In the drive-thru, the employees were just fine, although utensils would've been appreciated. Overall, this location is no better nor worse than any other I've been to...pretty much the status quo. Worst run McDonalds I have ever visited. Staff does not care about their job. Turns their backs and ignores customers. Place is dirty- the tray we were given was still sticky from th last customer. So I know it's not clean. Even the blue shirt Mánager paid no attention to customers and turned her back. She seemed more concerned with visiting and joking with employees instead of supervising. This location has two drive thru lanes to place your order which causes confusion for the employees. Especially because they do not verify what your order is before they swipe your card. I was overcharged and given the wrong order. When I told them that wasn't what I ordered, instead of fixing the problem the store manager yelled at me to drive forward. She was very rude. When I asked one of the employees what her name was, I was given a wrong name. I found out her name only when I spoke to the district manager over the phone. This used to be one of the better locations, but now with this Brenda lady running the store it's a horrible experience and I won't be going back again. read more

I have come to this particular McDonald's on numerous occasions only because it's on my way to work. Sad to say that poor management keeps this place from getting good reviews. My latest trip here was simply for a mocha frappe . I get to pick up window on drive thru only to be told that I have to move forward and someone would bring it to me!!! A drink? I asked why I needed to move forward. This stumped the girl. She turned around and asked. She was told because there was no ice in machine and they would get to it shortly. At that point I told the girl I would not be moving. She could get me the manager so I could get my money back. She got the manager and told her I wanted my money back. The manager asked why and she was told why. At that point manager grabbed a cup ,scooped ice into cup, dropped the ice in machine and made my mocha frappe!! If they had done this to begin with I would not of sat on their drive thru,running up their timer and backing up drive thru!!! I cant give them more than 1 star because this is either lack of training, laziness or maybe a combo. read more
