I have had 2 terrible experiences from this McDonald's. The first was the 20 minute wait in the drive through and then they forgot our order and had to retake it. The second was when I tried ordering food on the app hoping it would be quicker. After a 30 minute wait we left. They already debited my money. I called immediately for a refund. They said I can do it through the app. That was not true. I called corporate. They put in a request but said it should take 10 business days because the manager of that facility has to sign off. It's been 15 business days. My son s as Los has problems with slow service and wrong orders. I don't know how it is still open. Is there anything being done???? read more

We ordered 2 egg sausage McMuffin, a bacon egg McMuffin and a small orange juice. In the drive through We received two sausage McMuffin no eggs on either. And a ham McMuffin. When we went back through and they told us we still owe for the eggs? No you got the order wrong and this is how you fix it?? Giving two eggs and a piece of bacon. The food was fresh and hot but it was little wait. We went through drive trough and I ordered a McFlurry and I originally wanted Oreo but unfortunately they were out so. I did caramel with Reece's and we are waiting at the second window to get our food. Once we get the food the girl who handed us our food was sending us off like that's all we got, it wasn't so I asked like hey didn't I get a mcflurry and she said to hold on and came back asking me for a receipt like I was lying and I gave it to her and she left but never came back so a new girl came out saying they didn't have Reece's and asked if I wanted m&ms instead and I'm not a fan so I said no I'd rather get my money back. So she leaves for like 10 minutes and then comes out with a McFlurry And said oh we found some in the back. Here to complain like the other 50 people on this post for the same exact reason as the rest! We waited OVER 45 minutes for our order while everyone else is getting their food before us. I don't expect much from McDonald's... A hot burger in a short amount of time... Maybe a hot fudge sundae now and than. I mean, isn't McDonald's the restaurant that made FAST food a thing? I've lived in this area for more than 10 years now. This McDonald's used to be my go-to for an occasional quick meal or an afternoon pick-me-up. Ever since they knocked this location down and rebuilt the service is crap, the wait time is 10 minutes or more no matter what you order, and don't bother special ordering anything, because even if there's a tag saying they did it, rest assured, they didn't! I have gone thru their drive thru several times a week since this pandemic began. The thing that gets me most is how they can still be as deficient as they are at keeping the line moving. Even though they have spaces reserved for cars to wait for their orders, it is rare that they ask people to pull ahead and wait. This all results in people who are in line for small things like just a tea or ice cream cone being stuck for ages. This is perhaps the slowest Mcdonalds I have ever been in, anywhere in the country. This evening I waited more than 16 minutes in the drive thru line. With the dining room closed, there should be less of a wait time, even when busy. read more

This place fucking sucks. I went there and we were the first in drive thru, we ordered two large #5s and a crispy chicken sandwich. They made us wait at the second window and all four cars behind us got their food and we waited 10-15 minutes for ours. Once we got it the large fries were undercooked and only half way full. The CRISPY chicken sandwich was given to us as a spicy when we didn't ask for a spicy. Nuggets seemed a bit undercooked. The food is usually great but don't go if you want ice cream or order through a third party. I've made 5+ online orders and e v e r y single time they have not given us our shakes or were missing or messed up some part of the order. When ordered through a third party, they neglect to tell you they're not giving. You your shakes and still charge you for them! In person, they are slow and inefficient. 3 visits in 7 months and once again, they screw you in the drive thru. My wife asked me to stop to get breakfast for the family. She was hesitant to ask since I really loathe this place. I expected a long wait due to the virus closure but it actually went pretty smooth...the first time through. I pulled up to the window and the girl read the order and then checked in the bag to confirm my order. I should have known but with a full line behind me, I thought I was safe. I was wrong...again. Of course I get back home and find out they gave the wrong food order. I was upset beyond belief. Three times in a row they screwed something up. I called and someone said to bring it back. So I asked if I could do the door pickup line since they made the mistake instead of waiting in line again. I was told to wait in drive thru again. Seriously? You are gonna make me wait in line again for your screwup? My granddaughter wanted her food, so I went back. This time I counted 14 cars in line which really put me off. I announced they gave me the wrong order so they sent this young kid out to get the receipt and food. He was very polite and apologized. I pulled around to the window and the people had no clue when I asked for my order. Finally the manager comes over and asks me to wait at the front door, the same place I was told I could not wait the first time. The same young man came back out with my food and again admitted fault. It was not his fault and the manager should know the first rule of leadership...never send someone to do your job. You should have brought the food out to me, not send the young kid. We chatted for a few minutes and he should be commended. Some side notes here. The second time I went through the line, they got backed up for 6 minutes and yes I timed them. Make those orders pull out of line as not to make others wait. People were very upset in line. With the virus issue going on, none of the window workers that were taking money or handling food orders were wearing gloves. Might want to fix that as I saw two other places that did. read more

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe. Got home and went to eat my burger and they forgot to put the meat on it. How do you forget one of the main ingredients in a hamburger!! This is absolutely the worst McDonald's that I have been to and I am 63 years old and have traveled the US and many international locations. First, the drive through was not being manned ... after sitting behind another car that eventually gave up (I thought they were taking a long time to order) I pulled up to the pay window and ordered. The worker told me he was sorry as he had asked his co-workers to cover while he stepped away. Fair enough as mistakes happen, I did ask for fresh fries which he assured me were no problem. As an aside the car behind me hit the back of my truck, no damage, no big deal. So I get my order and pulled away. Naturally after a few minutes I dug my hand into the bag and guess what? COLD Fries!!! I drove home and called from my driveway .... no answer, I waited awhile and called again. This time a young voice answers so I ask to speak to the manager, he tells me he is one of the managers ... then he hangs up! I call back ... the call is answered and hung up. Although my order is usually correct and tastes fine, I almost never leave without having had at least one problem. They are always out of what I am trying to order, such as apple pies, iced coffee, and ice cream. It is a huge inconvenience to drive here for something specific to be told no. Also, I haven't had many great experiences with the staff here. Often I will be yelled at through the intercom for not understanding something, or I'll get the silent treatment and death stare at the window. I like to stop by this location for a quick, cheap meal, but I'm not usually impressed when I leave. read more

My wife and I went through the drive-thru it was a little bit difficult maneuvering because it's a two-lane that goes to a one-lane but we managed.
