My sister 7 months pregnant in her third trimester. He had us waiting use restroom and women manager very unprofessional.

Disaster. Avoid late night. NOT open 24 hours as it says on Yelp. They aren't even open until 11p. Got in the drive thru at 1035p. The order taker said "mobile app or DoorDash only" so I pulled into the curbside and ordered and paid by mobile at 1043p. Order never came. 15 minutes later they closed and told me "we threw out all of the food and are understaffed." No apologies just a refund. That happens at small independent fast food places and lesser brands but McDonald's? Either the owner is far too absent or they're being steamrolled by bad management. Either way, avoid at night. Long lines, the drive through has turned into a wait through. Asked for one ranch at the second window and was told to pay for it- I was giving them my card to pay and she said no ma'am I can't take your card here you'll need to come in and pay. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. To start, they claim that they are open 24 hours, however they are never open. I usually stop by this McDonald's late at night around 11 PM to 12 AM on the way home. Every time I go to this McDonald's they are either completely closed and it is all dark or they are in there but when I try to place an order through the drive-thru, they claim they are out of meat or some other issue to where they cannot take any orders, literally. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever seen at any restaurant in my entire life and frankly I believe the franchisee should get more involved in this restaurant if he or she wants to have any success in this field. Even when I do get my food (on the rare occasion...praise God...), it's just not good. Every other McDonald's that I have ever been to at least has decent food. These employees do not care about your food, and they definitely do not care about you. They have the worst attitude and work ethic that I have ever seen at any establishment. Please avoid this place at all costs, and get in contact with corporate. This place needs to change or we need to replace this McDonald's with a garbage-can because that's exactly what it is. The other reviews are sadly reflecting this same review, and it is no wonder why they have a one star overall rating. This is very sad and something needs to be done. Worst McDonalds I have been to in a long time. We came to this McDonalds after a long day of playing softball. The whole team came and ordered food- which we know is a lot to handle. We were patient and tried to help as best as we could, but the staff was unpleasant and messed up most of the orders. When we told them that we didn't get some of the food in the order, they argued and were very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this McDonalds. Drive to another one. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the country. I travel quite a bit and have yet to encounter one this inept at just about everything. Can not tell you how many times I've stopped here and their "system was down" or they were out of something. They have left stuff out of my order and when you go to the drive through, more than likely they will ask you to pull over to he reserved parking and wait fo way too long for your order. It's not even that busy and I started writing this after I had been waiting over 10 minutes. Still no order and there isn't even that many people here. Slowest service ever. The Managers sit there and make no corrections with the staff to resolve the slow scenarios when they occur. No sense of urgency to get the long line of customers satisfied. I have waited over 3 minutes before being greeted at the drive-thru. read more

Employees here seem more interested in getting on WorldStar than they were about getting food to all the people waiting in line. I sat there for about 15-20min while 4 or 5 cars drove off. When I finally got tired of sitting there, and pulled up to the next window, it was blocked by another customer using their cell phone to film a fight that was taking place in the kitchen. Please listen to the other reviews as we sure didn't! We stopped at this McDonald's because we were all hungry and needed somewhere to stop quickly. They seemed to be focused on serving on the drive-thru orders more than the orders inside. They were taking their time not paying any attention to the fact that us and other customers were in a hurry. When we finally got our food, it turned out fine, but we still lost a lot of travel time getting home. If you are reading this, I recommend finding another restaurant down the road. Don't get me wrong I am a HUGE McD fan. Nothing is better than a cheeseburger, fry & cold Diet Coke from McDs. The McD in the Auburn/Opelika area are poor. The serivce and food temps are lousy.
