About 20% of the time I go here they forget to give me an item I order. I've learned to make sure everything is in the bag before I drive off. They almost always forget to give me straws or put nugget sauce in the bag. I tried going instead but one day waited 15 minutes at the counter and watched several cars go by through the drive through. I watched my nuggets set on the tray they were putting my food on and go towards a drive thru order twice. I then said something and was told drive thru takes priorirty. I was going to complain to someone above the person working but decided it wasn't worth my time. Gave them 1 star because the food that I actually get is made well. read more

They need to fire who's ever in charge there. Stood there for 15 minutes this morning and couldn't get helped. About 6 people that worked there saw me and just said nothing or just walked by. Corporate McDonald's should think about taking this place back. read more

This McDonalds almost never gets my order right, but today they really out did themselves. They somehow forgot to put my burger on my burger. i Got a bun and that was it. I mean it really is not that hard to just look at a screen and do what it says, let alone forget the burger on a cheeseburger. read more

So what happened to the Newburgh McDonalds? about 2 months ago, things changed and it was clean, fast, the food was good. Service was good and the French fry alarm was not continually blaring. Today we go and its like the bad old McDonalds from the past. Very long wait for Quarter Pounder and when it came it was lukewarm at best. Receipt attached to the tray also said 4 piece Nugget with bar-b-que sauce. None was there. I asked for it and was told they;d bring it right away. She asked if we had drinks and she said, well you pick up your cups at the register. What? It didn't say drinks on the receipt? Yes it did. So we went an got our own cups. I guess lesson is don't order drinks and just get some cups on your own. Meal was not good. Just as we were leaving and she asked if we got the bar-b-que sauce. I said no but we're finished now. Oh and nice to eat with the French fry alarm blaring the whole time and being ignored. Count this McDonalds out again. Too bad. The one on Burkhart isn't that close but it functions well at least. How does McDonalds corporate not know this. read more

DO NOT GO!!!!!!worst McDonald's ever. had 3 orders and they messed them all up. burnt bacon. old food( asked for it fresh and they took old chicken and put it in the grease). girlfriend's fish sandwich was just completely wrong. they also didn't know what order to bring to the car after they told me to pull forward. read more

absolute TRASH. customer service is terribly insane. Food is fine, but the wait time? I am convinced they just forget about the orders. Waited an hour for a meal. Would not recommend. read more

The manager yelled at my dad and made my 5 year old sister cry and we are never going back

You know, when it comes to McDonald's, this one meets my expectations. I'm not for the filet mignon, I'm going for a filet of fish. I'm not going for French cuisine, I'm going for French Fries. So when you give this place a bad review, all your doing is hating on America and everything that makes it great! So support the American Dream, grab a quarter pounder and a Coke and Make McDonald's Great Again! read more

I just waited an hour for 2 medium fries. No one would come to the counter and was ignoring the fact that there was a line of people until the manager came in. Had to ask her for the food personally. I talked to one person and he did nothing to fix the problem. read more

Wednesday, 08/08/2018, evening Ordered a sausage, cheese & egg. Arrived home 10:10 PM to discover a hamburger in the bag. Not what I ordered! Definitely not the same price. In my experience, the Newburgh McDonald's is a disaster. The Boonville location does a great job. It is several miles further from our home. But I will not patronize the Newburgh McDonald's ever again! Sunday, 07/14/2019, 11:00 am a new female taking orders at Drive-through had no idea that hot cakes & bacon are on the menu. Was very rude to my wife. How does this place remain open for business? read more

Did a mobile order, they canceled it and didn't return my money. The food is terrible anyway.

I've become a regular at this McDonalds. Largely due to their managers Dylan and Wayne. They're always friendly and make sure my food is hot and the order is correct. My vote is to give them a raise‍ read more

TERRIBLE customer service. Very long wait time for Lukewarm food. Do better McDonald's

Consistently one of the worst options in the area. Every time you give them a new chance they manage to screw it up. Owner makes no effort to bring any changes other than what he is forced to by franchising regulations. read more

Did mobile order curbside. Waited 20 minutes and then had to go in. Still not ready. This is regularly one of the worst customer experiences and I should quit giving them second chances. So many other restaurants have figured this out. You would think the largest chain in the world could figure it out. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Newburgh, Indiana

It's unfortunate that things has changed over the years, for good service with a good quality of product. Yesterday, I tried to get a six piece nugget and fries. Paid for it. Only to receive fries were burnt and not filled as suppose but get the food thrown at me as if I was suppose to accept that type of behavior. As I sit, the drive-thru worker isn't coming with the addition order for my car, finally she comes and I'm telling her I have an additional order, she gives it to us. The fries were not filled as suppose as well. We go into the restaurant to discuss with the Manager and she was just rude!! I told her about the food been thrown at me, and what if I returned the favor of throwing it back. She replied, it would've been Assault on a Minor..I said NO, it would've been assault on a disabled person!! I said I would like to have my food but instead she insisted on returning my money; which was fine. Finally, I got her name and requested that I speak with the district manager for the store. She'd given the name of Zach and that I would receive a call yesterday.. I have not received no response. I've tried to patronize this store at times. However, there's no work ethic at all..from hanging out the windows, passing out wrong orders, giving out old food and burnt food, to vaping while assisting customers. When does poor service end??? This site made me give a star but I surely don't want to give it!!! read more

In my experience, the Newburgh McDonald's is a disaster. Wednesday 08/08/2018 Ordered the sausage, cheese & egg biscuit sandwich. Discovered A small hamburger in the bag instead of the item I ordered when I arrived home @ 10:10 PM. Not what I ordered. Definitely not the same price. We have been amazed at the difference in the service between the Newburgh location & the Boonville location. In our experience the Boonville McDonald's has always done an outstanding job. Definitely worth driving a few extra miles to avoid patronizing the Newburgh site. read more

Went to this shithole again this morning, stood there for over 20 minutes before getting helped. Once I ordered I was there another 30 minutes before finally getting a refund. I literally watched the little manager ignore people in the dining area to handle drive through. Then to make matters worse the young kid they have working the front counter asking every one to take a survey to earn him an extra $5.00 was useless as tits on a toothbrush. Another customer wanted some biscuits and gravy and the ignorant person up front told the customer they didn't sell it anymore when I had in fact just ordered it along with breakfast burritos. Then when he inquired about it, she told him that I didn't know what I was talking about, I had my receipt in my hand that I showed him before he went to ask. So with all this said, this McDonald's is literally the worse in the area and nothing is done when you complain about the service, or lack there of, on the phone number provided on the wall. Maybe they need to get more managers involved instead of disgruntled employees. It's no wonder I can drive 3 minutes down the road and get my breakfast faster and fresher from Hardee's. read more

OMG this place is the worst mcdonalds i have even been to! slow as molasses! hope you dont expect to be in and out! minimum 25 min drive thru wait. do these ppl know how to park people to keep the line moving? ridiculous!! will NOT EVER COME HERE AGAIN! read more

I went to McDonald's to get a kids meal in a bucket and I didn't get the bucket and their coworkers act crazy and ask. Hey when am I going to get the bill? read more

Well, the place is getting a *little* better than it used to be, but not by much. Slow, unfriendly service. Employees haven't ever been downright rude, but you could tell they'd rather be getting their teeth pulled than be working there. It only took about 8 minutes to get my drink and a plain McChicken on the last visit. But that's not even a complicated order and I can guarantee it doesn't take that long to make my food elsewhere. If it weren't for the $1 drinks, I would never come to this location. There are so many better options - pay the extra money to go to Sonic across the highway, go up the road to DQ, or if you really want McDonald's then make your way to Boonville or Evansville. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Just go to a different location, if you really want McDonald's. Service is so slow my food is NEVER hot by the time it gets to me. They DON'T even salt their fries most of the time! This is by far the worst location. read more

Well, it looks like I am not alone. But I'll add my voice into the discontent. REALLY?????? What Gives???? STRONGLY considering writing to corporate to have this place either closed or the staff fired and a new re-trained crew take over. The SLOWEST, SLOWEST, most ridiculously slow and incompetent crew I have EVER witnessed. INCLUDING the management. It doesn't matter if you are in the drive through (which even at off-times the line wraps around the building - not that they are so good, but that they are that slow) or you venture into the building, thinking you will save some time (you don't - but what you DO get is a first-hand view of total incompetence!) - you aren't getting out of this place faster than 15-20 minutes. FOR MCDONALD'S!?!? Taking a stroll INSIDE the restaurant is just for laughs. The staff will stop in the middle of filling an order to discuss what they have been doing on their off-hours with other staff members while the packed lobby mumbles and curses under their breath. Complain to the management? HONESTLY, I have never seen such a unqualified group of ...(I have to watch my temper here).... business misfits. NO-ONE at this location deserves to keep their jobs. NONE of them could make it at even an average McDonald's - let alone an efficient one. CORPORATE? Are you listening? (look at these ratings!!!) Is anyone there????? Never met the Franchisee...but if you bother to read your comments - DO SOMETHING FAST!!! Contact a franchise owner from the Chicago-area (Eileen Kusher - owns 2 in Buffalo Grove, IL and 1 in Palatine, IL at least) for help on getting your and your staff's act together. SHE knows how to run a McDonald's!! (Note: Know of her, but don't know HER. I was a loyal customer of her stores and saw her and her staff in action.) Come on, this town deserves a better restaurant than yours!! read more

By far the SLOWEST drive thru of ANY fast food restaurant. It's been this way for years even under new management. Boonville, 10 miles away, has the fastest McDonald's drive thru of any McDonald's I have ever been to with the same, if not more, traffic. I don't understand why Newburgh's management can't travel to Boonville to see how they do it. I'll continue pass on this McDonald's. read more

I like this McDonald branch. The staff is so friendly and it is super clean. It has been hard to hire people in this pandemic but they are working so hard to keep up with the traffic. read more

A few months ago I wrote a scathing, critical report for McDonalds in Newburgh, IN. At that time it was the worst McDonald's we had ever encountered. I highly recommend McDonald's in Newburgh, IN! read more

Went their this morning restaurant manager fixed my McCafé and the whole time he wore his mask around his chin and was speaking the whole time over my McCafé. Slowest McDonalds EVER...crazy to wait so long in line then when I get to window I have to pull up again and wait. I didn't order anything special either! read more

I understand we are in a pandemic. I understand being overwhelmed and low wages. The quality of the food today was just bad. You can't cook up stuff and let it sit for hours then serve it. Quarter pounder tasted like it was cooked at least 2 hours before I got it and the coldest chicken nuggets I have ever had. The fries were not a full order and also cold. I ordered a coke no ice. They were out of Coca Cola. I said just give me a diet. Wow. The sign outside says hiring dependable people. Maybe pay a bit more and get some people that will serve edible food. If I owned this place I would raise prices and pay people to make the product the right way. read more

Used to be the best, but, unfortunately, it's no longer in its prime. Slow, slow, slow service, forgotten food, and just all around a sad experience. Consequently, will avoid this establishment. read more

The McDonald's in Newburg is the worst place I've ever been to. Ever single thing in our order was bad. Happy meal literally came with 4 fries (cold), drinks wrong size. They replaced the incorrect sweet tea (we ordered unsweetene) that was a medium with yet another sweet tea just bigger. Both of our large fries were cold and they didn't give any Sauces to the kids for meals. we told them at drive thru there were only 4 kid fries so they replaced with more cold fries. I went back inside when I realized our fries were cold and the employees were dirty looking, ignoring me and cussing. When I finally summoned someone she was rude and just told me throw the fries away and she would get more. Pretty much shoved those to me. I said we want bbq sauce that we didn't get too please. Long pause and eye roll later I got some. Then they were cussing on my way out the door. Pretty sure it was towards me. Avoid this nasty crap hole with dirty rude children for employees. For $31 it was the worst mess I've ever seen. Still left with the wrong drinks. The entire place should be fired along with who ever runs this pathetic place read more

First time I have ever seen a McDonald's commit so many health violations! The place was so dirty and so so slow. Saw a female worker take out a box of frozen french fries set it on the floor then step on top of it to reach something up higher. she steps of the dirty contaminated box opens it puts fries in the freezer with never washing her hands. Saw only one older male worker wearing gloves while messing with the food. Also dropped food in their package and still served it. We waited for about 25 minutes to get our cold food. Worst $20.00 ever spent!!!!! This place is a total Fail!!! It really doesn't deserve one star. read more
