Stay far away from this location. Not only is it the most expensive in probably all of Orlando, the manager, Ulises, doesn't care about the accuracy of your order. Multiple reach outs to the manager directly, his franchise, and the corporate side have all provided no response, save for three individual copy & paste apologies from Ulises. Of the many great McDonalds Restaurants in the Orlando Area, I cannot recommend this one. Twice I've visited this restaurant while I have in my car worked on at the VW place next-door. Both visits they got the order wrong and it took forever. On April 27 at 11:54 I placed an order for a Double Hamburger, large fries, and a small Coke. At 12:09pm I got a Double Cheeseburger, small fries and 2 small cokes. I never see any management working with the team. Almost every customer that walked in waited 15-20 to be served. The team did not seem to be following McDonalds procedures and seemed to be more interested in making all the Uber Eats and Grub hub drivers happy. They all got free fries while they waited, even though I placed my order before they showed up. I came here to place this review and making several attempts to contact McDonalds and the owners of the restaurant directly ...the "McDonaldscares.com" does not load as the server is offline and the McDonalds Corporate Website sends you in circles trying to locate the store up which I want to write a report about. The service at this location is pretty terrible. I waited after paying for 15 minutes without anyone telling me why or to pull up and wait for my food. I let the woman at the drive thru know that I was not satisfied with how I was treated, and she was rude and did not acknowledge my complaints. My fired were cold, inedible, and cost me 4 dollars. Having spent 1.5 hours on I4, hungry and needing to have N oil change done.. I went through the drive thru to pick up the 10 piece nuggets with a medium fries and sweet tea since I would be waiting quite a bit for my car to be done. The service was quick though it's a 2 lane spot which converts into 1 lane to pay and pick up so you have to work it out with the other driver to avoid collision. The food was meh... the nuggets used to be faves if mine around 3 decades ago. The fries were not limp and had enough salt and the sweet tea was good. I would like to express concern about your closing staff tonight. I placed an order through the online app and went to your Lee Rd. restaurant. Upon driving by the window an employee told me on the other side of the window that the restaurant was closed. When I asked explained through the glass that I had an online order he once again said "we are closed." I asked him to open the window because I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged. He refused to open the window. I showed him my order number on the app through the window. He continued to yell that they are closed. I was just there today at 6:30pm. I parked in front of your door and your manager was outside smoking Marijuana. I went inside and I asked to speak to a manager and they told me to wait and then she walked in. I told her that she shouldn't be smoking Marijuana in the parking lot and her response was, what I am not allowed to smoke? I said yes. Where to start.....I ordered 1 egg McMuffin in drive through this morning, and was immediately able to pull forward to the first window and pay. I noticed a van at the second (pick up) window. I sat behind this van for 7 minutes while the driver received 2 coffees. Once I get to the pickup window, the young lady hands me a bag and says "sorry about that, we were waiting for his coffee to brew". (Ummmm, not my problem, have them pull ahead like the people that have to wait for French fries) As I enter Lee Rd, heading towards I-4, I began to eat.
