To whom it may concern, I would like to express my disappointment regarding one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. While going through the drive-thru, I encountered an employee named Melanie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked to change my order because I had changed my mind, she refused to accommodate the request, stating it was already input into the system. I attempted to remain respectful and asked how I could resolve the issue, but her attitude remained dismissive and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but the way customers are treated makes all the difference. Had a bad experience while taking a group of students for lunch during a trip. Two items were missing from the order. An employee checked and confirmed, but the manager refused to accept items were missing. Students were happy to enjoy their meal, so I gave up mine of course to ensure they ate. I did not have time to order due to the long line and because we were on a tight schedule . An employee cleaning tables did apologize and said hopefully we see you again. read more

I typically visit during lunch hours and food is great, but... Problem 1 - Why must you force the line to block traffic and why make it so difficult to leave the pick up window? Wouldn't it be so much simpler to have the line go to the East into the parking lot? Problem 2 - Why must I have to roll my window down and talk to 3-4 people just to place my order? Did not want to post this but lately this place has been bad. Don't know what's going on but today 6/3/19 we went to get food. Long lines ( normally not an issue ) but they took long then they gave us our drinks the girl took our payment and said " have a good night" she turned around and started talking to another employee after getting her attention we told her we were missing our food we only got our drinks then we were told to pull to the side and wait for our order. After 5 minutes of waiting we got our food. Went home and was missing an order. I never check chick fil a because they always get it right. Common on I had never questioned them. Today June 3, 2019 at 1:34 pm my dad was treated extremely badly by a manager in the franchise #1837 in Mission, TX. My dad and I ordered a simple sandwich through the Drive Thru and payed with a gift card that had about $2.67. Of course we knew that was not enough to pay the total, but the employee taking orders charged our gift card with his iPad and told us we would be charged the difference with the lady handing the receipts up front. Once we payed the difference and got our receipt my dad noticed they had charged everything to our card instead of splitting it between the gift card and my own card. Realizing this my dad parked, got out of the car, and went to talk to the manager that was outside with the lady handing the receipts. The manager then proceeded to act in a rude way, even implying that my dad was accusing him of stealing. The manager's name was Fabian Gonzalez and did not behave in an appropriate manner. All we wanted was for them to charge us accordingly (how their employee said we would be charged) but instead we left with a distasteful experience with a manager of a company that is supposed to be the greatest food service franchise; otherwise well known for their great customer service. read more

I was there today 6/20/19 . I ordered a breakfast bowl. When i got to my work place i checked and there was no egg in there . I called the manager, her name is Venessa. She was nice telling me sorry and offer me a free meal. I went back to get the bowl fixed, i gave them back the messed up bowl , the girl, one of their employee threw it in the trash in front of me . I told her to fix the bowl but then she said we dont have breakfast menu anymore but it only 10mins after 10h30. I was like no fix the bowl please, then she said we ran out of eggs. That was a lie. I got so pissed off. Then the manager came and said to me , it's ok, we will fix it for you . Please wait 10 minutes. The manager cool me down. She was nice , I'm not saying anything bad about the manager, they are nice but their employees not . They are loosing customers because of their employees attitude, lying to the customers which not acceptable. I'm giving you guys 1 star for bad services. This is not the first time that you guys mess up the order with me. I normally don't do this but today i have to . If you see my review , please fix your employees attitude and stop lying to your clients. Remember i am your regular customer, i go there most of the time.
