We enjoyed our initial visit so much, we stopped by a second time after we finished in the park to get another caffeine-fix. Coffee Trader has so much charm and character that is immediately evident when you drive up. Located inside an old house, they have maneuvered their coffee shop around the house instead of adapting the house to fit their needs. And it just makes the experience that much more enjoyable. They have a surprisingly large menu here with great drink selections. Such a great variety of syrups - first coffee shop I've ever been to that offers an amaretto syrup. I added it to my mocha - what a great combination. If you like amaretto, definitely recommend giving it a try. Their Black Canyon was also tasty, but it's super sweet - so you need a good sweet tooth to really enjoy this one. Besides their pastries, they have a couple food items. The sausage burrito was a good start to the morning. Easy to find street parking. Overall, a really enjoyable coffee shop. Would definitely recommend stopping by - especially if you're on your way to Black Canyon!
