I typed what I wanted on my phone, and she quickly typed out a response. Too easy. While I waited for my food, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The restroom was well-maintained. Within minutes, my order was completed, and it was hot and just made. Moments later, the same cashier walked up and offered me an iced lemonade on the warm fall day. Truly a blessing, as I previously have had a heat stroke. It was so cool on an 80+ degree day.

As I was driving up to Panda after a hard days work, I was starving and absolutely craving some orange chicken and fried rice... But it turns out that they were out of almost everything and after I agreed to compromise and get some random stuff just because i had nothing else to eat. The mean young lady behind the counter decided that it was totally awesome to give me far below average serving size scoops. Unreal and inhumane. For anyone wanting to eat here, DONT. Drive the 35 minutes to exit 10 and go to their panda because they will treat you right and actually give you what you pay for.... Far beyond disappointed in Panda and the workers. Goodbye, Panda..

Upon arriving at the establishment, parking was easy, decent sized parking lot which is more than a lot of places can be expected of. The counter was manned with the utmost precision, our table got 3x Cali Burritos, 2x Tacos Pastor, churros, carne asada fries, 3x pineapple agua frescas, and 2x strawberry smoothies. This establishment was extremely welcome towards the military, and therefore each member had a free beverage of choice. Each member got at least 2x entree items which came out within 15 minutes of seating. The food came out with the heat of a bursting volcano straight from the kitchen to our hands. 10/10 recommend. Honorable mention; the trashcan are plentiful wt each corner of the establishment. Their estimated capacity is about 20 white to-go trays.

I have talked to the owner twice before about minor issues with our food orders( we usually mobile order and then drive down to pick up). This time I ordered my usual sandwiches with a simple request to be toasted.( which seems impossible). None of the sandwiches were toasted and the Philly steak sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I walked into the store as they were finishing the bag. The owner doesn't care or his employees don't care when someone does a mobile order or something. I know they make crap sandwiches when the owner isn' t there. They also do not support or accept ANY of the subway coupons or deals. I asked the owner about this before also. Six years of coming here and we have decided to drive to get something better. Convenience isn't worth it when the quality isn't there.
