stopped at this mc donald's tonight, i ordered food, nobody was in the drive through as it was 10:50 when we stopped, we paid for some mac sauce and we never received it, i ordered chicken nuggets with ranch and they gave me an exploded ranch, i ordered 2 drinks, one was a sweet tea and they gave me unsweet tea, we looked in the bag for our straws before we left and we didn't get them, i stayed in the line for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come up to the window so i could get my 2 straws, at least 3 of the workers looked at me and i honked my horn and none of them bothered to come and ask me what i was missing or what i needed. overall a very poor and not good mcdonald's to go to. read more

On a recent road trip we went through their drive through for a snack and received the worst sample of ice cream which we typically love at Mac's. I made contact with the franchise and was so impressed with how management handled this one-off situation of their machine malfunction that I would certainly revisit them again. Our other food items were hot and tasty and fast service. It's unfortunate the employees didn't raise a red flag to managers on the state of ice cream so our issue would not have happened. read more

You can't really go wrong with McDonald's breakfast. If you want it, you know exactly what to expect. Of course, things go wrong - someone stuffs your burrito with napkins, your pancakes are soggier than a wet towel - you know, various mishaps. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle which is kind of a go-to for me. The breading was a little soggier than desired but nothing worth picketing about. The hash brown was undercooked, not crispy, so that was disappointing. The coffee, always reliable, was great. read more

For me, McDonalds is pretty firmly reserved as greasy road trip food so it has been a while since I've been there. This location is actually one of the nicest I've been in - extremely clean, super fast service and food, and comfy booths with TVs. Food was pretty typical McDonalds but hot and fresh. Also shares a lot with a gas station, so pretty perfect for a road trip spot! read more

So disappointed, we stopped here on our way to St. Paul from central Wisconsin. Monday around 7pm. We waited at least four minutes for our order to be taken, then waited 12 minutes for our food. They actually were concentrating on drive-thru orders, at least a dozen cars were served while we stood there. It was not the quick stop we intended. When we were finally given our food the manager did not acknowledge the abnormal wait time. An apology only takes two seconds. So disappointed. read more

On the way to a brewers game and we make a quick stop at the McDonald's in Osseo and it was great! The service was super fast and friendly!

Nice location that was crazy packed on a Friday at Noon but they handled everything gracefully and got our order right. They even have table service where they bring your food right to you! Huge parking lot, clean restrooms and friendly workers make this spot a winner - and their ice cream machine works read more

If you're near Osseo (Exit 88 off I-94) this McDonald's has a new, clean and decently large bathroom. It's right next door to a Speedway, which is convenient, but gas is cheaper less than a mile away on the other side of I-94. I don't remember what the names of those gas stations are, but there were two of them, and both were a few cents cheaper than Speedway. read more

My family and I were on a road trip and were looking for a quick meal to eat in our car. The drive through line was pretty quick. As the food came out the window, we began to dig in as we waited for a few more items. My burger order was messed up, but they quickly got it back out. Just before we got on the freeway we reached into the bag and realized our chicken McNuggets were missing. Bummer. We drove back and one of my family members went up to the door to try and get them. The door was locked and they weren't doing service out of there. Again, frustrating but not too unexpected with Covid-19. We went through the drive-through and showed them our receipt. We asked if they could bring them out to us, because we had a tight schedule and the line was really long. After all, they were the ones who forgot what we had paid for. They said they wouldn't be able to do that, so we had a five minute wait. These things were starting to add up. We pulled up to the window and asked that since we were missing time on the road because of their mistake, could we please get a credit for the missing nuggets. The girl at the window was nice, but wasn't able to help us very much. We asked if we could talk to her manager just so we could sort it out, and that was the straw the broke the camel's back. The manager was very rude. We asked politely for a credit and she kept saying that since that gave us the nuggets, there was no chance for a credit. After a minute of back and forth, we said "forget it" and left. A very poor experience. read more

We decided to go thru the drive thru because there were no other customers and we were in a hurry on our way to work. We ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins and 1 hash brown. When we got to the window to pay we were charged for two Egg and sausage McMuffins. The lady then had to get a manager to change the order. After the 3-5 minute money transfer we didn't notice that the hashbrown had been removed from the order. When we finally got the order at the second window, we pulled forward and checked the order. There was no hashbrown. Backed up to the window again, since we were still the only customers. The cashier came back, and we told her the problem. She rudely replied, "well, you didn't pay for it!" I said, "we want to speak to the first lady and the manager. The cashier replied, "Yeah, I know who you talked to." So we pulled forward again and my husband went inside. He stood around at the counter for longer than one would think it takes for a customer to be noticed. Especially after all this. Finally he was going to be late for work, Said "Never mind", and left, with out the food money or being able to speak with the manager. Now were really late for work and hungry. I called the store on our way to work and talked to the same manager who "corrected" the order. She was extremely rude. She said yeah, I remember you. you left without your food?" I gave her my name and address so she could send a refund for the sandwiches. We got it just now. What a slap in the face. The sent a blank piece of paper, 2-one dollar bills and a receipt of refund for the amount of $2.72. Apparently i have to pay for the envelope and stamp my self. At no time did we ever get an apology. We have been going to McDonalds for 30 years and have never been treated this poorly by any of your stores across the nation.
