Very disappointing experience. The managers at this location were extremely impatient and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed by basic questions and spoke with an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. There was no effort to listen, resolve issues, or show any courtesy. Management sets the tone for a store, and unfortunately this location reflects poor leadership and lack of customer service. Customers should not feel like a burden for simply needing assistance. I would not recommend this McDonald's unless major improvements are made. C.C read more

I tried to use the touch screen to order and there were no breakfast items on menu at 10:50 am. So I can't comment on service as I didn't want lunch. Really nasty men's room. One of two urinals out of order. The other has the floor flooded around it and stinks really bad. A man tried to go into the stall but turned around after seeing inside. I assume it was nasty too. Best service food tastes wonderful and they are so nice! Sometimes there's a young boy there who would love to help you clean up your mess or help you with something and if you think he did a good job you can give him a tip in his tips cup. I went through the drive thru on my way to Dallas. Was not given my receipt or even offered it at the first window ... Second window I was getting handed the wrong bag, I had to tell them my order. A very clean interior with helpful staff that prepared our food correctly and in a quick manner.

Was cursed at for no reason and thought I didn't hear her. Just left the McDonald's haven't had a problem there before. But for some odd reason the lady speaking on the intercom had an attitude. Couldn't hear me or wasn't trying to but I'm not rude especially to the people whose serving my food. The location is convenient just off the highway and food tasted okay. The employees certainly aren't friendly here. They'll take your payment and hand the receipt back to you without saying a word. You then pull to the pick up window and get handed your food without a word too. I felt like I was just really bothering them! The only reason i gave this review a 2 is because it was pretty clean... the 2 girls upfront were yelling at everyone "hello who had a coke and tea" "who's refund,who's money is this!!" we weren't paying attention at first so she yelled again looking right up at us knowing it was us and instead of maybe bringing it to us or saying it nicely she yelled. we waited at the order desk for like 5 minutes and then got yelled at to use the kiosk, okay i don't mind having to do that but why yell? there isn't a sign to let us know. they lady that gave us the food didn't hand it to us or just leave it at the window she threw it down and walked off. i would not recommend this place they don't know customer service at all... if you don't want to talk nice don't work at a place where you need to have customer service lol read more

First a person could not go in-the place to order or use the restroom. Right off I-30 appeared to be a good location for a stop. Apparently not. Well we drive through the drive thru and the milk shack machine is down. This must be with all McDonald's because none of them seem to be operational. Made in in China by Biden folks. Then we get fries and a couple of sandwiches. The fries must have been cooked and been sitting there for a long time. And those folks want $15 per hour. Well if you are traveling with a newborn this is not the McDonald's to go to. They don't have a changing station for baby's in either restroom I had to go over to Burger King to be able to change my baby's diaper. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The girl treated us so rude at the drive thru. She did not even greet us and with a rude tone said "can I help you?" When asked for ranch at the window, the other lady was rude and took a long time. Worst customer service. The worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. I got the #4 with no egg. Now mind you, i went at 4:30am & was still a little tired so i guess it didn't register just to get a sausage biscuit. But i got up to the window, & a little Mexican girl with a horrible attitude said my order 3 different times. & each time i said yes, with no egg. & she looked back at her friend & shrugged. Stopped by this McDonald's today to get my sweet tea. The drive thru was a little long so I went inside. Only two customers inside eating. I stood by the register to order for about 5 minutes. There where four workers that I could see. They would look at me but not one acknowledged me or offered to take my order. I walked out never to return to this McDonald's again. Their employees are so rude and terrible! They need to restaff, I would NEVER eat at this McDonald's...worst experience ever! The man at the speaker said that their system was down, we asked some questions and got COMPLETELY ignored. I went there in the morning about 6 o'clock and the lady in the 2nd window was VERY rude. It made me want to go and punch her. She was very disrespectful with a bad attitude. If your gonna keep having a bad attitude, you might as well work somewhere else that people won't see you or you see them. When she gave me my order, it looked like she wanted to throw it at me. New faces have improved the service. I would rate this McD higher but the do not carry a full breakfast menu. They don't have the steak, egg & cheese combos carried by the better McD's. Their service was excellent yesterday! read more
