Along with the meal I had a very refreshing watermelon refresher and it balanced being a juice with being a refresher perfectly! I typically can't do to much juice as it's sweet but this refresher was just that refreshing! Typically at fast food restaurants you get young inexperienced workers and it sometimes shows with their lack of customer service skills not this location had the privilege of connecting with two young ladies that helped us decipher the menu and offered recommendations they were very personable and friendly. The restaurant is new and you can tell but it's very nice I can't remember if they had background music going but if not that's the only thing I would add as it is one of those come and go places but some people sit and talk and some nice tunes or a game on could help. The service was great and friendly at the counter, the girl that took my order offered suggestions and feedback. The dining room could have been wiped down as well as fountain drink station; it was sticky. The dining room was warmer than just being outside and it's been hot! Those were my only take aways from this experience. The sandwich itself was good. My kids enjoyed their food, so that's a win for me. I would be open to trying other items on their menu in the future. It's pricier compared to other fast food chicken dining options in the area, but we'll give it another try next time we're in Minden.

Now when you walk in, there is a huge bar area that is really beautiful. We were seated at a booth. Our waitress was Karla. She warmed up to us pretty quickly. She was really sweet. Of course, we started with the chips and salsa. The table salsa I loved. We asked if they had a hotter one and I believe they called it the Diablo sauce. I kid you not, it looked like molten lava lol Hubby loved it. He loves his hot sauce. We decided to try the Grande Margarita. 32oz of yummm. We opted for the Fuentes queso (flippen delicious) You cannot find queso around Carson City except for the white. And it usually is not good at all. Theirs was perfect. We each got a separate combo plate. Myself a tostada with pastor and a chili relleno with sauce on the side. The relleno was not as crispy as previous pics of them, but still really tasty. Hubby ordered a ground beef enchilada, (something you can hardly find around here) and a pork tamale. I tasted both and they were very very good. Rice and beans were equally delicious.
