won't give us sweet-and-sour sauce cause they're out since but since and then making our fries fries soggy worst McDonald's ever it is they say fast food yeah right it's not fast at make it fast don't lie about experience, soggy no sauce no order what you say. Worst don't go to McDonald's. I'm sure you've had experience like this read more

The drive-through service took a good 20 minutes. And then they missed part of my order so I had to wait in line another 15 minutes. To top it off the employees drive-through window was very rude. Obviously very short of employees. They could use some training in customer service. read more

if i could rate it 0 i would. absolute terrible service terrible customer service. i had two mobile orders and was waiting in the drive through for already 15 minutes then when i got up to the speaker she put me on hold for another 15 minutes. i said i had two mobile orders but she was rude and said i had to go back around when the line was huge. so not only was she rude i had to wait an additional 30 more minutes. all together i was there for an HOUR! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE read more

Really slow and bad service. Bad attitude when aska simple question. I would recommend going to the one on the west side.

Food was made poorly and to much condiments. Never seen anything so absurd in my life. Would not recommend. read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Oswego, New York

Very slow, even if there is no cars. The food is alright, and the workers try their best it seems

The food has a hair in it, they fucked up my coffee, and the service was really rude when I tried to get a refund or another reorder. The place is really slow and unnecessarily expensive for its shit food read more

We ordered 3 drinks with 2 people ahead of us. They didn't ask anyone to pull to the side or hand us our drinks out of the 2nd window. It took 15 minutes to get 3 drinks and take care of 3 customers. Absolutely absurd. read more

I've seen this place mistreat their employees to the point where they look like they are going to cry. They have teenagers for managers and ,the store managers are bullies to not only customers at times but to their workers. They have discriminated again those with disabilities. I have seen this all as I go into the store because drive thru is a joke. They have messed up so many of my orders that going in is my only opportunity to actually get my food. if corporate or a owner ever reads this I hope you know your store and food sucks you need better management with management experience or it least college courses!!! read more

The quality of my overall experience tonight at this location can be best described as underwhelming.Drive thru was closed, a couple of orange cones blocking the lane near the order boards. Probably should invest in more cones to stage far enough away to actually give time enough to avoid said lanes, maybe a lit sign stating drive thru is closed. After backing out of the lane we parked and walked into order. First thing I noticed was the sub par cleanliness of the dining area. I rarely dine in here for that specific reason, it's a no go for me. I proceeded to order our food from a cashier/team leader/ I do everything and seem pretty ornery about it employee. No social skills, seemed annoyed that we dare come in order after the drive thru debacle. Payed. Food came out exceptionally fast, I mean it's fast food right? Incorrect. A little too fast at this location which can only mean one thing. Cold Fries, cold, dry ,tough burger patties, no cheese melt to be had. Even the chicken nuggets were cold. Just an all around dissatisfied visit to Ronald's frown house. In summation, I'll drive the extra distance to the other location in Oswego, they are way slower, continually screwing up orders but their saving grace is that 9 out of 10 times the food is hot. And that's a review! read more

Not impressed ordered a 10pc nuggets meal and get only 7 nuggets..tried to call but oh yea phone number no longer in service..what a joke

We back at it again with this poor service. We were in a hurry and needed breakfast quick but the employees had other ideas. They took their sweet time and messed up not one, but two of our orders. Chief called, he said this ain't it. Shocked and disappointed. read more

Slow service. Takes forever for food to come. Supposed to be "fast food" My neighbor had a bad experience last time we went there.

nothing is ever ready, how could you not have hash browns ready at the breakfast rush? Oh well Burger King did.

It's funny that they call it fast food, yet this McDonald's keeps you waiting at the window for 15 minutes when all you've ordered is a drink. I'm all for getting paid a living wage, but these employees need to earn that living wage they want. Other McDonald's are not this bad. read more

If I could 0 stars I would. This would be the 4th out of 5 time that my family and I have gone here for breakfast, always against my better judgement. Being that there was only 1 car in front of me, it still took almost 5 mins to acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker. They didnt display the order in the screen when ordering it, when I asked at the window she said it was probably because she hit the wrong button. So go figure they messed up our order once again! After waiting 7 mins at the window for our food. And I watched her replacing the orange juice but she still gave us the watered down orange juice instead of the fresh orange juice that she replaced. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with no egg.... Bacon and cheese biscuit with No egg due to an allergy and of course has egg on it (they do this every time!). I get places are short staffed now a days but it would help if you could at least get the orders correct if we are going to be waiting longer than normal and paying more due to rising prices and not even getting our money's worth. Absolutely the worst McDonalds, I don't know why we keep giving them the benefit of the doubt when they prove us wrong over and over again! At least my coffee was good, that was about it. read more

I don't know what was up with them but let me tell you the disappointment I felt when I pulled up here at 1am with my mouth watering for my cheeseburger and medium fries after driving for hours. We have previously been to this McDanks quite a few times because it is on our route to our cottage and normally choose this one over the one that is 8 minutes west of it. I looked up their hours and it clearly says open for 24 hours. I know 1am is hella late, but if you aren't down to be open that late, then change your damn hours online so my heart doesn't get shattered. Not only did my heart feel like it was stabbed with a dull butter knife, but my stomach feels like it had hot lava dumped into it because we were forced to get Taco Bell. That was the cherry on top lemme tell ya read more

I mean, I know it's McDonald's, but this is one of the worst locations I've eaten at. VERY slow service, and there was no one else in line - other than the drive thru which seemed to move along pretty quickly, so apparently they get priority. Bacon Quarter Pounder was truly bad, no flavor whatsoever, it just tasted like pre-cooked bacon. And they WAY overcharged me, should have had the 2 for $5 deal but she rang up the items separately so I paid almost $20 for what should have been a $10 order. read more

Good place to go when you need something quick. I prefer burger kings burgers, but that's just a personal opinion. It's quick and convenient, the service is quick and I have never had to wait long for my food. Great place to go when you have kids, since the east side McDonalds has a play place read more

Treats employees unfairly. Does not provide uniforms for employees. there are only a few managers there that treat the employees right. There are clicks among management and a lot of favoritism. It is a terrible place to work if you want to be appreciated. read more
