I would give this McDonald's zero stars if I could. It is by far the worst McDonald's on the planet, which is unfortunate because my 4 year old loves to play in their tunnels. Expect to wait 30 plus minutes to get your food, that is always cold and never correct. Then when you try and correct your order the employees are down right hateful. They have literally kicked us out of the tunnel area during business hours for being "too busy". Wouldn't even let us finish our food let alone stay and play. Last time we were there my 4 year old was so scared he hid under my coat because an employee was yelling and cussing at a customer over a wrong order complaint. I told the employee i would be back to get my money since I was late for work. My daughter had to go get my money. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We should have known better than to go back since they have NEVER gotten our order right (and that isn't even an exaggeration). But our kids wanted McDonald's so we took them, thinking maybe things had improved in the year since we'd been there. Got home and realized a meal was missing. Got all the kids back in the car and went back. The "manager" (not wearing a name tag so who knows what her name was?) told my husband she would "get to him." She then rang uo three other pejoke. My husband asked if she was going to get his food and she said he was "disrespectful " and she would "get to it when [she] gets to it." He was angry at that point and requested a refund, which was given. Mistakes happen, I get it. But every time? And then to be treated rudely by "management" who refused to fix the problem? Umm, no. I am shocked this McDonald's location is even still open. They clearly don't care about customer service, and their management is a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. This McDonalds is the closet to my house unfortunately. The place is not clean and the service is very poor. I went in for breakfast this morning. I would assume it was the manager waiting on me since she was wearing a blue shirt. After she took my order and handled my money she went to get my drink cups. They were all stuck together. No stars. That is no mistake. How aggravating can the experience be? You finally......yes finally get to the window to pick up your food, that you are expected to promptly pay for at the first window. You ask if there is syrup, napkins, and plastic ware for the two orders of hot cakes you ordered in the bag. The person at the window looks in the bag and gives you a certain 'yes'. So weren't we surprised when we get to our destination to find one set of utensils, one syrup, one butter, and no napkins. Really! Just how hard is it? Pull up at the drive though about 1:15 Sunday afternoon , after 10 mins and moving 1 car i pulled out n went inside big mistake !Got in and nobody at the counter for about 8 mins line gets longer . 1 person show up at the counter! As normal very short staff with no management . The counter girl ask for change and the so called manager said deal with what u have ,so she short change ever body wasnt much ,just ideal manager told her deal with it. Well after waiting in line for 10 minutes to get a lg unsweet and lg sweet tea finally get to window and are handed sweet tea and then unsweet cup. Of course both were sweet so go inside no unsweet tea in lobby come to find out no unsweet tea in the place. Kid at window deliberately gave us 2 sweet teas then lied when he gave us "unsweet" at the window. Finally just got our money back for one of the teas and left. Totally incompetent staff. read more

One of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. I don't think I have ever got everything I ordered. They also never put the nugget sauce in the bag. Once I was handed bags and asked for the sauce and they told me that it was in the bag. I get home and find out there wasn't any sauce. They act like its coming out of their salary or something. Also they are giving away those free coke glasses now. Everytime I go through the drive thru I watch them add it on the menu board. Never receive one when I get my food though. I don't want one so I have not complained but they are probably doing something shady by adding them to everyone's meal and not handing them out. read more

I am VERY disappointed with the service at this restaurant location. As an avid McDonald's fan it literally tears me apart to have to write this review but I know it is for good intentions. I have visited over 500 McDonald restaurant locations in my lifetime and this is MOST definitely the worst of all my experiences. First of all, one of the biggest key flaws about this location is the QUALITY of service provided at hand. I visit McDonald's at least 3 times a day and I have to drive to the Evansville location to avoid this location. Please corporate McDonald's do something to resolve the pain all the hardcore McDonald fans have to face at this location. walked inside to this McD's on 1/21/18 at 12:30 and ordered 2 McDoubles and drinks, arrived at home and there was no lettuce or tomatoes on sandwich, went back and the girl told me that they were out of tomatoes and lettuce (I kindly recommended that it would be helpful to let people ordering know that while ordering) While waiting to get two other sandwiches (which they did comp) I realized that other customers were getting frustrated because they were out of milk (no ice cream) and BIB Diet Coke??? I just went there 20 minutes ago 01/24/18 to get sweet tea for my wife and I was told that the guy is unpacking the truck and hasn't got to the sugar yet so they can't make sweet tea??? Comments below are from a former McD's worker while in college and a local business owner: I want this McD's to succeed, but there is a serious problem with the overall system in place, IDK if it is the wages are too low for the area? the store storage is too small for the volume? the Net Profit is good enough so the owner doesn't care? the cake-eaters won't work there? the commissary truck was late? the wrestling/swimming tournament wiped them out? there needs to be a contingency plan in place so that when you are out of basics like milk, sugar, and Diet Coke you can enable your managers to get those basic supplies (Corporate might care if your not buying from GSF, but I can tell you that your customers don't) One tell-tale sign of serious problems is that this store has been constantly hiring for years. i waited 30 minutes, yes 30 minutes to just get my order taken. when i got to to the menu I thought I was getting somewhere but then they told me that the manager is not letting them take any more orders until they get caught up.. so i waited another 25 minutes sitting there. i would have just left because it's totally not worth it, but i really wanted to see how long a "quick" mcdonald's run was going to take. it took another 20 minutes to pay and then 15 more to get to the window. when i got my child's happy meal it was missing the apples and fries. i asked them to correct it and they took the box and it took 3 minutes just to do that. they then threw the box at me. this is THE worst mcdonald's ever. all of Mr. Whites stores are absolutely disgusting. he treats his employees like shit and doesn't care about his customers. i know some people that used to work there and they were treated poorly by him and harassed by managers. you can't go here without getting your order messed up. it ridiculous. read more

This McDonald's is by far THE WORST in the area. Most recently, I waited almost 40 MINUTES in drive thru for my 2 chocolate chip cookies and a small fry. I was beyond furious when I finally got to the window and this lady hands me my bag really quick and slams the window before I can even ask for ketchup. I decided to pull forward because I didn't want the people behind me to wait any longer than they already had to. When I opened the bag that was the last straw, they literally put a single Mcdouble in the bag. A cold, specially ordered Mcdouble that had obviously been sitting there for a while. I went inside and showed the cashier my receipt and the bag and she asked "what's the problem?" I then had to explain the item in the bag didn't even slightly match my order. She then flipped out about having to get cookies for me. I waited another good 5 minutes inside while she pranced around asking if she should go get the cookies or if someone else would. I now just drive to Evansville for McDonald's. This one always gets the order wrong, has terrible customer service, and takes WAY TOO LONG. Don't even bother with this place. read more
