Ordered these from the attached picture from McDonalds as a delivery and was missing the 2 Fried Apple pies and the Large Mango Smoothie. They gave me the Mango refresher instead. Was from out of town so it would had been a hassle to drive back to get it corrected. read more

McDonald's - What I ordered. - Fast Food Near Me - New Haven, Connecticut

Water downed orange juice. Sometimes it's made right and other times it taste watered down. I never go through drive thru anymore. Sometimes they take you credit card info with a scanner, But I remember this day I was sent to the second window and the worker to my credit card out of my sight. Sure enough I noticed an Uber ride that I didn't take in New Haven. read more

Fries were hard as a rock, rudest most disrespectful staff including and especially the manager, went to return fries for a refund, which I never usually do, the manager only wanted to give us refund for one, I went to throw mine back in the bag but missed and fell on the floor like, even if I ate a couple they were overcooked and the oil hasn't been changed for like a month are you kidding me. She's lucky I handed her both fries otherwise back through the window they would have went, I ended up getting full refund for the fries, no apology, just a three minute back and forth with the manager who barely spoke English that walked away during the argument (I'm Spanish as well but we in the US and speak it the English over here) She left the dishwasher to deal with me who was the only one with a brain working there I will say, I could tell she was more understanding the manager, whoever owns this branch, what the hell are you doing?????? Look at your reviews. Shut the place down if you don't care about it or get in there and get it right. SMH. Unfreakinbelievable. Wheres your pride, dignity or respect. Go a mile or so down the road, that McDonalds is on point. Been there many times not once had an issue. Literaly like three minutes down the road. Your welcome. read more

McDonald's - my pet :/ - Fast Food Near Me - New Haven, Connecticut

It's McDonald's so I won't ask for much but heading back to New York from Connecticut we found a 24/7 McDonald's right off the highway and it's time for a bathroom break at 2am and some fries and cold drinks and maybe a few quarter pounders and chicken sandwiches . Plenty of parking and I was a bit surprised how busy and full inside was at 2am . Got our food , grabbed a few booths and glad we stopped for 30 minutes . Giving 4 stars for the clean restrooms and good hot fresh fries . read more

Employees are so rude. The food was cold. The location/ambiance is sketchy. I'd rather not eat than go back to this place.

This location does not answer their phone AT ALL. Idk what's been going here the last few months but it seems like ever since the prices went up AGAIN the service has gotten SO MUCH WORSE. Everytime I go through the drive thru, I'm given the wrong drink. This has happened 4 times in the past who weeks since I only come for the DRINK. Then to get the issue rectified I have to literally drive ALL the way back and go inside because the line I always wrapped around the entire store. Either lower your price or actually get the orders correct. Choose one! read more

Upon a sweltering steamy summer night, I found myself yearning for victuals to sink my teeth into. I mounted myself into my motor carriage and sought the nearest eating establishment. The glow of the Golden Arches captured my attention from afar, and I made haste to answer its beckoning. I selected a one quarter pound with cheese Hamburg steak sandwich and awaited my feast. A swarthy young lad name of Jorge delivered my supper promptly to the window of my motor carriage. Egads, when I recollect the flavors that entered my mouth upon that Eve. The Hamburg steak was tender and cooked to perfection with an utterly divine slice of what must have been cheese fresh from the creamery. I parched my thirst with the most profoundly carbonated and sweetened sprite that my taste buds have ever been bathed in. After my bacchanal was complete I felt utter satisfaction the likes of which I have scarcely known. Good show! read more

This spot is beautiful. I bet the negative reviews are from before they re-did everything. It's all brand new inside. The girls that work there are all wild but they're all good people and they're there to help. The food was fresh and it came out fast. I love the new vibe! read more

Horrible service! I just left after spending 40 minutes trying to order two lattes and McChicken sandwich . I understand they were in a pre-dinner rush however, I waited patiently just to get handed two cold "so called lattes" - brought them back and was told the "milk was not working in the machine. " When I asked to use the restroom (which was locked). I stood there looking around while they "couldn't find the bathroom key " NEVER AGAIN! Hot mess read more

I came in last night to get a big mac meal for my brother, and the woman taking my order (whom I believe was the manager because she had a navy blue shirt different than the other employees) put it in as a chicken big mac, when I told her I ordered a regular big mac not a chicken big mac she got upset at me as if I was the one who made a mistake, she got me the regular big mac but then snatched the other bag away from me to take away the chicken big mac and move the fries into another bag and put her BARE HANDS in the fries after touching everything in the store. It was disgusting. Not only that, absolutely everything is sticky and dirty and I did not want to touch anything with my hands. So gross, DO NOT COME HERE. read more

If it is a franchise owned by Rodriguez don't go. If you ask for napkins you are made to feel as though you are trying to rob them. Also, there is nothing ruder than having the staff babbling in Spanish when you have no idea what they are saying about you or the other customers. read more

I purchased an espresso americano via the McDonald's app at a time when the machine at this location was "down," or "being cleaned." I was not told this until I arrived at the pickup window. I asked if I could get a refund then? No, sorry, we don't have anything to do with the app; you must call McDonald's customer support. No exchange then? Nothing. I received the emailed receipt "thanking" me for my purchase but I left empty-handed. Not happy in the least -- I'm also refusing to pay the charge to my credit card -- and I won't be visiting this fraudulent outfit ever again. read more

It's December 26, 2022 at 3:21 AM the two workers that are supposed to be running The store are both sitting in a car smoking a blunt for past 10-15 mins. Telling customers that they are not taking orders at the moment. This is unprofessional and they should not be in this food business read more

service is bad. made us wait for so long in the drive through. Do not recommend!! But the food was ok ig, just terrible service.

If I could have rate it zero star, I would. The food was often cold. I ordered here for multiple times, 1/2 time it is cold. Other than that, it was always, i mean always wrong in term of products I ordered. They just always give me small French fries while I ordered regular, it is truly not faithful to us. read more

The workers here were INCREDIBLY unfriendly when we came. They refused to serve us food after they told us that "their lobby is closed." We tried to explain that we were not looking to stay but they refused to give us any food telling us to get a car. Terrible McDonald's experience. read more

I shouldn't find it necessary to write a review for McDonald's. We all know what a Big Mac is and we have all had their fries. However, this particular McDonald's has been so CONSISTENTLY awful that it warrants a one star review. I should probably also preface review with the fact that I love McDonald's. The cheeseburger/mcchicken/cheeseburger amalgamation (or, as the kids call it, a McGangBang) is probably the best thing you can get from a true fast food franchise. Cheap and usually delicious. Unfortunately there is nothing "fast" about the food here. I have attempted to visit this store upwards of ten times and never have I received my food in under 5 minutes. This includes visits to the drivethrough and is sadly not an exaggeration. With the exception of the fries (which are usually either under seasoned or soggy) the food here is on par with other McDonald's. It is sort of difficult to screw up a franchised recipe. I hate to say it but the customers here are also a problem. I love New Haven and am not much of a snob but, if during the time it takes your order to come up, YOU LITERALLY WITNESS A DRUG DEAL then something is terribly wrong. Subpar food, slow service, and a dangerous environment. Without reservation, I can say that this is the worst fastfood joint I have ever been in. read more

Drive thru window employees' sole job is to simply listen to what you want, and press a button on a screen. Thats it. I think my 9 year old could have done better than this drive thru employee. Kids these days, ya know? read more

Despite being stared at sitting down, harassed for my fries while eating my lunch by a local and girls laughing at me, my burger tasting like a dry piece of shit or being charged $10 for my meal - this place is unclean, the staff look run down (maybe because they get paid shit, its management or locals don't care). I'm used to Australian Macdonald's so maybe my rating is a bit bias but.. The new interior doesn't make the food better.. No salad or healthy options - it's just crap food and crap meal options for the price. Plenty of nicer places around that are small business and give you more food :) read more

Why would I bother reviewing a McDonald's? I don't know, too much time on my hands, that's an existential question. BUT: I have NEVER ordered from this place and gotten the right order on the first try, going on five times now. There is always something missing or you get someone else's order entirely. What's going on here people?! Thousands of other McDs can handle this...get with the program! Takeaway: check ur bag before you leave. read more

literally bypass this mcdonald's!!!! (& go 2 the dunkin across the street in the opposite direction also open 24 hrs) So I asked for one minute to gather my order.. I was literally the only person there so I figured obviously it isnt busy.. but again I am a courteous professional person. the cashier said she couldnt hear me.. and then when i repeated myself she mocked me and continued to have a conversation either on the phone or to another employee.. I waited & asked if she was then ready.. I was ignored.. I could literally hear her whole convo through the speaker.. what a disgrace. 12/17/19 around 2am read more

I would waste my gas and drive an extra 10 minutes to a different McDonald's than come here ever again. The staff is extremely incompetent and rude and if they don't get your order right or if your food's not good, they don't care so don't even complain to them because they won't do anything about it but give you an attitude and talk crap about you to their coworkers. read more

What a waste of money. New construction but same horrible food and service. Last year, I ordered a cup of coffee "sweet with cream". I paid then drove to pick it up and was told by a Toothless Wonder, "WE AINT GOT NO SUGAR, WE AINT GOT NO CREAM!" Today, I ordered an ice coffee via the newly built 2- lane drive through which was disorganized. I waited forever for my iced coffee "sweet with cream" and received a large cup of ice, milk, with a hint of the brown stuff. Awful. They gave me a damn iced milk drink with a shot of coffee. Just by looking at it you would think that the preparer could have figured out that it was not made correctly. I've had it!! All I have to say is they've lost a lot of business today. I work close by in a building with over a hundred people who frequent this establishment everyday, whether it be for coffee or lunch or even dinner before heading home. After sharing my experience I had of waiting for almost an hour to be turned away with not even so much as a coupon to satisfy me, each person I've talked to has said they will not be going back. BK it is :) PS I actually watched them throw my fries straight into the trash over giving them to me free to compensate for the time I wasted waiting for their credit card machine to be up. I mean, to have someone tell you their machine will be up and running in a matter of minutes only to turn around 40 minutes later and tell you they can't take care of your order is beyond ridiculous. And I take it back, they did offer me something, the man told me I could keep the soda after they took my food back from me to "keep it warm". Thanks a lot. BIG THUMBS UP for your customer care. read more
