Sometimes these guys have 5 star service. Dont know the times specifically when they are, I wish i could give the people credit but they definitely know who they are. Other times not so much. I go through the drive thru with a drive thru code, like always. She asks me for the code. I give it to them. They type the code in. The app literally says "we got your code" and then the lady says "it says invalid code" ??? I think your brain is invalid and you need to start like doing grill and cleaning the grease bc you cant use the computers lol 15 min of my life gone bc i didnt have the coupon after she said it was invalid. Use the app. Easy to order and the shake was delivered to our vehicle in a matter of minutes. The person who brought us the shake thanked us for our order. Ordering on the app saved us from sitting g in the drive thru. read more

This McDonalds is lousy, poor service, filthy and served cold. This is an embarrassment to the franchise. Stay away from this location.

The other reviews mentioning the low caliber of the staff were not exaggerating. I ordered at the counter-the worker taking my order simply could not process more than one thing at a time. Ask for a cheeseburger and small coke, worker slowly and painfully pushed buttons, looks back up at me and says "cheeseburger" then gives a blank stare. Since I was placing orders for five people, you can only imagine how long that took. They missed a couple items taking the order, so had to go through the process twice. When I went up to get the missing items, I asked for a creamer for my coffee. It curdled as soon as I poured it in and at that point, I was so frustrated I just threw the coffee in the trash. The food was ok and they do seem to have made a small effort to clean the place up a bit. If you do decide to give them a try: SAVE YOUR SANITY AND USE THE KIOSK. read more

The fries were nice and hot!! No one had an attitude taking my order and the politeness was at level 1000. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait long even though the line was long. I could tell the workers were getting those orders done! Thank you so much!! read more

horrible service. none of the food is even close to warm and it takes over 20 minutes to get two cookies and two large cups. i walk to the mcdonald's after school a lot and i get kicked out because of other people's antics? we were told to get out unless we were with an adult. we were told to leave because we weren't with an adult. ridiculous. me and my friend were sitting there, ordering food and staying seated. still got kicked out? it was clean for the most part but still, the staff were not contributing to their customers happiness and were giving attitudes and unkind warnings. there was an incident or something in the men's restroom and still, girls got kicked out as well FOR OTHER PEOPLES ANTICS. read more

I cannot believe it. Both lines were open in the drive-through. I was in the left hand lane. A worker came out and told me I needed to change lines, so he could put cones in front of my car as the need to shut this line down because I didn't have enough people. I asked him why I couldn't just go and then he can close the line down after me, since I was the last car. This was absolutely ludicrous. He let the other two cars go in front of me. Totally gutted and remodeled I thought I'd give them another shot. New lipstick, same pig. The place was a shithole. Sprite was broke. Ketchup and napkins empty. Dirty tables. The girl who took our money, you have to place your order at a kiosk, was an indifferent twit. Manager yelling at some dude doing new hire training. This one isn't bad and is usually pretty clean. The best part of it is the indoor playground for the kids. Most McDonald's have eliminated theirs, but the Norton one just built a brand new one. The kids love it. Reasonably quick service. read more

Seriously, they have forgotten how to fry up burgers, too used to microwaving, I guess. We have had numerous burnt quarter pounders and they have a hard time with order accuracy. We've given up coming to this location. read more

Food is good and prices are reasonable. Some staff are a bit rude. I ordered through the drive through and it was slow. Pulled up to the menus and waited 3 minutes before someone took my order. I haven't been inside the renovated space but they need to pick up there speed because fast food isn't called fast food for no reason. read more

We go there sometimes just because it's close, but they need to look into paying their employees a little more so they actually care to make customers food correctly. I just happen to read the reviews for this McDonald's, and there were three one star? My wife wanted a Big Mac and so I decided to throw caution to the wind and go. I like the Big Mac and figured it would be a safe bet. The drive through window guy handed me my two large strawberry shakes and in the process of driving away noticed my hand was covered with milk shake? This McDonalds is by far the worst one I have ever been too.If I fould of given 0 stars I would.I am a door dasher and I have been to 5 different McDonalds.First of all I have pulled up in the drive thru when there has only been 2 cars ahead of me and still waited 20 minutes to get to the window and then waited another 5 or more to get the food.I have talked with many door dash drivers and they have said they will not pickup there anymore.Then I get handed the wrong orders.I can not open the bag to check.The last 2 times the order was the wrong one.All doordash orders need to be taped up and the last time when there were only 2 cars ahead od me I got to the window and I had to pull up and they handed me a bag that was open and drinks.I figured they must of been out of the other bags or the tape but no this was the wrong order again When I went back the guy that brought it out said it was JUST handed out wrong.That is the number 1 thing to not do there is no just about it and he tried to tell me that sometimes the orders come over wrong.I understand waiting when you are busy but the incompetance at this particular one blows my mind. read more
