McDonald's for years was a great place for lunch or breakfast. After the pandemic this restaurant apparently has decided that food at a reasonable price is less important than corporate profits. A breakfast of two sausage egg McMuffins has gone from four dollars to ten dollars. Everything on the menu is up by almost one hundred percent. Burger King has maintained at least a semblance of reasonable prices. Check Mickey d's off the list of places to spend my hard earned money. read more

I try not to eat McDonald's if I can help it - in fact, I'm sure it's been several years since I've had it until this visit. We got stuck by the road closure through Gunnison from the park and couldn't get to our hotel - so we booked the nearby Quality Inn and walked over here for a late dinner one night. Staff were friendly and we were able to get a quick bite. Not really any healthy options so I ordered a Happy meal for the apples and milk with my chicken nuggets. It did the job. The young lady taking our order was very nice, and trying to keep the place clean. But I was surrounded by flies the whole time I was eating. Ketchup dispenser was broken, one bathroom stall was broken. The soda fountain area was a mess with spilled soda floating in the bottom of the drain. And several ladies in the back talking way too loud, and one lady in particular yelling quite often. Not a pleasant experience at all. Definitely needs improvement!! read more

I'm reading the other reviews on this and I'm kind of in disbelief as to whether I'm at the same location. My friends and I have been here for the last hour chilling and ordering food and every time the food was delivered to our table and incredibly fresh. Even the soda fountains tasted like they were cleaned and using fresh syrup. The fries in particular tasted like the platonic ideal version of McDonalds fries. Ordered a value meal. The sandwich came with only bun and the meat, no tomato or lettuce when they are standard for this sandwich. The food did not prepare as ordered and expected. Did not realize until 30 minutes later because it's a drive-through order. McDonald's usually is pretty good and rarely missed the mark in food preparation. We walked in to have a place to sit and drink some afternoon tea. We were met with one of the dirtiest MacDonald's I have every seen. Nearly all the tables were dirty, the beverage bar had spills all over it, and the there was food and trash all over the floor. The employees were standing around joking with each other. good luck getting through the long drive through. It's at least a 30 to 40 minute wait in the drive-through because they never have their dining room open anymore. Then when you finally do pull up to get to order all of their machines are broken so you can't get your ice cream or frozen drinks that you want in the first place. I absolutely, positively LOVE this McDonald's so much!!!!! I have a special diet and one of the things I can eat are the yogurt parfets and so I order about 50 each week to bring home and eat when I'm hungry. These folks go out of their way to make it easy to order and to pick up. And, any other time me or my family orders from this particular McDonalds, the treatment has always been friendly and everything is "as ordered" even when we have to specialize something. So tonight on August 18th about 7:39, I Stated that I would like a Qtr Pounder with ONLY Mayonnaise Shrd Lettuce and Onion and they said it comes with onions and that there was pickles I stated again that I Only want Mayonnaise Shrd Lettuce and Onions Only. I get home and found Ketchup on the burger which they didn't State to me but it's my fault. I just stated the only ingredients and they never told me about the ketchup. 10/18/12 - This location is horrible. Where to start? First, you do not run around speaking spanish with your little friends at the counter. This is supposed to be a professional business, not your personal playground. Chat with your friends on your break in the back. I've experienced this at the Frisco location also. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The food is awful. Tastes freezer burned, the fries are too salty. You ask for dipping sauce for nuggets and they don't get the right ones. I do not recommend this location.
