Stopped at Starbucks and the drive-thru was impressively fast. Order was smooth, line moved quick, and everything came out as ordered!

Good service. The usual overly burnt bean flavored coffee and music choices for teens & 20 -something year-olds with the volume so high you can't hear yourself think. This is the case with all Starbucks. I had to leave. The music is set to dominate whether you like it or not. Ear phones & headphones can't compete when at Starbucks. I frequent Caribou for 2 reasons: 1. The coffee 2. The music choices ‍are not cranked. read more

Great food, Fast service and I love the people working were amazing I suggest going to Starbucks

So many more local choices that support better causes and actually care about their employees and customers. My business matters and I am done with you. Until the corporate rules change and you have REAL ingredients I will go elsewhere. read more

It was a rainy day and the drive-thru lane had formed a long line around this Starbucks. Considering the drive-thru may take longer than walk-in, I went into the store for my order. The line was going surprisingly fast. My guess was the staffs in this store has better organization and great teamwork. The store is neat. The lightings are warm, and the seating area is spacious and clean. The bathrooms are clean, and it seems they clean them frequently. I was using my own ceramic mug when I ordered my hot latte. And I was sitting in one of the chair and wait for my name to be called, as there're few people ahead of me and I thought for sure mine would come after theirs. Sooner than I thought, a barista came over and handed me my ceramic mug with hot latte in it. I was surprised for such good service. It's so nice to be served wonderfully in such crappy weather. read more

Very rude at the drive thru. One of the workers told me I should make my kid quiet and that it was disrupting the customers.

Starbucks - You have seen one... - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Great coffee brewing smell in the air right after I walk in to the store; Nice accent lighting from the ceiling and on the interior; Easy seating area with comfortable chairs and sofas -- it's a total welcoming atmosphere! What's more to deserve a 5 star?? It gotta be an outstanding customer care! It was a pouring day in the area. All baristas were busy serving the drive-through customers, however I was the only in-store customer who's in line at the time and I expected the delay. (Rain delays everything anyway!) Sooner than my thought went depress, a voice came to my ears "I will be right with you!" A barista came right behind the counter and ready to take my order. She was with all smiles and apologized for my wait time. However between the time I step in front of the cashier to the time I placed my order was less than two minutes! I purchased a tall regular latte for my wife, with her fave Starbucks travel mug. 10 cents were taken off from the balance as we brought our own mug. Go Starbucks! My wife found an armed chair and sat down to wait for her drink. Soon I saw a barista came to her and brought her the hot latte! And the lady still had her headset on, ready to dive back into drive-thru tasks and help her team. I don't see it in everyday Starbucks. (I almost thought I should leave a tip on the table!) I didn't get the barista's name, but I want to say "thank you" for her outstanding service. read more

Starbucks - order & pickup area - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Eau Claire, Wisconsin

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Eau Claire. I never have to wait in the drive-thru for long periods of time, the people who answer at the window are always so kind and joyous, and the coffee is very well made! Not all Starbucks are created equal, but this one has yet to ever mess up an order or create a non-delicious drink! Thanks guys & gals! read more

Normally i LOVE this starbucks. A long night of fun leads to a perfect morning of a mango dragonfruit refresher and impossible breakfast sandwich. This morning, the girl taking orders was basically deaf because she kept messing up our order. When she finally got it right, we got to the window and the worker was extremely rude because she said she scanned a card but we didn't give her any card to pay with, just the phone to scan points. I'd be okay if she messed up, but she said "no i did not scan anything" in a super rude tone. I thought her customer service was horrible. Only giving them a 4/5 because it's always good drinks and food. read more

I ordered a mango dragon fruit size trenta drive thru. I was very, very disappointed that I only get one dragon fruit inclusion in my drink. Looks and tasted awful, not sure how the employee feels when giving something like that out to a customer. So sad and disappointed.. read more

I had a Gift card and went inside to order. I wanted to see what they had besides coffee drinks. I ordered, then stood back. Got my muffin after 10 minutes. Then I noticed other people getting their drinks and they ordered after me. I went up and asked the girl and she said we haven't made those yet?? What does that mean? Obviously they do not make the drinks in order that they get them! I still waited another 10 minutes. It has been 30 minutes now! An elderly , nice lady was there and I told her I had waited 30 minutes. She looked it up, couldn't find it ? and just made me one! THANK YOU! that other girl was making drinks and people were bringing them back because they were wrong. She would dump them out! Get rid of her or retrain her!!!! This was Saturday 9/7/2023 about 2:15 pm. I will never come to this Starbucks again! I could not see her nametag, I did look. read more

Amazing service from cute barista (laurne was her name?) with deep brown hair. gave food right away and talked about her day with me for a little. Will definitely be coming back to see her again read more

We dropped into this Starbucks during a road trip. Not only was it a trek to get there off the interstate, but we waited in the drive-through line for no fewer than 20 minutes. To date, I believe this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. If you're in a rush, skip it. read more

A decent Starbucks for sure! Located in a shopping plaza not too far off of the Interstate. I got the Salted Carmel Mocha here, a very tasty coffee drink for Starbucks! read more

Been going to this store for quite some time, and they had usually been good. Not great by any means, but the usual Starbucks experience. However I was just stopping in, ordered at the counter, and could not believe what happened. I paid with cash, and the cashier threw my change in my hands, like aggressively threw it. I had to cup my hands to prevent from dropping my change, and walked away kind of shocked... I have never had this happen anywhere I have ever shopped. Needless to say, no one tried to go above the bare minimum service, no smile, I didn't even hear my total, and he made no eye contact... Of course, no thank you either, as you might guess. I highly recommend going some place else, and if you do go inside, avoid the red haired young man with a beard who was working the register for me today, because he may well decide to get aggressive with you, too! read more

Best Starbucks... No, best coffee house experience period. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I only regret that I am just passing through. Also, their new pastries rock, and I was even given a free sample! read more

best service ever from the gay guy with freckles. this will be the only Starbucks I go to for the rest of my life.

I am an extremely loyal Starbucks customer, so I am disappointed to say this Starbucks I will never go to again. I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful this Starbucks was to me. I give them nice tips, easy drinks, and I am always patient and polite. I came to Starbucks and overheard their employees making fun of regulars including myself. I will not go into detail but they commented on weight, looks, attitude and voice. Don't bash your customers in front of your customers this is EXTREMELY disappointed. read more

It's a pretty standard Starbucks in a stand-alone building. It's a new construction so it's very nice inside. If you have been to one Starbucks, you have pretty much been to them all. The coffee is okay. Pastries are made in another state so they're not great. Same with the sandwiches. Always friendly service however. They do have outdoor seating here and Wi-Fi with the code read more

Super friendly and cozy Starbucks.... ahhhh, just what I needed! Plenty of tables and a bunch of comfy chairs... and a drive-thru at this location. read more

Espresso tasted extremely burnt and ruined the taste multiple drinks. When the drinks combined are nearly $14 I want them to at least taste good and be drinkable so it's not just money down the drain. Also when I opened my grande cup, it was not even full. It looked like they put the amount that you would put in a tall into a grande cup. I want the amount I paid for. Called the store to inform them about the awful tasting espresso and told them that it might be burnt or something just to let them know and was not offered any compensation. On top of it, the wait was very long for our drinks and we went inside the store, so you'd think if we're gonna wait a long time for the drinks, they'd wanna make it worth it and make good, quality tasting drinks. Total rip off. I tried to fix the drink once I got home with sweetener, but the espresso itself is just so burnt that I think it's overpowering the flavoring of the drink itself (white chocolate and dark caramel). Usually when we get the two drinks we got that tasted awful, they taste much better. So I'm not 6 sure where they went wrong, but I am pretty disappointed that they didn't offer us any coupons or anything to make up for their mistake. read more

The service was good but i order a large regular cold brewed coffee for the night and when I got it it wasn't even hot is was like on the verge of being cool not even warm, and I wasnt gonna go through the 30 minute line again just for another coffee to pay for:( read more

Best Starbucks around. Always go here to get my Carmel apple spice. Wish we had one in Chippewa falls!!!!! read more

I've never had any issues ordering through the drive through at this Starbucks until recently. The last few months I have been having the issue of baristas getting my drinks completely wrong. For example: I ordered a guava white tea and needed up getting a passion tango tea which look nothing alike. I usually font have problems with people getting my orders wrong but every now and then is an honest mistake. Almost every time I go there? Now that's just lack of paying attention to detail. read more

I go to any Starbucks I ask for no whip cream, as it makes me sick and over half the time they put it on. Today I visited one in Eau Claire. They didn't have the ingredients to make the only drink I ever get, offered me a different and made me pay full price for it... and put whipped cream. I'm so close to not ever going to a Starbucks again. read more

Love the coffee and vibe at this location! The vanilla bean scone and the chai latte.

The staff here are excellent... friendly and professional. I travel a lot and by far this one of the friendliest crew I have come across.

Good coffee. busier store than the one on Hastings way. Always a fan of the pumpkin spice latte.

I've tried a few times to have a good experience here. It still has never happened. I exclusively use the mobile order. It's frustrating to use mobile order and watch people who come in much later than I did get there drink and leave before my drink is even made. The most recent experience I've had here involved me ordering 5 minutes before I arrived. Then arrive in the store look around for my order. See there aren't any done and watch a barista label my cups with drink order then wait for them to make it. Then never announcing when my order is finished but placing it far behind the counter near the drive thru window. I then have to go to pickup area and wait for barista to acknowledge me so I can get my drinks. Drinks were made correctly. Place is clean. I'll go to the other Starbucks in town or at target before I ever go here again. Even if it's out of my way it'll save time and frustration. read more

Was just passing through on my way from the Twin Cities to eastern Wisconsin and, well, it's a Starbucks. You like it or you don't...and you probably aren't going to go if you are picky anyway. Regardless, I'm by no means a Starbucks regular, but I'm still writing a review since the staff was actually way more friendly than most other baristas (especially Starbucks baristas from past experiences). I brought in an empty bag of their coffee beans since I remember that they used to give you a free coffee with it (which I came to find out that they apparently don't do anymore) yet they still gave it to me anyway woohoo! And they were very nice about it at that, which made me happy (and free coffee so...). It's about a mile and a half off the interstate, so not too out of your way if you're looking for a quick stop. Also, I was surprised to see a double sided trash/recycling bin. Whether or not they actually recycle is a different story but hey at least maybe this is their first step to more sustainable practices (both front and back of house). I'd of course prefer a local place, but just had to give the staff a good word for their friendliness. read more

Disappointing. Not a good Starbucks for working. Too many tables for 4-6 people all taken up by one person. And a difficult parking lot to negotiate adds to the frustration. Most parking spots are too far away on a rainy day. Staff was helpful and friendly or they would have gotten one star. read more
