What is going on at this location?! Do they not even teach basic customer service skills? I can only assume that you rely on the food/prices to retain customers...that's the ONLY reason I still come here so I guess your business plan is working!? The employees here are absolutely unprofessional, unfriendly, and won't even return basic communication responses. Just left where I and another customer were both greeted with only, "what can I get ya?". I paid, and picked up with absolutely zero greetings. The girl working the pick-up window this morning was clearly having a very bad day. I pulled up and said, "How are you?" to which she looked right at me and said nothing. Got my coffee and said, "thank you!" as she looked at me again and closed the window. How is this happening? I visit the location on Tangerine Road EVERY morning faithfully for a morning coffee and it's absolutely the opposite there. Those employees are extremely professional, ridiculously friendly and this is a culture and training problem at the North Oracle store that is allowed to continue. I have been eating at McDonalds for 40+ years since I was a kid and have been to this one for the last 4 years and I have never had a bad experience there. Compared to many McDs, this service is always great and fast most of the time. The store is clean inside and my food is always hot and what you expect from McDs. If I had to put any criticism, it would be to make sure the fries are full. read more

If I could give this Mcdonalds a zero I would. I went to this Mcdonalds on 5/10 at 740am I went through drive thru and instead of getting a how can I help you I got a what is your order. I proceeded to tell her and also informed of how many creams I want in my coffee. She then mumbled something I did not understand so I said Excuse me? She then yelled back pull forward and added a gosh jeez before I pulled forward. I paid at the first window lady there was very nice pulled up to 2nd window and saw it was a manager in a black shirt blonde hair pulled back. I proceeded to tell her she should tell her employees to turn off their mic before they complain about a customer. This no sense of customer service manager proceeded to dismiss what I just said did not even acknowledge what I said and just asked how many creams are supposed to be in my coffee and what did I order. The fact that she acted like I did not say anything was a slap in the face. I pass 3 Mcdonalds on the way to work this will now be the one I will not stop at. i can see why their reviews are so bad their management sucks. read more

So I live about 25 min away and I just got home to find out that the 3 big macs I ordered were missing the middle bun! I think they used buns from a quarter pounder or something. On top of that I had to put my big macs in the microwave to soften up my bun. The bun was cold and hard! My 20 pc. Nuggets were double fried or very old!!! My fries were the only thing that was hot and fresh... I cant believe this location is allowed to serve food like this! What happened to Mcdonalds reputation??? I tried calling the restaurant twice and no answer. How convenient. Since I work around the corner I always go to this one. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I've called a few times in the past for wrong orders and all they say is I'm sorry and come back, well write your name down. Do you really want to go back and pick up food after a complaint??? It's a chain, it's cheap, it fast. We love this location for hot fudge sundaes and coke. It's always fast and the staff always friendly. We've only been inside once to eat and it was clean and modern looking. read more

My burger was cold. So cold that the bacon that was on it still had dried up white grease on it and the cheese was no where near melted.

This McDonald's has really gone downhill!! They seem to never have enough workers on at the proper times and the drive thru is always so full you get stuck waiting forever!! I have also had food not cooked properly. They need to hire more people. Get it together read more

Serves me right for going to McDs . I should have known better. Went to this place for a quick bite after leaving work really late. Total fail. Burger was dried out. Bread was hard. The worst McDonalds in America. This place has no manager, and the wait times in the drive thru are typically 10-15 minutes at busy times. They also close at different times daily so it is a crap shoot when they will be open. To compound this, they do not turn on their lights, and they start their break down at 8:00 pm so anything ordered after that is not prepared fresh. This place needs a visit from ownership or and the health department. Being in America's fast food capital (Oro Valley) you would think they would be on top of their game.....sadly, this place is the worst McDonalds in America.*EDIT 10-10-17 9:00 pm. Waited in Drive thru for about 15 minutes Ordered the new Crispy tenders and Honey Mustard. They were horrible. As expected the moron forgot the sauce. Not worth driving back to get the sauce. It is like a cruel joke this McDonalds plays on its customers. Absolutely a horrible establishment. Owner should fire staff or close the doors, he clearly doesn't care about this location, and either does McDonalds. Check your food orders, because the morons working there can barely tie their shoes. UPDATE 3/18/18 Went there at 8"15 pm on a Sunday. Waited 5 minutes to even get to the drive-thru microphones cars were stacked up waiting. Ordered a Big Mac meal. Got home and discovered the burger patties were warmed up burnt patties. The order of the condiments was incorrect and were in the middle of the burger. How do you mess up a Big Mac?Seriously....how does this store justify being in business? I could also see food all over the floor, and fryer when I was waiting in line for total of 16 minutes. Manager nowhere in sight, and not even a thank you. This location always gets my vanilla iced coffee just right! ---drive south a little to the location on Magee ... I have found the staff at this location to be pleasant and courteous and that for me is everything--as long as everyone is nice any issue can be resolved. Keep up the good work!! read more

Food and service is typical McDonalds and I would say meets the standards one would expect. WiFi service however is sub-standard. In an empty store, the wireless service here is super slow with the occasional drop. If you are looking for a good resturant to surf the internet while enjoying a snack or a meal, go somewhere else. read more

I go to this McDonald's every time I want McDonald's breakfast!!! I absolutely love going here! The morning staff is so friendly and quick to get you and ask you what toy want. After about four times going there in the morning, not day after day but spread out, the sweet little old lady knew my name. I recommend this McDonald's out of all of them in the area. At least for during the morning time for all you ballsy time munchies! I absolutely love the hash browns! Breakfast ends at 10:30am Monday-Saturday but on Sundays breakfast ends at 12:00pm. read more

I went to this McDonald for lunch for my family and ordered 2 bundles and when I go home which I live not even 5 minutes away, when I got home and started serving the kiddos the fries were cold and nasty. I was missing a 10 piece chicken nuggets in one of the bundles and the burgers were cold the cheese did not even melt on the burgers. I really don't like McDonalds but the kiddos think its good. Drive thru is a night mare 6 out of 10 times they will get the order wrong. This location needs a revamp really bad. Hire a manager that makes sure the staff know what they are doing and orders go out correct. Then to top it off the phone number they have listed 520-531-8100 is a fax number and I was not given a receipt that should have had a store phone number so I have had to call a different location to get the store number the store in Catalina are awesome and have never messed up my order but this McDonald is always dirty and always messes up orders DO NOT GO TO THE MCDONALDS LOCATED AT 10795 N. ORACLE RD in the home Depot plaza. read more

My husband and I stopped at the McDonalds at Oracle and Magee near Oro Valley this afternoon. My first reaction was to turn and walk right back out and I even commented aloud: God, this place is filthy. We went ahead and ordered against my instincts because we were starved and hadn't eaten all day. We had just placed his mom on hospice care. I went with a filet of fish and small drink, thinking the fish was deep fried any unsanitary concerns would have been killed by the heat. My husband ordered a Big Mac and fries. My sandwich was actually cold, dry...weird because these are usually scalding hot. We ate the food in silence in our car; we couldn't bring ourselves to eat in the restaurant. The floor was filthy, there was trash laying around, the area for the cups and straws was literally filthy with ketchup splatters, straw wrappers strewn a out. We both vowed it would be our last visit ever to that McDonalds. My husband has been sick all evening and now has massive explosive diarrhea and vomited 3 times. Now this man has a cast iron stomach and can eat from street vendors with never an issue. In our 19 year marriage he has never vomited...ever...until tonight. I apologize if this is gross or too graphic; there is no way to make it pretty. I've never written a negative review before. If I take the time to do this, it is to give kudos. We are fairly easily pleased. Beware if you eat at this restaurant. Shame on them. It is a very busy franchise on a high traffic thoroughfare; I'm sure they're doing very well financially. The only reason I'm giving one star is because there is nothing lower. read more

Average to slightly below average food for a Mcdonald's and clean. But very hard uncomfortable seating. They only want drive thru business.

The best McDonald's ever! Always fast service with a smile, and hot delicious food! Glad to also see new ownership because it's better than ever. The store is always very crowded. Nice job! read more
