This Arbys was once an excellent place to go for a consistently fresh, delicious, & quickly prepared meal. The management and staff were great at their jobs, and worked like a crew should: no cutting corners, always working as a team, and they got along. They cared and the atmosphere and quality of food reflected this.
Now, after a complete management overhaul, on top of losing most of the staff at the time, the store has unfortunately fallen to the opposite end of the spectrum. The atmosphere inside has become very unappealing, and the cleanliness of the store is abysmal. The staff do not seem to get along or work as a team, and there always seems to be arguing and negativity when I've gone inside to eat.
There seem to be no standards or quality control on the food they are sending out, with my orders being incorrect more often than not. The quality of the food varies so much now , it's as if no one is being trained properly at all. This issue is especially noticeable at night. I've gotten fries and chicken which were inedible. They had to have been sitting out for hours.
I wish I could keep eating here because it was once an always excellent option for a meal, but I'm sorry to say those days are just a memory now. They need to rehire the good managers they once had, and show the employees the respect they deserve, and train everyone properly. But until that happens, I recommend eating elsewhere. read more
