Great ice cream and milkshakes. Service was great even though they were really busy. Nothing beats cold stone on a hot day in Colorado.

I was out on a business trip and decided to get something cold and sweet to help get me through the day. I GPSed Cold Stone since I had never been in the area and it was tucked in the corner beside another shop. I was the only person in there which was great because usually ice cream joints are packed on sunny days. I went in there and got a chocolate brownie milkshake. We USED to enjoy coming here. Now since ownership/ management & staff has changed we don't like to come here. The last 2 times the staff was obnoxiously hyper, rude, non-hygienic & shorted us on our order. From what we could gather the one girl is the owner's daughter & the other was giving away extra ice cream for free & then shorting the next order...I wish I could buy this ice cream at the store. read more

While I appreciate the cleanliness and precautionary actions taken during this time, when we picked up our order both of our cones tasted like Lysol. We ended up throwing both away after just eating the ice cream out of them. Other than that, online ordering and pickup was very easy! read more

Very impressed with this one. It was incredibly clean in this restaurant and everything looked new and modern. The surroundings of the restaurant were eye pleasing too, so while enjoying the to-die-for ice cream, you can enjoy the view too. Even the bathrooms were flawless. The only reason I am not providing 5 Stars is the mismanagement of this location. Went in on the 10th of July in the evening. The only staff member that was present was Jasmine. She is an absolute rock star. Over 2 dozen customers in line and being impatient, also several cars in the drive through all waiting for service. You guys need to recognize this wonderful staff member for keeping her calm, friendly while staying professional and giving great customer service even though being left all alone. Thank you Jasmine, I hope that you stay positive and upbeat and that they appreciate your level of dedication and service. read more
