Then handed us the scoops with no spoons. We asked if we could have a spoon and they had to get them. Not a professional service. $7.20 for two scoops of ice cream in a cup. Guac was perfectly seasoned, enough salt and lime which can be rare. Unfortunately three of the tacos were very weak. One of them had freezing cold salsa which just ruined the whole sensory experience. Another tacos tortilla burst immediately after receiving. The brisket taco was just a little bland. We're so glad we did! The patio is spacious and comfortable, with several seating areas that give it a relaxed atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive, and his recommendation of the Flatlander Chicken Sandwich ($15.99) was spot on. Since my husband and I often split meals, we ordered one sandwich to share. To our surprise, it arrived already divided onto two separate plates--a thoughtful touch that's becoming all too rare. That kind of service definitely earns extra points. The sandwich was delicious, with grilled chicken breast, guacamole, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo, served with perfectly cooked crispy fries. I ordered an iced tea but couldn't resist trying a sample of their seasonal Peach Ale. It was so good that I ended up ordering a small glass. I'm not usually much of a beer drinker, but this one was outstanding. I only wish they sold it in cans so I could have taken some home!
