They always get orders wrong. Went in today for breakfast and by the time I got home at 10:37, I noticed they left out half my order. I called the mananger and he said if I wanted to drive all the way back over there he would give me a lunch item of the same price. I reminded him breakfast had only been over for 7 minutes he still refused to serve me my breakfast and demanded I bring in the receipt to get my money back. But of course I never got a receipt don't go here. They have very very bad customer service skills. read more

I was out doing some grocery shopping and just stopped in for a order of fries and an ice water. I was in a hurry to catch the bus, so I forgot to grab a straw. Thank goodness! I took the lid off to get a drink...and the water was light brown! That is seriously disgusting! The water going into the sodas and coffee is probably the same too, but you can't see it! Horrible experience!!!!! Management does not give a rip about customer service. Ordered a breakfast biscuit and a coffee. Said I would have total at the window. Pulled up to window and no one there. Pulled up at pickup window. No greeting. Watched one girl make my coffee and second girl put my biscuit in a bag. She looked at me three times. Now first girl started a pot of coffee, got a brick of napkins from down below, took two more drive thru orders, walked over to lobby register, took and gave change to customer, started taking a second order. By that and the somber looks on the other girls face I guess they dont give a rip about their customers so I drove across the street to Starbucks. This store does not care about you the customer and the employees know it by lack of anything you might expect from a business that wants to EARN your patronage. I really just wanted a quick black coffee--I didn't have time to stop at any of my usual places so I figured this would be quick. I ended up waiting an absurdly long amount of time for a coffee. Then, when I finally got it, I took a sip and it had cream AND sugar in it--two things I did not ask for. Maybe I got this McDonald's on an off day, but McDonald's seems pretty consistent in it's awfulness anywhere. read more

Every singe time I come through the drive thru, I'm asked to park and wait for my order. And every time I park, they bring out a wrong order and I have to come inside and have them fix my order. Super unorganized and I'm guessing they want speed of service so they tell us to park. While waiting for my order to be fixed, two other customers came in and complained about getting the wrong order. read more

Bummed by this McDonalds.. since it's so close to home.. Went today to use a coupon I got out of the Parade in the Sunday paper. It was for a free smoothie when you get a sandwich or salad. So I tell the lady taking my order that I have this coupon. She doesn't even take my order she just says go to the 1st window.. like she doesn't deal with coupons??? Not sure.. So I drive up to the first window to show her the coupon and she is confused because there is no order on her screen.. She asks"Did she even take your order?" " Uh no." I replied. So then I tell her I want a chicken sandwich, could she tell ,me the different ones. She tells me, but then also lets me know the certain number's I can order too. She asks me " Do you know the numbers?" "Nope, sorry. " I reply.. Sorry lady I'm not a regular and have all the items and numbers corresponding with them down pat.. My bad.. I said let me just have the one chicken sandwich she had already told me about.. So I move on to the 2nd window, and realize the girl that is taking the orders is just lazy.. =0/ She's just standing there.. not helping anyone get orders ready.. Sipping on her drink and trying to hide it.. The windows aren't tinted.. I see you! If I could give zero stars for this location, I would. This evening, I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad and an Artisan Chicken Sandwich combo. Since everybody and their mother was in the drive-thru lane, I waited for around 15 minutes until I finally got to the first window to pay for my meal, where I was informed that they didn't have salads because they didn't get a delivery for some reason. I understand that the issue with the salads might be a corporate issue, and I intend to talk to corporate HQ about it, but why the fuck didn't you tell me you didn't have the salads when I placed my order?! I ordered a mac jr and small fries, when I left and got home I opened my burger and it was smothered with the thousand island dressing, you couldn't even see where the bun was... I've never been disappointed with the food here. It's your typical Mcdonald's and the employees are friendly. The only problems are: One- the restaurant is way too hot! Why don't the owners turn on the ac? I'm sure it isn't broken, because its on only once in a while it seems that they just don't want to turn it on. It's miserable even going into there most of the time. I feel bad for the workers that have to put up with it. Two, there's too many damn beggers, tweakers, and addict bums hanging around here. This is more of a shopping center problem. I'm not sure why the property management allows these pieces of crap to keep hanging around such a nice looking shopping center. It makes a nice shopping center look like a trash hole. I've noticed it's got worse over the last couple of years. It's not the true respectful homeless that are the problem, instead it's the aggressive crack addicts that panhandle every step I walk around here. Could not have been more rudely treated by the young lady taking our order/money in the drive thru. Won't be back. I seriously feel like it's because we were on duty and in uniform. Can't confirm it but the constant eye rolls and attitude says it. So sad. Manager took over realized there was a problem. We just asked for our money back and went elsewhere. I stopped by yesterday and ordered a large fries and a water from the supervisor at the counter. He asked the drive thru person to get him a water, but they never did it. The supervisor put my fries on my tray without the water. So I asked him for a water for the second time. At this point, he seemed confused and completely out to lunch. He turned around and grabbed a tiny clear cup that's used for the dollar sundaes. I know those aren't the real water cups, but whatever. Terrible customer service! I ordered a meal for a family of four; (Give or take five family friends we had over.) and they only delivered half the order! They forget six burgers and one french fry. Food Poisoning! My family ate food prepared by your establishment (store #22222) on Wednesday, August 20th, 2014 at approximately 7pm. We ate two chicken wraps, a double quarter pounder, and French fries. Within approximately 18 hours of consuming your food, my family became extremely ill. Violent vomiting and diarrhea ensued for 24 hours after onset of symptoms. I have attempted to contact the restaurant directly by phone, although the only number listed is not in service.
