This place still sucks. Stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. When I walked in there was one man waiting in line so I got behind him. I noticed the workers just walking by and delivering food but not even making eye contact with the guy in front of me or myself. After waiting a few minutes another guy came in and got in line behind me. I asked the guy in front if he had been helped yet and he said, "no". After another couple of minutes of being ignored the man behind me asked if I had been helped yet. I told him neither me or the guy in front had been served. So he spoke up and said, "Can we get some help here?" The fat Latina lady that had been walking around delivering food said in an exasperated tone, "Just a minute. We're very busy." To which he replied,"Then you need more people." After another couple of minutes I decided to leave and told the guy behind me, "Good luck." I get that when you're busy people might have to wait a bit to get their order taken. But I will not stand for just being ignored. You could at least say, "Sorry for the wait. We pulled up to the drive through around 11 and this McDonalds is open 24 hours. We been served here at later hours before. This night, we approached and they greeted us at the drive through, then when we got our code ready they stopped responding and hid somewhere. I saw them through the window before entering & they already replied to us. We stayed for 5 minutes and waited and they never came back. Worst McDonald's on the planet. Went here 2 days ago and asked for a refill on my iced tea. A very nasty woman almost bit my head off saying they don't give refills on ice tea. I asked why and she said "because I said so" I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She then said if I wanted another iced teas I had to pay full price .....her name was Esther BTW. In any case I'm happy for the interaction. Today while out shopping we stopped at In and Out...we got two combo cheese burger meals for $19.00, they tasted better and were cheaper and hotter than the quarter pound combo meals by about $5.00 for two, I had plenty of free ice tea refills and have no reason to ever go back to this abusive McDonald's ! This is the best McDonald's in the Bay Area hands down. My husband and I just ordered in the drive thru-the staff were so helpful and understanding when we messed up the order and changed it last minute at the payment window. The food was truly prepared like how you see in the commercials. My jaw DROPPED! I've never felt more compelled to go in and thank the staff for their service. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to because they were helping other customers (very clean inside btw) but whoever is working right now at 5/22 @ 5pm- YALL ARE CRUSHING ITTT! I'm seriously shook. I've never left a review for a fast food before but you guys were all so nice and the delivered the McDonald's of every gals dream. Same as other reviews for this store.. the workers don't acknowledge that there are customers in the lobby at the register ready to order forcing you to use the kiosk. They bring your food to your table and basically toss it onto the table and still no response or a smiling face. It sucks that pay can't be based on performance and customer service skills. read more

This McDonald's gets worst every time I go here. They NEVER have their soda machines mixed properly so it tastes watered down or wrong im some way each time. I didn't know a coke could take so far from a coke until I drank here.... Today they were so rude to me when I asked for my receipt. She told me the entire store had no receipt paper. When I asked to speak to the manager, some kid came to the window smirking in a yellow visibility vest telling me he doesn't know what's going on and I can't get a receipt. After the smirks, kids laughing in the back, and the rude cashier, I'm leaving the review in case they take my card information and can document when and where I made my purchase. My standards for a fast food joint are pretty low, so that is most likely skewing my vote higher than it would otherwise be at a regular dining establishment. However my experience going through the drive through here today was quick and efficient. The person taking my order understood what I asked for the first time, they got my order right, actually asked how I was and thanked me (albeit a bit grumpily like they were going through the motions), and nothing from my order was missing. While the above listed items may seem like basic requirements, I can't even begin to list the number of times I've visited a McDonald's and they actually managed to screw up either one or several of the above mentioned items. As an added bonus, my food was piping hot, looked very well put together like it came out of a McDonald's commercial, and tasted quite good! read more

We ordered inside the restaurant on the self serve kiosk. We were surprised to find there is a surcharge for iced tea when ordering a drink and that the overall cost is almost $14 per person. I went there last night and their hours are to be closed at 10pm. I was behind a MH Police SUV and was at the ordering device at 10:34pm. They had the audacity to say they're closed. Excuse me? They need to hire people that actually want to work and not ones that sound like your order is such a "chore". Every time I've gone there, any millennial or higher generation seems to have an attitude or they seem like they don't want to be there. I prefer to go when "kids" aren't running the place and get my orders from actual adults since they at least have knowledge of what customer service is. I know you were open. It's posted on here and you took the vehicle's order in front of me. Why? Because he's a cop? So? Were you guys trying to leave early and not let the morning shift manager know? I worked fast food when I was in my late teens (AT JNB's proudly) and I never would turn away customers within the ordering window of order fulfillment. Hopefully, a manager will read this and have a talk with the night crew there because some people unfortunately have to rely on fast food on days when it's either have nothing or eat out in the first place because of work schedules or in the process of moving out of state (which is my case). My fridge isn't loaded because I can't take it with me. So teach those "kids" to have basic manners at least when they work in customer service. Said "hello, anybody there?". Waited some more. Decided to drive up to the first window to see if anyone was alive. Nothing to see. Drove up to the next window. In the tiniest lettering: "closed at 11pm". It was 11:08. Sure, fine, I get it. Minimum wage, minimum effort, so you close the moment you can. Turn the frikking lights off then. We almost never go to McDonalds, but were lured by the promotion of using the app: a free Big Mac. We ordered that, a happy meal for the kid, and a chicken sandwich, and some drinks. The sandwiches were... ok. About how we remember them from years past, nothing special, but the sandwiches were barely warm. My Big mac looked like it had been thrown together, some stuff was hanging off the bun. We got some of the sauces we ordered, but some sauces were missing. The biggest thing was that the happy meal did not include the toy! What the hell! This is the THE reason you get a happy meal! We were already home when we saw this. The fries were the only part I could say were good. But not nearly good enough to have me come back to this location. Unfortunately, this McDonald's always has problems getting the order right. The one time I don't check my mobile order it's missing the main items the new BTS sauces! Come on! I ordered all chicken nuggets to come home with no sauces, Not even the regular BBQ sauce! The workers just don't seem to check what need to be in each order they just are trying to be quick. Unfortunately this is the nearest place to my home and the food is at the most part always warm but orders are always getting messed up.
