I was in the mood for a anytime of day Breakfast McMuffin which was the reason I was there. Surprisingly always good regardless that it is fast food restaurant. made a mobile order through app. I went to the restaurant an hour later. Cashier couldn't find my order by name. I didn't have the mobile order number in the app. she called someone else and he asked for a number also. I explained I do not have one on the app the looked at my app they saw the order but no number. I also showed the the charge in my card. the called JOSE over who was rude from the start of conversation. "ORDER NUMBER?!" o told him I don't have one I went through everything I did with the other 2 employees. he finally said check the app. I showed him the order and he still said he couldn't find it. I understand if you can't find the order and I can place a new one. But why be so rude and hostile. He told me place a new order but I didn't bother before they spit in my food. I spent a long time in there going over this made me run out of time to get something else for lunch. Not sure how he ever became a manager but this is not someone I'd want running my business. this behavior set the wrong tone and makes customers not want to come back. Today was my first time at this location. My husband and i were driving on rt 110 and we were less than a mile away when I opened up their app to start the order. The first thing that popped up was this new deal where u get free fries if u spend 1$+ using Apple Pay (photo attached) I should clarify that there was no option to redeem this coupon like it usually is.. It said START AN ORDER so I clicked on it and added just two items, the total of which was 8.67$ which is more than 1$. Although the free fries was not added to the order and there was no option to do so. We pulled up at 10:54 and i have placed the order. My husband wanted to use the bathroom but the doors were already locked and the staff was cleaning up. He asked a girl if he could just wash his hands real quick bc technically they shouldn't have locked the doors just yet.. we had 5 more minutes. She let him in with no problems. As he was walking out an older gentleman who turned out to be a manager started screaming bloody murder at the poor girl in front of coworkers " Why did she opened the door and let my husband in?" He felt so bad that he got her in trouble which she shouldn't have been in the first place so ge apologized to her and walked out. Since doors were closed we had to pick up our mobile order in the drive through. Pulled up gave our order number and mentioned the ongoing promotion and was immediately interrupted by the worker. He said he had no idea what we are talking about and that he didn't know how to use the mobile app. He doesnt see any free fries in our order and - not his problem- cant help us. We said that we would show it to him when we pull up to the window... Well what do you know- it was THAT screaming manager at the window. We again tried to explain calmly, showed him the app - the coupon when once again he interrupted, said "listen, i dont know how to use the app, i cant help u ..gave us the bag and just closed the window... Erhmmm... O-kaaay then.. my hubby and I were just looking at each other like "what just happened? " I am not one of these people that's after every single coupon and my goal is to score free stuff.. No. it's just a principle.. lack of customer service and simple manners whatsoever... This is my favorite McDonald's in the area. I've been coming here for years and rarely have to wait. The employees aren't overly friendly, but most of them are pretty average. There are two people who work here who aren't the best, one older man and one younger girl, they're both "managers" or "supervisors". I've witnessed him yell at people for forgetting something when ordering, and the other girl just comes off as in a rush and rude. Only docked one star for them because there's probably one bad experience for every 20 good ones. And they rarely forget anything! I really do like this store. Average and quick service. read more

They are rude & unfriendly, after an unpleasant experience in this location I would never go back again. I use to go there everyday for almost a year, sometimes twice. It's such a good location for profit, not my money anymore. I was on a sales call and stopped at this location on my way back to my office. What a pleasant experience. The owner, Carlos, greeted me as soon as I walked in and went out of his way to make sure my order came out as ordered. I wish more establishments went out of their way as much as this one did. Went to McDonald's ordered through the drive thru and after my first bite into my sandwich I realized it tasted funny, I thought it was just a fatty piece but no I took a closer look and I was served undercooked chicken (classic chicken sandwich) I immediately drove back and told the lady named daisy what happened and her response was "I don't know what you want me to do we're not serving lunch right now" after clearly selling me this sandwich 5min prior! I stop here every day on my way to work to get my coffee. They morning crew is great. They all recognize me and make my coffee when they see me walking in the door. Think what you want, but if you haven't had McDonalds coffee and you think Starbucks coffee is good, you have never had a truly good cup of coffee. The owners are very rude and unprofessional people. When my wife asked to use a coupon the owner came out to the drive through and used extreme profanity towards my wife. I put in a complaint with McDonalds and they simply passed my info to the owner. When the owner called me and I asked for his name I was told "this is Ronald effing McDonald calling" he then proceeded to tell me that bad things would happen if he ever saw me at the restaurant again. The owner was actually on hand in store working which I was surprised to see I've never witnessed that in all the stores I visit on a daily basis.
