Oh my god!!!! Never ever come here!!! I ordered my food and then asked for a coke and she said no and immediately told me to go to the second window. I then asked if I could get a few extra sauces, told me I need to get chicken nuggets and then she refused service and slammed the window. I look in the bag to see my large fries looking half eaten. I am not happy with this experience. Fire that woman NOW. She couldn't even hear me and I was yelling. The entire wellesley line could hear me yelling. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Feb2023: 3: I stopped by this restaurant today to grab some lunch. This location has a big lot for vehicles to access of the main road. There is handicap parking spaces adjacent to the front entrance. This store has automatic displays for customers to use which I didn't have any familiarization with so I went to the counter to place my order. The young lady who took my order was not competent. There was no one out by the kiosk to assist with ordering food. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich that I saw advertised on the TV. I received the sandwich pictured and I was not impressed with the taste, texture, presentation of the sandwich. The spicy was in the sauce which was just okay. It featured one centered pickle on the sandwich. The bread was somewhat better tasting than I thought it would be but was still compressed in the package I received. The chicken reminded me of the crispy chicken patties you get in bulk freezer bags at the big box warehouse stores. Yeah, this is just run of the mill okay. Kids would not mind. If you want an inexpensive chicken sandwich, this is a good choice. This is not my favorite fast food chicken sandwich. I came here to try something new, I thought. read more

We hiked Hunnewell Town Forest just south of the McDonald's in review (we recommend that forest for a short, but memorable walk) and opted to go there for lunch, out of convenience and curiosity (my original review details my past experience here, I wanted to see if it had changed). Service is standard for most McDonald's, i.e. employees are in better moods on better days. Ambiance - we've only gone to the drive thru, so I can't say. The food is what you can expect from an average McDonald's - okay most of the time, sometimes good to awesome, sometimes abysmal. The best edibles are the chicken nuggets and double quarter pounders, while the fountain drinks are tasty (as they usually are at fast food spots). I recommend the 290 Worcester Road, Natick, MA McDonald's if you're in the area - especially if you're hiking, be it at HTF or another local spot. read more

This place got a makeover! It's now a McCafe! Modern interior with TVs and light-up tables. Went for breakfast and the staff was super nice and gave us a happy meal toy because we had to wait a bit for our hashbrowns, very nice! Plenty of parking! read more

This McDonald's is on art 9 East Bound between 27 and Oak Street. Unfortunately the parking lot exit is right beyond the U-turn light, meaning you need to continue east bound out of the parking lot. I've only used the drive through and only since I discovered their dollar beverages. Only 1 line yet 2 ordering stations. Which is a bit odd. But the line moves relatively quickly and the employees here seem a bit more with it than the average McD employee. read more

This McDonald used to be a favorite of ours but recently it fell apart. I placed an online order for 2 identical kids meal using Mcd app. I ordered extra nuggets and they were missing, one order has the apple slices missing. The mango smoothie took forever. And the Diet Coke took even longer because they forgot to fill it. There was another customer rushed in yelling "you still owe me a small fries". Order kiosks were a welcome addition. Can skip the language issue that arises too often in fast food places. But now they tend to ignore you when you come up to pay. After a few times waiting long to pay, and then even when coming up to ask a question and making eye contact, I am getting the app and skipping the people side. Also can get loud there, from the employees talking. They seem to be loosing grip with what customer service is. But the food is great on a consistent basis. Great food. Taste, freshness, consistency. That is hard to do. read more

This is definitely a great place for the kids to go! They have some really fun tables and a kids section for learning games and coloring books! This was a very clean and very friendly establishment. Half the order was fine the other half tasted off as if it is expired although my visit was short but nice I give this a 2 1/2 -3 stars as maybe the food was a flunk I do not come here often. read more

Once upon a time in college, two good friends and i ate fourteen straight meals at McDonald's, whilst driving across the country in a beat-up Ford station wagon. That's right. Fourteen. Interestingly enough, we did not balloon up to twice our size, break out in hives, or do irreparable damage to our health ('Course, i haven't watched that movie, since i don't want to ruin it for myself). Indeed, the only time we felt ill health was a bad decision to switch to Burger King for lunch in Las Vegas. We switched right back and felt much better. What you learn from it, though, is that some McDonaldses are more worthy than others. It doesn't matter if it's considered by most to be a low-end job, it's still plain as day when you see people do it well, and even with this most institutionalized of food, giving a damn shows. So it's with this in mind that i salute the McDonald's on Route 9 in Natick. This is consistently the best in the Boston area that i know of. Fresh, crisp fries with the proper amount of salt, well-constructed sandwiches big and small, a flawlessly mixed cup of Coke. Fast, perfect, and cheerful (the drive-thru girl took a picture of my smart car today, so amused was she). Sometimes i adjust my route home from work to hit this one, as it is simply that much better than the ones on Needham St. in Newton (you'll never get a good drink), and on 128 (screws you on the fries and chicken mcnuggets, every time). I've been getting into golf lately. So on the way to the course I've had to use many different McDonald's. My order is 5 sausage burritos rain or shine. These ones were perfectly done. No hard edges (looking at you Quincy). Plenty of hot sauce (try it sometime Tremont St). And well endowed portions. I used the big machine thing to order so no idea on how the customer service is. I'm a regular (Drive thru only), and compared to other McDonalds it's very well run. Food prep is spot on, and they are diligent about checking your order so you get what you ordered. Employees' English isn't perfect, but it's more than acceptable for getting your order right. read more

Worst service every. I went through the drive thru and saw the 2 brakfast sandwiches for $4. I asked for 2 McGribbles with no sausage or bacon, just egg and cheese. And I asked for a turtle iced coffee. She asked several times if I wanted cream and sugar. I replied each time with no, just skim milk with the turtle iced coffee. She tells me the price is $9 something. Already, I knew something was wrong because with the 4 dollar sandwiches, that would make the iced coffee over 4 dollars. After paying, I reviewed the receipt and saw I was charged $7.38 for the sandwiches. I asked the manager about the 2 of $4 deal. She argued with me that I ordered the McGriddle's with sausage, not bacon. I asked what difference did it make as I overed no bacon or sausage. She continued to argue. So, I said fine I'm ordering now, 2 sausage egg and cheese McGribbles with no sausage. Now, can you refund my money? She did give me $3.38 back. And when she handed me the iced coffee, I asked this is a turtle iced coffee, right? She said yes. I took a sip and knew it was regular iced coffee. I went into the restaurant and told her it wasn't turtle iced coffee. She said she didn't know what that was. I had to pick up a sign and point to it. She told me, you said just skim milk no sugar. So, I guess sugar to her means caramel and chocolate sauce. Smh. Then, she puts 1 pump of caramel sauce in the make it turtle. This is horrible that a manager about obviously doesn't know the menu and I will warn everyone to check receipts as you have to make sure you aren't getting ripped off. read more

Ok here I am reviewing a McDonald's but I'm not giving it a 1 star rating because it's McDonald's and has sub par food and whatnot. I'm reviewing based on a woman that has worked at the pickup window the past two times I've been there. I don't know her name but she looks to be Hispanic and she was working the window today - 25 May 2015 at 12:30pm. Last time I was there earlier this week, she didn't even look at me, didn't say "hi, how are you" or anything. She actually had her back turned to me and just handed me my food out the window hoping I grabbed it. With her back turned. And she was talking crap about someone with one of her coworkers. Today, same thing happened. Back turned, talking to a coworker, didn't look at me, didn't say anything and handed me my food. I regret saying "thank you" like I did. She didn't deserve it. She was extremely rude. Upon driving away I came to find out she carelessly gave me an unsweetened tea instead of a sweet tea. Maybe if she wasn't yapping away she would have noticed she was being an idiot. Also the reason why I don't know her name is because I couldn't see her name tag because HER BACK WAS TURNED! I occasionally go to McDonald's because it is on the way home. Things have been going downhill there for a long time although the chicken wraps and fish filet sandwich aren't that bad nor are the fries. The burgers however are another matter as what I got was dry and without much sauce. It is interesting how they taste on their own without all of the fixings. I really should stick to 5 Guys as they are the best in the area by far even if they are more pricey and a little out of the way. read more

Never will I go to this location again (290 Worcester Street, Natick Ma). I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese along with a fare amount of other items.. I drive an hour away to my hotel in Worcester MA. Only to bite into my hamburger and find out it is raw. Highly upset, I call to inform them of this and an employee persist to say ok.. Naturally I ask to speak with the manager and the employee tells me she is the manager.. You can imagine the disappointment.. Furthermore, I am told, in order for a refund or exchange I must come in to the location.. When i asked why they could not just return the money to my card, because I did not pay with cash, she had no explanation.. Outraged I inform them that I can not return today nor do I want to drive an hour away for a burger.. She's asks if I would like to come back tomorrow. Again I explain to her I do not live in the area. Which means I would have to drive an hour to them and then another hour home.. Instead of just an hour home from my hotel.. The inconvenience is unreal.. I wish I was able to post a picture so that anyone taking this could see the disgusting burger.. If I was home I would probably cook it so that I didn't have to buy something else for dinner.. They were very short staffed, the cashier/manager never smiled, got my order wrong three times, got the people in front of me and behind me their orders wrong as well. There was no apology, no restitution, and extremely rude behavior. The managers name was Socorro and she was the worst cashier/manager I have ever encountered. No one was happy. read more
