Walked in to an empty restaurant and ordered through a kiosk. Received our food quickly, but not a single soul in the restaurant spoke to us the whole time we were inside. read more

Avoid at all costs! Every surface in the dining area was filthy, the crew was nowhere to be found and there were flies everywhere!

Slowest service I have ever received at a McDonald's in my entire life. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes without moving & I was the 6th car in line during dinner time read more

Showed up with a mobile order and they tried to tell me they were closed when they finally agreed to make my food they stood around while I waited for 45 minutes to receive nuggets and a fry it was very clear that the workers were intoxicated and not doing their job absolute horrible experience management needs to change! read more

Last time i legit ate here, the food made me sick and i threw up. one time noone went and answered me, and i just tried to stop by while they claim they're "open" while they are not in fact open. don't waste your time read more

It takes way too long to get service through the drive thru at night, I understand that there is less staff but if you are going to be open then you need to have enough staff to not make people wait for 30+ minutes read more

I placed an order at 12:10 am that I didnt receive until 12:56 am, and I got lucky because two people in front left before ordering, it couldve been MUCH longer. I received my order of 2 5 dollar meal deals, to which I didnt receive one of the small fries and one of the burgers, which I upgraded to an extra patty, I had to ask at the window for the 2d drink to which they still didnt realize they missed a whole meal, so I only got the drink and nuggets, not the upgraded burger with an extra patty and not the small fry. I also got the buy 2 get 1 for 1 dollar double cheeseburgers, to which I also ordered with an extra patty, I received only 1 of 2, and it had no cheese, and it didnt have the extra patty. This was an insanely awful experience, complimented by a rude phone call where I asked if they were open because when I placed an order and showed up before they had a cone that said they were closed. Also the guy at the window didnt say word to me besides questioning me asking for the drink. I understand things are slow and imperfect in late hours but this was just incredibly ridiculous and unacceptable. read more

If I could give it a 0 stars I honestly would! It was totally unacceptable!! They were completely rude! My boyfriend went up to them and asked for buffalo and they said to pay for it which an employee said 25 cents and then he said okay can i get buffalo and then she repeated and said that it will be 50 cents which she ups the price! And then he said again okay can I get buffalo and that he's gonna pay with Apple Pay! And she then said okay 54 cents! She just completely rude even after we said well Pat for the buffalo! 100% don't recommend this place. read more

super cool staff and really nice. Stop there to eat after a game and they were really chill and cool

The food was amazing! The fries were always fresh and the meal tasted delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and delicious bite to eat. read more

Food almost never fresh. They are always rude, and never tell me have a good day or your welcome. Almost always get my food wrong.

I had a concern about a baby changing station. Someone personally called me from McDonald's and provided me with status information. In just a few days I was provided feedback that they do have them in a different bathroom! I appreciated the response. read more

Well if I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't. We ordered our food, pay for it and waited for it. The guy gives us our drinks, hands one bag and then another one and says ok. I double check because we ordered a happy meal. My husband goes inside to get it. Well the manager needs some lessons of customer service and respect. She tells him yep and pretty much throws at him. #whatawitch #needstrainig #mcdonalds read more

Great people, good fast food. And this one employee, David, is superb. -David- read more

Going through the drive through and ordered to 1/4 Pounders. Paid for them and at the pick up window I was told to pull up to wait for my order, so they would be "fresh". After about 10 minutes my order came out but was short one burger. I told the girl as much and she took the burger and disappeared. About 5 minutes later a little white haired guy came out with a nasty attitude as if I had made the mistake. We exchanged unpleasantries and as I'm driving off I look in the mirror and see him flipping me the bird. Not sure what the wait was about because my food was far from fresh. I will go hungry before I give this establishment any more business. read more

Only come here for breakfast, but almost every time something is missing or wrong. And on some occasions you have to argue with employees to get your order corrected read more

If I could give a ZERO I would. Not only was our girl (the guy said her name was Sidney) extremely rude in the drive through, it then took 30 minutes to get our food. They're running a 2 for $3 meal so I ordered that. After being told I could not get a muffin instead of biscuit I decided to change my mind. The lady was NOT happy. Seriously. Her tone changed instantly. As I write this I'm literally stuck in the line. It's terrible. I'm sure my food will be wrong seeing as she didn't even give me the opportunity to tell her what condiments I wanted on my burger. It was right, surprisingly, but it makes you feel really valued as a customer when the lady hands you your food and drinks without saying a single word. The manager needs to speak with his/her employees about customer service. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Manager Chris was a jerk and very unprofessional! I ordered my kid a happy meal and it only had 3 nuggets in it and I brought it to his attention and all he said was "damn kids can't count" talking about his employees! Then we had a large fry with a meal and it came out to be a medium fry and he said sorry there's nothing we can do about it. Place was a mess and no changing table in bathroom! Screw this place. read more

This is one of the worst McDonalds I have visited. They are always very slow, and their customer service is extremely bad. It seems like their entire staff needs retrained on how to correctly prepare orders and how to be a decent human being. read more

Foods was perfect in every way possible. Staff was nice and quick to keep the line moving.

I once heard a chef friend say that fast food was excrement (sounded better in French). If that was true, the service provided at this place would clearly turn this place into an obvious metaphor for a large pile of excrement (the people who work at the drive-though are included in this metaphor). If your driving, stop at the next town and if you live in McP, eat somewhere else. read more

Early morning breakfasts are usually pretty awful in my experience. You have a less than 50% chance of getting what you ordered, the way you ordered it and when you finally exchange the wrong thing and get the bacon, egg and cheese bisquit you ordered, the bacon is like bacon-flavored rock chips, the biscuit dry and hard. My friend was just complaining to me how the last two times he went through the drive thru in the morning, he received the wrong food in his order. The service is usually friendly, though. Later in the day, I find everything fried has a horrible bitter taste which I have to assume is from old grease, used way too long, or some additive in it. I have noticed this at Sonic and Wendy's as well. First thing in the morning, today, the hashbrown did not have that bitter taste but they usually do when I have taken a chance and ordered one. I generally find that the food from McDonald's in other towns and states tastes much better. Maybe they just have enough business to keep everything fresher. More attention to detail and throwing out rock-hard bacon, biscuits, etc sooner, could only help bring the quality up of this McDonalds. read more
