It's McDonalds not great food just cheap and fast. The coffee is usually pretty good even the plain stuff.

This place sucks my daughter just waited in the drive-through line for over an hour to place an order and get her food and then they argued with her at the drive-through window about what she ordered and only gave her half her food even though they had the receipt to see what she ordered and what she paid for this happens on a regular basis I am sick of this place I will no longer go there and I don't suggest anyone else does. Staff is rude read more

It's crazy how poorly managed this place is. Always slow, always rude, food never comes out right. Embarrassing.

The dirtiest McDonald's I ever been in and the 2 times I have been there, they got our order wrong both times. Never patronizing this restaurant again. read more

This McDonalds is the closet to my house unfortunately. The place is not clean and the service is very poor. I went in for breakfast this morning. I would assume it was the manager waiting on me since she was wearing a blue shirt. After she took my order and handled my money she went to get my drink cups. They were all stuck together. She put her hand inside the cup to pull them apart. How sanitary is that? read more

I would give this McDonald's zero stars if I could. It is by far the worst McDonald's on the planet, which is unfortunate because my 4 year old loves to play in their tunnels. Expect to wait 30 plus minutes to get your food, that is always cold and never correct. Then when you try and correct your order the employees are down right hateful. They have literally kicked us out of the tunnel area during business hours for being "too busy". Wouldn't even let us finish our food let alone stay and play. Last time we were there my 4 year old was so scared he hid under my coat because an employee was yelling and cussing at a customer over a wrong order complaint. The "manager" went as far as telling him to "suck my d**k". This place needs a major overhaul with new managers asap. It's an absolute Trainwreck. read more

God why did I come back. This time I had a 21 minute wait. I just pulled out of the drive thru. I'm done with this location. The owner (Mr white) needs to loose his franchise license he seems not to care about all the complaints that he gets Newburgh deserves better from a business . read more

Even though there are posted hours, there have been several times that we have tried to go inside or through the drive through, inside of said operating hours and either been told the lobby was closed (someone forgot to lock the doors), or just flat ignored us at the speaker in drive through. read more

I went to this McDonald's inside to place my order since the drive through was so long. I waited 20 minutes and still no food. I asked for my money back and had to wait for the manager. I told the employee i would be back to get my money since I was late for work. My daughter had to go get my money. While waiting I got to watch the slowness of the employees and the rudeness of the employees to each other. New management needs to come in and clean house. You have lost a good customer. I hope people loss jobs over this. I had to give you one star to post this but you don't deserve that. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We should have known better than to go back since they have NEVER gotten our order right (and that isn't even an exaggeration). But our kids wanted McDonald's so we took them, thinking maybe things had improved in the year since we'd been there. Got home and realized a meal was missing. Got all the kids back in the car and went back. The "manager" (not wearing a name tag so who knows what her name was?) told my husband she would "get to him." She then rang uo three other pejoke. My husband asked if she was going to get his food and she said he was "disrespectful " and she would "get to it when [she] gets to it." He was angry at that point and requested a refund, which was given. Mistakes happen, I get it. But every time? And then to be treated rudely by "management" who refused to fix the problem? Umm, no. I am shocked this McDonald's location is even still open. They clearly don't care about customer service, and their management is a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. And if the owner of this location is reading and wants to look into the situation, it occurred on 4/5/21at around 12:50 pm). read more

The absolute worst service in any fast food restaurant I've ever been in and I'm 54 yrs old The owners of this place need shut down and replace everyone... including themselves read more

every time I come to this m McDonald's they get my order wrong, always forget something etc. food is ok half the time. really need new management read more

Consistently poor and slow service. Asked for no onions on QPC. Note on top of box indicated that was what I got. Inside full of onions. Ridiculous! I remember when McDonalds was actually a place only kids worked and they cared to provide good service. Why do I continually give them a chance at this location. read more

SLOW!!! Why do they have two lanes to order?? Waste of money pay your employees to work more efficiently!!! Service SLOW!!!!!!!¡¡!!!! read more

This is the slowest most unorganized McDonalds. They need to replace their entire staff and get their act together. Will be driving to next town for future orders. (And probably still get order faster and fresher) read more

No stars. That is no mistake. How aggravating can the experience be? You finally......yes finally get to the window to pick up your food, that you are expected to promptly pay for at the first window. You ask if there is syrup, napkins, and plastic ware for the two orders of hot cakes you ordered in the bag. The person at the window looks in the bag and gives you a certain 'yes'. So weren't we surprised when we get to our destination to find one set of utensils, one syrup, one butter, and no napkins. Really! Just how hard is it? I had to begrudgingly give them one star to submit my comment. read more

Closed 900 pm not enough help nothing posted knocked on door no response so I called perhap you should consolidate some locations so you can be open No matter I am done between mistakes on orders all the time and now cannot even get in door read more

We got triple cheese burgers wrong and they were give to us and we had them in our car for 3 minutes and they took them back

One of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. I don't think I have ever got everything I ordered. They also never put the nugget sauce in the bag. Once I was handed bags and asked for the sauce and they told me that it was in the bag. I get home and find out there wasn't any sauce. They act like its coming out of their salary or something. Also they are giving away those free coke glasses now. Everytime I go through the drive thru I watch them add it on the menu board. Never receive one when I get my food though. I don't want one so I have not complained but they are probably doing something shady by adding them to everyone's meal and not handing them out. read more

Pull up at the drive though about 1:15 Sunday afternoon , after 10 mins and moving 1 car i pulled out n went inside big mistake !Got in and nobody at the counter for about 8 mins line gets longer . 1 person show up at the counter! As normal very short staff with no management . The counter girl ask for change and the so called manager said deal with what u have ,so she short change ever body wasnt much ,just ideal manager told her deal with it. I watch one lady at the drive though window as i was waiting for almost 10 mins to get a order in she was waiting 10mins or longer at the window to get pick up her food . I Got my order in and about 10 mins later, guess i was lucky it was that fast.It was correct, not like the last time. I got my order n walk out and got in my car and got my food out and it was cold just like i was there 2 weeks ago, i should have know better going back. I email the corp office 2 weeks ago.Hoping they pull the franchise or show the owner how to run a restaurant if enough people email the corp maybe they will turn it around or shut it down or better yet they make him sell it to someone who cares ! Just look at all the ratings and see how bad it really is ! FYI 1 star is to high of a rating for this location !!!!! PLEASE EMAIL CORP ABOUT THIS LOCATION !!!!! read more

Well after waiting in line for 10 minutes to get a lg unsweet and lg sweet tea finally get to window and are handed sweet tea and then unsweet cup. Of course both were sweet so go inside no unsweet tea in lobby come to find out no unsweet tea in the place. Kid at window deliberately gave us 2 sweet teas then lied when he gave us "unsweet" at the window. Finally just got our money back for one of the teas and left. Totally incompetent staff. read more

I am VERY disappointed with the service at this restaurant location. As an avid McDonald's fan it literally tears me apart to have to write this review but I know it is for good intentions. I have visited over 500 McDonald restaurant locations in my lifetime and this is MOST definitely the worst of all my experiences. First of all, one of the biggest key flaws about this location is the QUALITY of service provided at hand. I visit McDonald's at least 3 times a day and I have to drive to the Evansville location to avoid this location. Please corporate McDonald's do something to resolve the pain all the hardcore McDonald fans have to face at this location. As a principal at CASTLE high school you think they would recognize you and give you better treatment. I advise all my student at CHS avoid this location at a costs. This location doesn't support our core principles, HONOR-INTEGRITY-TRADITION. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. -Mr. Douglas Gresham read more

This location is ridiculously slow. 25 minute wait times easily. I would honestly avoid this one at all cost if you can, there are much better options around here for fast food if you are looking to grab something quick. read more

McDonald's Newburgh is incompetent and management does not seem to care clearly. It's dirty and the food is often not right. Do not suggest! Go to Boonville or Evansville. read more

Worst most unfriendly Mcdonalds I've ever been in staff was rude to multiple customers and service with a smile forget that!! Don't come here unless you wanna wait and be treated unfriendly!! Worst staff ever!! read more

Worst McDonald's ever I don't go here often but when I do I literally wait 30 minutes in line to get breakfast lunch or dinner!

Slowest fast food place I've ever been to. Machines always seem to be down/broken. Items often missing or wrong from order.

I know it's McDonald's, but customer service is awful. We ordered at 9:33am on a Sunday morning, it's now 9:51, and nothing yet, we should have gone to Cracker Barrel read more

Awful. Just awful. My first time coming here, I pulled in the drive thru at 9:40 A.M. I did not leave until 10:35 A.M. Ridiculous, but due to its convenience, I decided to come back this morning. It is currently 10:06 as I type this - I pulled in this time at 9:45. I do not know what the issue here is, but the wait times are ridiculous. After reading the other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one. This place is bad. read more

The slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. I normally use the drive thru and get very frustrated, so I decided to go inside. The inside visit was worse! I was able to witness the employees actions and they had no sense of urgency. The staff was confused and unorganized. Will not visit again. read more

Very poorly ran. I have yet to meet anyone that has been here without complaining about bad service. Stay away

walked inside to this McD's on 1/21/18 at 12:30 and ordered 2 McDoubles and drinks, arrived at home and there was no lettuce or tomatoes on sandwich, went back and the girl told me that they were out of tomatoes and lettuce (I kindly recommended that it would be helpful to let people ordering know that while ordering) While waiting to get two other sandwiches (which they did comp) I realized that other customers were getting frustrated because they were out of milk (no ice cream) and BIB Diet Coke??? I just went there 20 minutes ago 01/24/18 to get sweet tea for my wife and I was told that the guy is unpacking the truck and hasn't got to the sugar yet so they can't make sweet tea??? Comments below are from a former McD's worker while in college and a local business owner: I want this McD's to succeed, but there is a serious problem with the overall system in place, IDK if it is the wages are too low for the area? the store storage is too small for the volume? the Net Profit is good enough so the owner doesn't care? the cake-eaters won't work there? the commissary truck was late? the wrestling/swimming tournament wiped them out? there needs to be a contingency plan in place so that when you are out of basics like milk, sugar, and Diet Coke you can enable your managers to get those basic supplies (Corporate might care if your not buying from GSF, but I can tell you that your customers don't) One tell-tale sign of serious problems is that this store has been constantly hiring for years. Get a team in place, pay them enough $ to stay and then watch your bottom line explode. People of Newburgh just want a McD's like they experience in every other city they visit. read more

This McDonald's is by far THE WORST in the area. Most recently, I waited almost 40 MINUTES in drive thru for my 2 chocolate chip cookies and a small fry. I was beyond furious when I finally got to the window and this lady hands me my bag really quick and slams the window before I can even ask for ketchup. I decided to pull forward because I didn't want the people behind me to wait any longer than they already had to. When I opened the bag that was the last straw, they literally put a single Mcdouble in the bag. A cold, specially ordered Mcdouble that had obviously been sitting there for a while. I went inside and showed the cashier my receipt and the bag and she asked "what's the problem?" I then had to explain the item in the bag didn't even slightly match my order. She then flipped out about having to get cookies for me. I waited another good 5 minutes inside while she pranced around asking if she should go get the cookies or if someone else would. I now just drive to Evansville for McDonald's. This one always gets the order wrong, has terrible customer service, and takes WAY TOO LONG. Don't even bother with this place. read more

i waited 30 minutes, yes 30 minutes to just get my order taken. when i got to to the menu I thought I was getting somewhere but then they told me that the manager is not letting them take any more orders until they get caught up.. so i waited another 25 minutes sitting there. i would have just left because it's totally not worth it, but i really wanted to see how long a "quick" mcdonald's run was going to take. it took another 20 minutes to pay and then 15 more to get to the window. when i got my child's happy meal it was missing the apples and fries. i asked them to correct it and they took the box and it took 3 minutes just to do that. they then threw the box at me. this is THE worst mcdonald's ever. all of Mr. Whites stores are absolutely disgusting. he treats his employees like shit and doesn't care about his customers. i know some people that used to work there and they were treated poorly by him and harassed by managers. you can't go here without getting your order messed up. it ridiculous. read more
