The ambience is awesome...décor is western/rustic meets comfy. The cozy leather couch and two side chairs in front of the fireplace is such a nice space! Their wine & whiskey menu was very enticing, but we opted for some tasty Chardonnay. We didn't order any food, but they've got some yummy looking charcuterie boards...next time for sure! The servers are all very friendly and attentive. The buffet also offers made to order pancakes and omelettes. The executive chef specializes as a pastry chef and his talent shows! The bacon has the perfect crisp with a sweet maple flavor without sacrificing the crunchy texture and it all melts in your mouth perfectly. I loved it so much that I had to go back for seconds. I can say the same for the country potatoes, although in the catering serving trays, it maintained its crispy outside texture while still fluffy inside and seasoned to perfection.
