This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been inside of. When I went to order, the girl at the counter was very rude, only responding to me in short aggressive comments. After asking for ketchup she ignored me and then through the ketchup I asked for in my bag rudely. The staff was also cutting up, making comments about us behind the counter. However, this store served me a terrible Quarter Pounder at 8PM on Sunday night. After idling in the drive-through line for 15 minutes after I placed my order, I finally received my burger. I am here to review the A Minecraft Movie meal, and honestly, it's alright, for 12.99 its not bad. Had my 2 children in there to grab a "quick" meal on our way to an event. staff lost my order apparently. Asked about it after 20 min and was informed that quarter pounders are made to order and it takes about 3 minutes. She quickly ran off. Then after 30 minutes i brought it up that i seen a family order, eat and leave and Id like to have my to go order quickly. Then after 35 minutes , I finally received my order and asked where the happy meal was and she was very rude about getting it saying " I'm grabbing it" in a harsh manner. Where do I start? I ordered a #7 Large with a six piece, and a Diet Coke no ice. Simple order right? No. I had to tell her my order 3 times (yes I was speaking clearly and directly into the microphone) and she goes "you wanted a kids meal with a six piece?" She finally gets my order and I ask her to put ketchup in the bag please. I pay and when I get my food she gives me a #7 large with a sweet tea. No ketchup. I tell the lady at the window that I ordered a DIET COKE NO ICE. She says okay and closes the window. What does she hand me? A Diet Coke with ice.... She opens her mouth... I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in as a paying customer, ordered food, and quietly worked on my school assignments with my headphones in, not bothering anyone. Despite this, I was asked to leave. I was shocked by the treatment -- especially considering I was respectful, quiet, and had made a purchase. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility. As a student and customer, I expected a welcoming environment, not one where I'm made to feel unwelcome for simply doing schoolwork. Just a bit disorganized. We placed our order and when we pulled up to window 2 to pickup we were informed the ice cream/shake machine was down. Processing a refund seemed quite the impossible task resulting in about an 8 minute wait as the manager was noticeably irate and the cars stacked up behind us. I suggested just giving me a cookie or something sweet in lieu of to maintain our hungry 3 yr olds state of calm but that would have apparently added to the complexity of refunding our $3.89 shake. I responded well I guess u can get thier order after you finish mine . Just off the Interstate, a good spot to stop and pick up a high-fat high-sodium cheeseburger, or perhaps just a bottle of water and some wifi as a rest. It was the water and the wifi for me, though I didn't manage to spot a power outlet. Strange lot for a McDonald's - very narrow and very deep. Not a whole lot of room for larger vehicles and I definitely wouldn't recommend this for an RV. No outside seating or Playplace. read more

He took my money and while he was making my drinks, the window was open and he made a comment, "these F###ing people need to go home and cook their own G## D### food, I'm sick of this S###! I immediately felt bad for stopping there and bothering him, I should have went somewhere else. I went to this McDonald's after a very rough night. It was possibly the closest experience to heaven and eternal bliss I have felt in my entire life. Not only was my very large parties orders all accurate down to the sauces we requested but the workers were very kind and efficient. Even understaffed they thrived. The food was high quality especially for a McDonalds late at night. The only thing that was not delivered on was the drinks but I can excuse this for how kind the workers were. I humbly asked for a Halloween Pail and even though it was late and I didn't deserve it I still received it and engaged in friendly conversation with the worker, which scarcely happens in fast food. I sincerely appreciate this experience and hope that these workers receive a raise for their hard, diligent and humble work. read more

Each time we have stopped here, we have had terrible service. Last time we went they forgot 50% of our food and when we went back around to get the rest of our food, not one single person would come to the window except for the janitor. We were told "everyone is in the bathroom" and then the window was slammed closed. This time was the last straw. We pulled in with nobody in line, sat at the order screen for a few minutes, while the other screen took orders for 4 other cars. When we finally got a response from an employee, she was extremely rude. I would recommend just going to the Mcdonald's near ingles. I typically come through this McDonalds at least twice a week on my way to work at the hospital. It is usually very slow, my order is usually wrong in someway, and the workers are rude 90% of the time. In the past week I have been through 3 separate times, the drive thru was moving quickly even though there were cars out to the road. I had a sandwich get messed up and I called about it later that night. The manager I spoke with was extremely kind, and immediately asked to make my order right at my convenience. I spoke with him for around 15 minutes, probably slowing his job down. He kept a great attitude with me. He informed me he was new at this location, he asked me to keep my receipt as a precaution and made sure give his name to me incase I encountered a problem getting my order replaced in the future. 5 stars to the night cashiers and the night time manager. I've been eating at McDonald's for 40 years and can only hope this McDonald's continues its upward trend! read more
