I went to the Arby's restaurant in Norton, Ohio on Mon, Oct 13, 2025. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a reg. roast beef sandwich and and 2 potato cakes. I placed the bag on the passenger seat, next to me. When I got home, I picked up the bag and placed my hand on the bottom of the bag, only to find it was wet! But I did not order a drink so why would it be wet? That's when I noticed there was grease on the seat, where the bag had been setting. When I got inside my house I took the food items out of the bag and took pictures. It looks like whoever filled my order, took the potato cakes directly out of the fryer and dumped them in the cardboard container they come in. They obviously weren't allowed to drain, out of the fryer. Even my receipt was covered in grease because I had to look up the phone number of the restaurant so I could call the manager and let him or her know what had happened. I told her I wanted to text the pictures to her so she could see for herself. After. my phone conversation, I went out to my car, to clean up the grease that was on my car seat. Thank goodness it was a leather seat. I didn't hear back about the pictures I sent, so I collected the grease covered items and drove back to Arby's and presented them to the manager. She said she had just got done running a batch of potatoes thru the deep fryer and it was working just fine for her. She gave me a coupon for a free sandwich but I don't think I will be back! read more

Had an online pick up order from app. Asked at the window if I could get some Arby and horsey sauce and was told "it's in the bag" that's sealed by the way. It in fact wasn't, surprise surprise. Didn't get my drink, or a side I ordered. Got home to eat and I think the seasoning and sauces comes out of the employees paychecks. 1$ cheese sauce for fries and it's less then halfway filled. Sandwich taste like nothing. Usually have good results from this location but tonight was rough. For what these restaurants charge people you would think you'd get the value out of what you're purchasing. read more

Excellent prices! Drove through tonight to get one of their seasonal shakes, and glad we did. The line moved quickly and it was easy to understand the person taking our order. We ordered the large orange cream shake, and it was much bigger than we expected. Definitely big enough for two to share. Great value! The flavor of the shake was great! I almost left one star because of previous experiences, but we went back to Arbys in Norton with coupons for another attempt at getting good food and good service. Such an improvement in customer service!!The young man at the window was so attentive during the busy time that we were there, and made sure we had our sauces without reprimanding us for forgetting to ask for it (as previous experience with this location). He had such a nice smile and was friendly. The employees working around this guy were filling orders and no one was yelling at each other as we have experienced in the past. The food was good and we were happy to see that the sandwiches not all bread. We were also happy that napkins and straws were included. read more

I ordered the Smoked brisket meal with a buffalo slider. Nobody else was in the drivethru. I was told to pull forward and wait because fries were in the fryer. I waited 4 min. When I got my order the fries were definitely old and were barely luke warm. They were also all spilled out on the bottom of the bag. The sandwhich had barely anything on it but was covered in sauce. The slider was the smallest ive ever seen. It was completely saturated in sauce to the point the bun was a soggy mess. This is the location I use by my home. This is the second time in a row I have been very dissapointed with the quality and the portion size. Im sorry but 15$ for a meal and to come out looking like this is just not acceptable. read more

The roast beef and cheddar barely had any cheddar or sauce. The chicken club had soggy bread. The fries were cold and most likely from the night before, wouldn't be surprised if the sandwiches were too. This is our favorite location by far. The staff has always been super. I occasionally am very particular about certain items and every time they have been accommodating without frustration. This location has just remodeled, giving it fresh and updated look. read more

I ordered the 3 sliders for $5. then when I pulled up to the window I saw a sign that said they were $1 ea during happy hours of 2-5 every day. I had already giv him my $5 and I asked about the deal for happy hours since it was 4:00 now. He said they cost more otherwise and I saved money on the deal. I told him that the sign in the window said otherwise. The lady manager came to the window and handed me some change. I asked her why it wasn't $2 and she just slammed the window shut and walked out the door and motioned me to pull up. She then pointed at the sign in the corner and it says starting at $1. Then she just turned her back on me and went back inside. I also had to ask her for napkins and she handed me 2. Really had an attitude problem. Not a nice way to treat a customer. My family and I have had multiple irritating experiences here, mostly with negligent drive thru workers. But, after this last screw up a manager, who I by no means provoked, all too sarcastically says "Next meals on us, hun." but gives you no proof or way of going about that. I could see this being a typical business practice for them, leading to many arguments and angry customers. As far as their food goes, I tend to get better, more fresh meals at other locations. read more
